They know their stuff when it comes to air host and fittings, thats for sure. Been stopping by here every other day for parts when we need for the project the wife and I are working on. If these people dont have something you think they do, theyll know where you can find it! Definitely gakd I was referred here.

Their fast qnd if they on the off chance dont have the part you need they will make something work.

Ive had several great experiences with Pensacola Rubber & Gasket Co. My company, The Tool Shack, often needs hydraulic hoses and fittings for our equipment. Every time that Ive walked in and needed a hose made up or a fitting matched up, their staff has been quick to help. Theyve often made an effort to make the hose up while we wait...which is extremely helpful given that we need our equipment back in service as quickly as possible. The staff at PR&G is very knowledgeable and courteous. As a business owner, its very refreshing to work with another company and group of people that are truly the experts in their field.

Needed a repair for a BMW high pressure hydraulic hose. Ray saved me at least 50% of replacement cost, and had it done in under an hour! Check them out for all your custom hose needs.

They say they have a machine that cuts steal with water i saw the cut but not the machine...services was speedy and concise...

These guys absolutely understand what customer service means. I called looking for some A/C hoses. They explained they didnt make them, but instead of saying Sorry buddy, good luck, I was given a name and a place to get my solution. I was squared away same day thanks to these guys.

The guys in the back are great eager to help with whatever you need . Unfortunately the gentleman behind the counter was short tempered and condiscending . Maybe future visits will be better if I have to return .

I was in a hurry so i didnt catch the counter guys name but he was great. Before i could even tell him what type of hose i had he was telling me what it was used for and that they had it in stock. To me that was great cause the hose had no identifing marks and was badly deteriorated and all i knew it was a drive thru hose. Knowledgable,Quick,friendly and most of all fair prices.

I needed four small rubber gaskets and had looked at several auto parts stores as well as hardware stores with no success.Not only did Pensacola Rubber and Gasket have them, the did not even charge me for them.
