I have purchased 2 homes from Sanders. Jeff is the owner and Trent is his son. They have both been excellent to my family and I through the complete home buying process as well as after the installation.If there was an issue, either with the home itself or maybe with a contractor, Jeff worked diligently to resolve it to our satisfaction.The other crew that I’ve had direct dealings with such as Karen, David and Dave have been wonderful.They have an excellent reputation even amongst other manufactured home dealers if you can get the other ones to be honest.I purchased a Deer Valley brand home both times and I am not disappointed.In 2013, Jeff worked hard to get me financed and into a home when no one else could. He understood our financial situation and did all he could to get us into a home...and he did. In 2020, I sold that property and needed some matching skirting to complete the sale. He graciously gave me some skirting to match. Later, when I was looking for a new home, they did not push us to buy anything and let us look as often as we liked. The prices of site built houses were astronomical and the quality and value of the Deer Valleys in conjunction with the service Sanders provides brought us back to buy another.Obviously I highly recommend Sanders Manufactured homes.

This place is TERRIBLE! I reached out to a gentleman by the name of Dale who gave me the run around about mobiles homes. I wasted my time with Dale who by the way never called me back like he was supposed to. I texted and called him as I was doing business with him I shouldn’t have to remind him to call me back. His work ethic is absolutely horrible, Unfortunately Sanders did not finish business with me. They don’t deserve any stars

I would highly recommend this company. Theyve been around and they know how to do what they do. I had a situation and I can verify that the owners are of extremely high integrity. Believe me, they are going to do the best they can for you. I would always make this my first stop if not last stop to compare. Again, not just the home you might purchase but these after sale needs. These people will do what is correct and right.

We recently purchased land to build a home and were looking for housing solutions while we built. We had zero manufactured home experience and didn’t know where to start. The sales experience was great but I made the mistake of paying in full before delivery and installation was complete. It seems that once they had my money I went on the back burner. I have been told 5 to seven weeks every time I ask about the progress. Apparently I made their contractor angry when his estimate was way off on installing the septic so I got another estimate and saved myself time and $1,000. Now I cant seem to get him to finish the job. I committed to the purchase in January 2021, paid in full on March 24th and today is April 23rd. The county has been waiting a month for Sanders to have the site ready so they can run the power...no Dickie (the contractor) to prepare the site. I guess its still 5 to 7 weeks. SMH

I just wanted to say my husband and I stopped in just as they were closing due to being stuck in traffic. We had no intentions of being able to look around. As a fellow business owner I know how it is when someone walks in as you are closing up and and wants to stay. We didnt want to keep anyone from getting home late. However Mr Gale Taylor was amazing. He insisted on unlocking the homes for us to look at them. I look forward to doing business with him in the very near future. DONT. DO. IT. If you want a decent home fast, go for it; however, it will have issues quick. We bought a Deer Valley (“top end” as sanders put it) home a little over a year ago. We ordered it in January/February and we moved in May 17th and have had issues ever since. The countertops are literally falling off, tub is already cracked, the paint job is horrendous, the floor is uneven and periodically makes noises, and much much more. Overall we are just HIGHLY disappointed. It literally looks like it was thrown together with no care. Also, if you are financing it, make sure to finance it outside of their chosen lenders- 21st montage. We have great credit and our interest rate is outrageous.

They do NOT stand behind their warranty. Walls cracked, molding not pieced together properly, ect. They refuse to fix the $78,000 home and they push the problem to Clayton Homes. Worst company EVER! I would give a zero if possible!Jeff,Your company NEVER returned my calls until I mentioned service of Notice of Intent. You then felt the need to call twice in the same hour.Yet, the home is still NOT fixed!

RUN THE OTHER WAY. We started our purchase with trent. After the papers were signed we never heard from him again. That was the beginning of our nightmare. $129,000 Scott built home is what we bought. The home was delivered before our pad was built so the pad and home were done in the same day. We have doors that wont even close now. We have broken front windows, broken siding and bent up roof panels from them hitting trees on the way here. The inside we have doors that wont close, doors that come off the hinges because the screws used were way to small. Cracks everywhere because of the pad settling so bad. If you do roll the dice with them make sure you take photos and video of everything. We are now working with our bank and our attorney . Have to pay out of pocket to have our house releveled again,roof panels replaced,siding replaced, windows replaced and almost every hinge. Worst experience ever.

I bought a home from them last year and I had a great experience. Trent my sales guy was thorough and the continued service I had received has been outstanding. Anytime I had a question in the beginning about my home, Id call them and they would connect me with Dave and he is more than helpful with me. Id recommend Sanders to anyone.

We agreed on a price per month that I felt comfortable with. I get a call from a financing company and the price is substantially more than what I agreed upon. I get back w sanders and they get close to what we originally agreed upon. I was upfront w them and told them this was going to be a rental property from the beginning. I told the finance people it was a rental when they did my interview and apparently I was suppose to lie to them (Noone ever mentioned to me that I was not suppose to say it was a rental). So again the price is not close to what I agreed to. So about 4 weeks and a lot of headaches later looks like I wont be investing into a trailer.

We recently visited this place of business and we were very disappointed. I called days in advance to check on a home and nobody returned my call. The next week we visited the business and the salesman didn’t seem to take us seriously at all. He never took any of our information down. I understand lots of people come just to look and sometimes it is hard to take a younger couple into consideration when trying to sell a home but we will not be buying from this place. We hope this will improve for others in the future that may be starting out and buying their first home.

I have been to the lot numerous times and they have always been professional and courteous.

I have dealt with 3 yes 3 other dealers before going to Sanders I am so glad we ended up back here one of the place when we first started looking be kinda didnt wanta make the drive well after dealing with the mess of the first 3 place and months of head aches and numerous credit report pulls and mind you that drops your credit we ended up here at Sanders and man from start to finish we have had nothing but GREAT customer service they have done everything they said they would do.and have gone above and beyond they have taken mine and my husbadns multiple calls and questions with impeccable professionalism they have dealt with my son running around when we were doing paperwork and closing and just came in for questions about stuff they helped us deal with stuff on our end that needed to be handled and then took care of all the stuff on their side of things buy/getting a manufactured house is a 2 way street and work has to be done on both sides and I felt like they were on ourside the whole time and i sure hope we were as good of a customer as they were a business. Just wonderful, helpful, patient, understanding, consistent. Really couldnt have asked for more Thank you Trent, Jeff, Karen and both Daves and all the other staff.

I highly recommend Sanders Housing anyone looking for a new home. I was so stressed out when I started looking for a house to put on some land thats been in my family a long time. This is a family run company so they made my family feel totally comfortable and really put us at ease. They worked with our financial situation and the sales team was really patient with us as we looked at pretty much every house and catalogue they had! The home we were able to get in to is more beautiful than we ever expected. We had a few minor fixes that needed to be done after they dropped the house off, but every time we have called, their service team has been there really fast and taken care of the problems on the first visit. I have already recommended them to all my friends and family that we have had to our new home!
