Great stuff but things that are $20 elsewhere is $80, $100+ here. A small mini bullet starts around $28 when theyre $6.99 20 mins away at another shop! I will not come back here thats for sure!

Love this store first off saying!! The staff is very knowledgeable I tell you that as well!! Every question I had she answered was spot on. Avoid at all costs! SUPER rude staff that comes outside to yell at customers!! We were picking up a mattress at the store next door. As we were pulling out, of the mattress store parking lot that is connected to Risqué Moments, my wife wanted to take a picture of us pulling away with our new mattress. She never left her vehicle and both parking lots were completely empty with plenty of parking spots and room to go around us. We were there for 10 seconds after and some rude employee comes outside to yell at my wife and kids in their vehicle! She screamed that we shouldn’t park in her parking lot, despite us not being parked and not even being there for a minute yet. If this is the level of customer service you get at this place, that might explain why their parking lot was empty and that woman was so mad. Shop online and put these people out of business.

4-14-19 . ...The lady at the counter was quite rude. As it was 11:30 pm I get you guys close at midnight so we went in and made our selection quickly. She was literally FaceTiming/ video chatting some dude talking aloud rudely about the customers and how she wasn’t gonna check anyone out because we and I quote”know what time they close” it was 11:40 not 11:59 or 12:00 or 12:01 ....NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Will definitely order online from now on....

Service is terrible they are not friendly or helpful at all. Purchased a $75 toy from them and when my wife got it home it was no longer working. It was clearly damage when the worker was trying to jam everything into the box after testing it. Brought it back the next day and they refused to do anything about it. Do not shop at this place service is terrible and products are cheap.

Cain was an absolute GEM! My friends and I came in to browse and get some insight on a few items and she was nothing but kind and patient, and best of all, she laughed with us. Not every person may appreciate that, but it sure made me happy. Give that girl a promotion or a raise!!!

Honestly dont know didnt go in sat in car. But in that half hour I saw at least 10 of the hottest ladies and some creepy guy walk in.

This is the third time Ive been there and the products are CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP! They break they break if you look at them. We got home and the vibrator stopped working I didnt even get to use it hundreds of dollars down the drain.

Update: under new management, not too impressed so far, customer service declining fast, inventory/outfits for thicker girls limited as well as the accesories, stockings.WeI really loved this store, hope its just the transition and they will improve. Ill keep u posted.Our favorite store, very helpful staff, great selection and plus sizes too!

Wayyyyy over priced

If there was 0 that would be the rating. They purposely sold me a broken item just to get it out if the store. Ive heard the employees talk smack about other customers employees and the manager more than once.they are not professional. When I first wrote a review the manager contacted immediately but that was it, I was unable to get ahold of her and it seams like none of the employees know when she is working because I couldnt get a time or day she would be in. The fact still remains that I spent hard earned money there and their employee stole it from me when she knowingly sold me a broken toy that cost $56 and change. Thieves straight disrespectful little thieves ..their policy is no returns no exchanges no exceptions. Ive since found in lovin mood owned by TJ on w St .he us very helpful informative and polite. He will take anything out of the package and let you check it out he tests every item that leaves his store,and even gives you free batteries. Where as this place charges some insanely ridiculous price....TJ at In lovin mood even took back the item that intimate treasures sold me hevsaidbthisbthung didnt work from the the start the wires were disconnected from the factory. He let mevoick out a replacement item for my wifes birthday since IT wouldnt do anything about it.. I own a local business in town and I tell everyone who mentions IT what lying careless disrespectful thieves that they are..andvi give them a 20%discount card to tjs. If I had known his store was there I would have been shopping there years ago. In lovin mood 10 out of 10 stars, Intimate Treasures with probably erase this review like the last one I wrote....Fail!!!
