The employees spend to much time talking to each other to notice you and when they see you standing there they give you that help that seems like a bother and very quick. You do find some that are helpful and friendly but it doesnt make up for the others you find on the odd days. I wish sometimes I could get that one employee who helped me.

Order online, pick up in store... Nice concept, poor execution. Ordered treated lumber, they picked standard pine. Got that straight then took another 30+ minutes to get a prepicked pallet of mulch loaded in the bed of my pickup. Total pickup time : almost 1 hr for a prepaid, ready for pickup order.

Went to Lowes for our Christmas tree and all of the trees are bound up. You have no way of knowing what the tree really looks like because the branches havent had time to fall a bit. There might be gaps. Im not buying a tree that is tied, or just been untied while Im standing there. I dont know how anyone would want to spend money on a mystery Christmas tree. What a waste.

I just spent $54 dollars on a Christmas tree that was supposed to be 7-9 ft tall and I got it home and its not even close! Very disappointed!!
