We bought a new bike from James Jones. He was so awesome. Kept things light and easy and had a great time just hangout and talking with him. Staff was very accommodating and helped us in every way they could to meet a nice deal. Very pleased.
Just a brake light switch. They broke the master cylinder. But hey they replaced it with one off a bike that was 22 years old. Grateful they found a way to get me back on the road. Only issue they say they cant warranty a part that old if it fails. So stay tuned for further updates.
Smaller size harley shop. But had a great Navy theme. We just stopped by to pick up a poker chip on the ride by.
Every experience I had at Pensacola Harley-Davidson was amazing. From the New Rider Course to purchasing a bike to needing repairs on said bike (through fault of my own). The staff truly made me feel like family. A special kudos to the Service department who worked with me each week to get my bike repaired after an accident knowing I was moving out of state very soon. Im so thankful for their patience and support. Highly recommend doing business here!
Had a real good time with my son at the Harley Fest.
Update: after submitting a complaint they did take some steps to make up for some of what previously had occurred. I still dont feel like it should have required as much effort to feel like a valued customer.I was looking to purchase a new motorcycle. They had the exact motorcycle I wanted when I went in and the sales people were helpful in getting me set up to buy it. Everything went downhill from there however. They ended up selling the motorcycle to me for a price significantly over MSRP. Also during the lending process the interest rate on the loan was not clearly disclosed and ended up coming back very high. The real issues started when I went to ride my brand new motorcycle home and it wouldnt start. I ended up having to find a ride back home and was told I would have it the next day and they would make it up to me somehow. The following day I ended up having to speak with a manager to get the motorcycle and as of a week later there has been no attempt made to make it up to me. I then had the motorcycle for two days and it ended right back in the shop for engine repairs with only 270 miles on it and it has been there since waiting for parts. I ended up paying a premium price for the motorcycle and have not received a premium experience by any means. Also if they say they are going to attempt to make up something to you, they should keep their word and follow up with it.
Mary, back in merchandising was EXTREMELY helpful in selecting my helmet. Ask for her when you go there. And tell the boss she needs a raise. 😉😁
Always had a good experience there the staff is always friendly helpful an not over bearing
Really love this location. People are always nice. Did my drivers course here and it was also a great experience.
Very helpful, friendly, greeting you with confidence, answer all the questions all about the Harley Davidson motorcycle,I am a first buyer of owning a bike. The employees set me up with the motorcycle driving class, cant weight to begin and learn more how to ride the correct way on shifting gears, and the safety, and all about the maintenance of my first bike. It only took me 15 mins to say lets go ahead and get me approve😊 great group of employees. And they are going to deliver my Harley to my front door 85 miles away cant beat that. Thats is sceptical 😊and thats the reason i purchase. Thanks Guys👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I got to say Ive been to a lot of dealers in my lifetime but this dealership Pensacola Harley-Davidson thats probably the most friendly most responsible most open honest up front with what theyre trying to do for you or what you want them to do for you I found their staff very helpful not pushy they didnt hover over the top of me I wasnt watched everywhere I went the service department guys were very knowledgeable they showed me prices on things that I needed it wasnt as if they were hiding something or they were going to overcharge me he showed me right there on the computer Ive never had that before these guys I like them I like them a whole lot better than I do my local Harley-Davidson dealership which is emerald Coast I wont go back there those folks lets just say I would much rather take my time and ride to Pensacola its a much better experience, go there and experience it yourself, youll know😎👍
Awesome worked with me to purchase the motorcycle that I was looking for, the financing department worked with me and made it possible, Thanks for everything Pensacola Harley.
Great showroom, very clean, nice staff, upbeat atmosphere! Staff members seem to really love their jobs - it shows! We didnt go in to buy a bike, already have a couple, but we love to stop in when were in the area! We picked up some apparel this time! Will stop in again!
Extremely helpful. Went by today to buy helmets for the whole family(4 helmets) and the lady(wish I would have gotten her name) was amazing at helping to find the perfect fit for kids who have never worn a motorcycle helmet before. Couldnt have asked for better service.
Very helpful. Nice place.
Great service....Kevin in the parts is a badass!
My boyfriend has work done on his Harley Davidson he was happy with the work. The price was good. The place was really clean. Even the womans bathroom.
Biker brotherhood only exists if you own/ride a Harley! I own and ride a 2000 Harley FXDX but I also own and ride a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan! I ride around 15k miles each year. I live in southern Illinois and Ive ridden to California twice, South Padre island once and Pensacola Florida once just to call out some of my longer rides. So heres the deal... When I was in Pensacola on my Kawasaki Vulcan my front tire was getting close to the wear bars and I wanted to replace it so I called this Harley dealer to set up a time to have my tire changed. I was at a friends place so I already had the wheel off the bike so all that they would have had to do was change the 130/90/16 tire from the rim alone! I understand a metric bike is so complicated that a normal Harley mechanic would have a difficult time removing the front tire but I eliminated that and only wanted A TIRE REPLACED ON A NORMAL ROUND RIM! Nope Harley wont change a tire on a metric bike even if the rider is 800 miles away from home and in desperate need of help... I had the same experience in Texas with my rear tire last year so its not an isolated situation its a widespread problem... I guess Harley riders are missing the point about what it means to be on 2 wheels.... Its a high class thing now rather than an old school biker thing....THIS HARLEY DEALER IS THE REASON I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER HARLEY AGAIN.... I dont want to be associated with people that will leave me out to dry just because of the bike I ride....
Took my bike to pensacola Harley Davidson. After looking my bike over it was clear the best route was to rebuild the motor. These guys did a great job and with labor and shop fees so high they discounted my bill which helped me out and something you just dont see offend. I would recommend them to anyone. Great people doing a great job and most important they will stand behind their work.
Good group of people over at harley and you can have a good time at their gatherings on the weekends.....just be responsible
So i buy a 50k motor cycle and ride it about 30 or so miles and the back brake starts squealing loud when you use it so i take it in 1 week later for service on the brake noise and was asked if i rode down a gravel road because it looks like sand is in it then im told the pads looked glazed over and i dont use my back brake much but they charge me 135 for an issue on a brand new bike rand was told i should have brought it right back but they would have been closed by then and i brought it back as soon as i could .Glenn in sales was awsome but service not so much and i even bought the esp so i guess spending 50k dont mean anything im very disappointed in being charged anything on a brand new bike i guess i will be looking elsewhere to spend my money in the future.
Great staff and awesome place to buy a new motorcycle. So very helpful.
I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality service. I received, today. The employees were very nice. I never been inside the Harley store until today. I was looking for a helmet so, so I could start riding. The lady that waited on me took time to make sure I was happy with what I was buying and it fit me the way it supposed to. I couldnt ask, for a better sales person or experience. Thanks, Harley Davidson store in Pensacola, Florida.
Great, friendly place. Love bike nights on Thursday night.
So helpful. A friend blew a tire. They were full of helpful info.
Great place with a friendly staff. All good people.
Very friendly atmosphere. Awesome bikes to check out. Only thing is they try to sell you a bike everytime you turn around. It gets old and annoying really quick. Especially when you tell them no youre not buying one. This place actually sold me my first bike. Friendly and great to work with people. But they definitely ripped me off with the interest of the bike and the down payment
3 pushy salesmen decided me not to buy now. Maybe not at all. A good guy, Aden, answered questions, then came the salesmen. Unfortunate.
Our clerk in Clothing was a ☆☆☆☆☆ but the dealership was a letdown. No Apparel in stock. We always spend $100-175 on Dealership branded T-Shirts...not here.
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable to a couple of out of state tourists.
Outstanding experience yesterday as I purchased my first Harley, a 2021 Fat Bob ! Staff work together to insure that this transition went smoothly and in my opinion acted above and beyond . Too many people to thank and would highly recommend Pensacola Harley Davidson to anyone.
They went beyond what I have experienced at other Harley shops.
I spoke with the salesman Scott and it was the great experience. Unfortunately I was unable to buy the bike dude to a personal reasons but if I do buy a bike, I will be buying one from Scott.
I was greeted as soon as I got in the door. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Ive bought two bikes from this dealership, great place to do business.
Love the Harley store. And today especially was awesome. Got to hang out with a bunch of my ridin brothers.
Just stopped in to grab a memorable t-shirt while on vacation. Lots of clothes for him and her and a ton of bikes. All of the staff was nice.
Super friendly and clean lots.of stock
Absolutely amazing experience, Glenn was our salesman and was awesome he answered every question we had and walked us completely through the bike. I definitely recommend this place and everyone there is super friendly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience definitely top notch customer service. The whole staff makes sure you have everything you need before you leave out.
Staff was awesome. Felt like wed been friends for years even tho it was our first time talking
Great people!!!! Very friendly
Bought a street glide here in 2018. Way over priced but didn’t shop around so that’s my bad. The salesman and financial guy was great. Had my bike shipped to Texas and got damaged on the way. Saddle bag rubbed the wall on inside of trailer. Now I’m almost positive the guy that hauled it knew. I mean he had to slide it over to get it out. I noticed it as soon as he pulled off. Called dealer told them. Told me go to my local dealer and we will make arrangements to fix it. They did fix it at no cost to me but whomever the Paris Harley guy talked to they tried to get out of it and said that could’ve happened after they dropped it off. Thanks for fixing it but could’ve left his opinion to himself js.
The t-shirts seemed high even for the T-shirt company.
Salesperson she just passed me off for somebody else
Awesome place went to just look and ended up buying a heritage soft tail classic. Great people all the way around
Very Nice Store and great help in every department!!!
The staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Nothing much inside unless you want a marked-up black, silver, or white Harley. Hardly any accessories, motorclothes, or care products on the floor. Plenty of sales people to follow you around and hound you the entire time you are there. Pricing requests result in a sit-down with a consultant who can give you an estimate of monthly payments if you will finance the motorcycle.
My beautiful niece works here!!
Great selection. Bought a softail slim a few weeks ago and love it. So far everyone at the dealership has been nice and helpful.
I went to Pensacola HD yesterday morning for an oil change and waited almost 6 hours to get that oil change. They then pull my bike back to do the oil change and then about 5 minutes later the maintenance shop supervisor come to me to say my chrome cover on primary is blocking the oil filter so they going to have to charge me additional labor because they have to take that one cover off so they can pull my oil filter, and I okayed it not thinking it wouldn’t be much more. So when it was finished they come to get me to pay and the ticket came out to be $220 for a full synthetic oil change and they charged $134 additional for labor! I’ve had my bike since 2013 and have the same chrome cover on the primary and have never been charged extra to just to take that off out of all the HD dealerships I’ve been to crossing state lines and mind you my bike wasn’t back there no more than 40 minutes. Same oil changes in different states and down in Fort Walton Beach, I’ve paid roughly $95 for a full synthetic oil change with military discount included. This was some complete BS and they won’t see my bike ever again in their service department nor get my business again!!!!
The people there where great love the atmosphere there
The salesman the management the finance aresome of the best that Ive dealt with in my entire time of buying Harley-Davidson motorcycles
Love the bikes they have and the friendly quick service
Terrible experience!!!The service department manager said would take 2 1/2 hours but took 6 hours to mount only 2 new tires. We were second in line at 8:30 am and 2 hours later at 11:00 am an employee said an additional 2 hrs. and another 2 hrs. for a total of 6 hrs. They said would wash it, but did NOT!
Well displayed bike collection. Unique, locally oriented bling.
The dealership is owned by much better people than the previous owner.Great vibe & great people.James sold me & my husband bikes.Definitely recommend him & this dealership.
Hands down the best customer experience if youre looking for a bike. Special shout out to Nik for helping me fall in love with an iron 883. Will definitely be back to seal the deal.
Just took the motorcycle training class. Anne and Eileen are awesome!! After this three day course I feel confident now to be able to operate and ride a motorcycle. Thanks a lot !! Now to go buy a Harley!!!
Super friendly helpful staff!!! This was by far one of my favorite Harley stores! I wish I could remember the ladys name that was so sweet and helpful to give her a shout out but I forgot it😕
Super friendly & super pricey...but thats harley
2020 FLHX 5K Service 3.9.202. Nice dealership. 🖕you Sally. Service department was running like a sewing machine while I waited on my bike getting serviced. Bishop was very professional. He knows HD. The motorclothes representatives were very professional and friendly. My visit today only added to the trust of this HD dealership. Thank you.
One if the best HD dealers I have visited. Excellent service.
Big and everyone was very helpful, but prices are ridiculously priced way to high. 45.00 for a long sleeve shirt and its reduced already.
Worst service center I ever been to extremely mismanaged so bad that I have the psp plan and I just do the service myself so I don’t have to deal with the bs
Service, Parts, And Sales Always Takes Great Care Of Me
Was baited in to driving 3 hours to buy a bike that was A LOT more expensive than what was told when I got there. Was told my bike I was trading in would be worth more than what they gave me for high side value. Salesmen wasted 8 hours of my time to try to get me to spend more than I could afford, wanted more than the bikes were worth, and nowhere near in good shape. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to hands down!
Awesome dealership
Had the things I needed for my harley.
Very nice place! Friendly staff, & comfortable atmosphere!!
Always fun!
Im sure the motorcycle dealership is a very reliable vehicle and I like their bikes just couldnt afford to have one
Great service and the people are very friendly!
Very helpful
Wasnt open when we went, but looks great
Very friendly staff!
Very little inventory and clothing
They have taken care of me and my baby twice on my 100,000 mile journey. I’ll be back a couple more times as well. It feels just like I’m being taken care of at my home dealership.Customer service throughout the dealership is top notch, prices are on par, service is fast, and there is always a smile.
Nice bikes lowsy service
Awesome group and enjoyed visit and merchandise
Im looking to purchase a new Harley Davidson motorcycle and after calling 3 other dealers I called yours. Your sales representative refused to even quote me an out the door price because she said the price was negotiable I reminded her of the suggest price that Harley Davidson published and the sales representative said that your dealership suggests of $2000 over the MSRP. Thanks but no thanks. Im not into price gouging. I can see why HD sales are in the pits.
If your looking for a bike go to Pensacola harley, ask for the sales manager Jim Masino, a really friendly, outgoing, easy to talk to and knowledgeable guy!! If hes busy he has plenty of assistants to help out!! Also had a great experience with Russell and john in the parts department, very very knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all my technical questions with a friendly attitude. And the attractive ladies in the apparel dept dont hurt either. Stop by and check them out!!
Great folks.
