Miracle Ear Pensacola has been and continues to be one of the most outstanding service providers in any Industry. Today, despite less than an hours notice, the Pensacola Team had a repair to my damaged hearing aid resolved so I could work effectively (conference calls are difficult with impaired hearing)....On a Monday no less! Many hearing aid options for folks to use...the advertisements are voluminous....Service is the most difficult piece of the puzzle....look no further than Miracle Ear...Thankyou!!!

My recent purchase of new hearing aids and that little box that provides direct television audio through my hearing aids is the best thing since sliced bread and is exactly what Ive needed for a long time. I have had excellent care with John and Shannon for the past couple of years after getting my hearing aids. Shannon couldnt be nicer and deserves a raise. Just saw them Monday and John retested me and cleaned my hearing aids. Gave me some batteries as it is my Birthday month. They make sure to assist in any way they can.

John and Shannon have provided the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Both are very personable, knowledgeable, caring and patient. These traits have not wavered from day one a year ago. John was awesome during and after the exam and very patient while I tried the test set and almost cried, I had no idea what I had been missing. Shannon was very diligent and found that I had actually over paid and was very quick to help get a refund for the difference. Every appointment since has been like this. They both have always gone above and beyond. My recent emergency/panic mode (I cant live without my hearing aids now) has been no different they were quick to identify the issue and get it corrected.Not sure who in the company needs to see this but they take care of the customer. A Christmas raise/bonus????
