Kay is unbelievably knowledgeable. I went to her for some specific symptoms and she asked me to tell her everything that was an issue, not just what brought me in to see her. She was lovely, concerned, and took a comprehensive approach to helping me. She recommended a sugar detox (which is just me not consuming sugar), handed me her lifestyle diet, and sold me $35 worth of amazing supplements. She cares...and she was spot on! I havent felt this good in years. I told my husband that I was going to start listing her as my primary care doctor.

Went to Green Fox yesterday for the first time. At first I was taken back by the owners approach. Not knowing if I should run or stay and listen to what she had to say, I stayed. She is very knowledgable and knew all my issues I wanted to address without me telling her. She knew my concerns and I was in shock. After spending good quality time with her, I have a better understanding. She gave me literature to read and I went home and did my research and she was 100% correct! I’m on supplements now and will use Green Fox as my go to store. May even go in just to get information! Don’t let the negative comments keep you from going. I assure you you won’t regret it! Looking forward to the new healthy me!

I have known Kay for at least 20 years. Over the years she has turned out to be a wonderful friend and I feel so thankful to know her. Ive noticed some comments on here from some saying she was rude. She just has her own personality and trust me~she cares about helping people with their health issues. Shes just passionate about this stuff and if anyone goes away without giving her a chance, they will be missing out on the benefits of her immense knowledge! People should get to know her and not just judge her based on just one visit or one phone call. Gosh, this woman that answered the phone was borderline rude. I asked if she carried a certain product, and specified it be the edible kind, to which she said, Is there any other kind? Im NOT the expert, she is.Any time I said anything she made me feel like I needed to apologize. Customer service and people skills are not her forte. I end up calling one of her competitors and that lady said she hears this from so many people. This lady should use her skills in the self help health arena in a more productive manner. I wondered who made her that way and so I tried to be extra nice, but I was getting nowhere.I finally told her that I was sorry for bothering her. Shes DRIVING her customers away with that condescending attitude. Shame. I couldve given her some business.

Called on Easter to ask a question. Someone answered Hello? And I asked if this was the Green Fox. She said yes but were closed, its a holiday. And I said Oh, okay I didnt know. Theyre a store, I didnt think it was inappropriate to call. Then I basically got hung up on. Good luck getting customers by being so rude.

I will never set foot in this store again! Yes, the lady is knowledgeable but she is also rude and overbearing. I agree with Healthnut 123, while I was on foot so we had no parking issue... she was rude, disrespectful and down-right ugly to me in front of my daughter! She blatantly told me that despite being widowed that my morals and intellect were suspect due to my status as a single mother. Ive never heard such ugliness. And when I spelled dead so as not to bring my toddlers painful loss of a father to mind, she commented that my daughter better learn how to spell soon...whatever that means!! I dont know how she can be so ugly and so conscious at the same time, its a paradox, but it doesnt interest me enough to ever go there again. Maybe no great loss to her, how much could a single mother afford anyways, right???

She preaches a lot about organic clean living, but if you go in the back to use the bathroom youll see every chemical known to man. Also, I came there to buy some herbs, and all I got was an earful about Hillary and Trump, illegal aliens and taxes. Holy moley.
