Great lumber yard with a wide variety of woods, sizes and styles! I knew it was a lumber yard but I was surprised to find a classic style hardware shop inside! It was reasonably priced and the staff was very helpful! The man that helped me was very knowledgeable! I was impressed by the organization of the wood outside and the variety. It felt like a family business that has been around for a long time, which is a dying breed so it was neat to see and support! I will certainly return here for future lumber or tool needs.

Im a very enthusiastic person when it comes to my many projects, and I find that Meredith and Sons has the most reasonable prices for cedar, pine, and hardware. Theyre always extremely helpful here, including when I come in with half a plan and Im not totally sure on the Math. They do a great job with picking out my board with no twists, warps, etc. Im a repeat customer and will continue to be. I highly recommend them for customers of every experience level.

They have what you need at a somewhat reasonable price. The owner doesn’t seem to appreciate anyone’s business though. Don’t expect them to work with you on anything no matter how much business you give them. Their employees also all seem to hate their jobs. They complain about it constantly.
