One of the biggest things was their customer service, they’re very professional and quick to answer any questions I had. Prices are fare and I will be using them again for future jobs.

Jon is really prompt and super nice. He was able to squeeze my home in the exact day I called because we had a situation following the next morning and our Irrigation system needed to be addressed. Called Riker to fix sprinklers. Not easy on 1 acre lot. The technician found the issue quickly, work quickly despite 100+ heat index and the cost was very fair. They were recommended by my neighbor who also had good experience.

Why dont they answer their phone? It says leave a message but voicemail is full. Thats a red flag. Ive had them do work for us before and they were good but not answering your phone with a full voicemail is not working for me.

Called Jon to have him my fix my lawn sprinklers. His voice mail was full so I had to keep calling. Fortunately, I was finally able to get through. Long story short he was professional, knowledgeable and fixed my problem. I understand why he is in such demand. Will use him for all my irrigation needs.

Mike, the technician, was on time. I had multiple problems with my watering system from broken heads, misaligned heads, and lines which needed to be moved. Mike quickly analyzed the entire yard and completed all repairs in less time than estimated. Service was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. My older lawn irrigation system had a couple of line breaks. Rikers showed up in timely fashion, worked diligently, fixed my problem, for a very reasonable price.

Called for last minute help but they were booked solid because its a heat wave drought in Spring.John made an exception to sell me the parts needed and explained how to fix it. He even made a follow up call with a trouble-shooting idea.
