These guys kick @$$!My wife and I came in today (8/16/21) and Davey helped us in store. He was super knowledgeable, nice, and professional. We came in looking for a dryer replacement, but after talking to Davey, decided to opt for repair. They were able to squeeze us in SAME DAY (which was just luck, but still sweet). Steven came over and disassembled and put back our dryer with replacement parts in less than an hour. If Steven was blindfolded and hanging upside down with one hand behind his back, he still could service a dryer faster than you. Overall, we are wicked impressed with the service and highly recommend them. Fast, professional, and fairly priced.

Seems like a nice, family-run business, but the employees need to communicate better and be on the same page. I called late last week for a stove and the polite man I spoke to told me to call back early the following week as they were getting new stock in. I explained to him I dont have a car and asked if there was any way I could purchase over the phone. He kindly said he could take pictures to show me and set it all up over the phone for delivery.Unfortunately, when I called back today to do just that the man I spoke to was a bit gruff and immediately told me no, they could not do that. I was forced to say I guess never mind then, as I wasnt about to pay $60 for an Uber there and back just to look at a stove I could have looked at a picture of to purchase. And buses dont run from Morton to Peoria.Waited almost a week to buy through Mulligans only to be turned down. And now I have to call around and wait even longer.

Bought a Stove, fridge and even a great new sofa at DJ Mulligans. The warranty gives me peace of mind and the gentlemen who delivered all of it to my house were all very prompt, kind and professional. I paid half the price I would have at Lowes and got equally quality appliances! I would recommend to anyone. We purchased a beautiful frige with french doors and drawer freezer on the bottom!! I love it, its been great. We had a small problem with the icemaker freezing up last year and they promptly came out for repair and are so helpful. Thanks Mike.

I would highly recommend Mulligans. The service was fast and the repairman was very courteous. I called Mulligans at 10:52 a.m. and the repair was done before noon. I am sure this is not a normal occurrence but I know from my previous experience with other repair places they usually take 24-48 hours to arrive.

Took less than 30 seconds to look at my appliance and tell me it cannot be fixed. Didnt even bother to test anything until I asked how he knew...then he attempted to jump it by pulling some wires and said it wasnt getting electricity and the problem was with a part they dont make any more and I should just come to the shop and buy another one. I had another company out today and he diagnosed the problem, located the part at the store, and had it repaired in short order. It was the burner which is still made and easy to replace. Nothing related to the part dj mulligans worker identified. The 2nd company actually tested that part with a voltage reader and found out it worked fine. GO Elsewhere. Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion. My appliance is back up and running thanks to another company. Owner read review and still doesnt get that he didnt even correctly identify the issue with the appliance. He was looking at the wrong part which he did not properly test to be sure. My problem was a simple slide in burner replacement that a skilled technician took the time to diagnose and replace (and it didnt even take him that long to do it properly). If the part had been correctly identified and was just not available I would not have written a bad review.

This is the most friendly and helpful store. Appliances are always really clean and I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

We bought several appliances here.When the fridge broke down, we called to get it repaired. The fan sounded like the bearings were going out, then it just stopped. Their repair person, didnt seem to know there was more than just a fan in the freezer compartment so he only checked the one there. After messing around for a day with a fan that worked fine, he put it back into the freezer reset the system and error codes came up on the digital read out. Something he knew nothing about. The fact is he didnt even know anything about error codes or even that there is a fan in the fridge compartment in the damper. He said he had no way of finding anything out as the tags are removed by Davey so no one knew where he got them, but there indeed was a tag and when he moved the fridge out a little it was in plain view literally next to his knee the entire time he was fiddling with the freezer that had always worked just fine. His diagnosis after not checking anything? A board that wouldnt cost any more than the fan.. He told me, I will call you tonight after talking to Davey to figure out which board would cause the blinking numbers.. 4 days later I had to call him. He said waiting on Davey Ill call you back before noon. 2 pm I called the shop, tired of being blown off. When Mike called back 3 hours later the quoted price ($160) was now $580.I called another repairman. They came out the next morning, took the panel off the fridge compartment and replaced the 45$ fan that had gone out. The point? Their appliances seem to break at the exact spot they told you they rebuilt when you buy from them,always. This isnt my first time around with them, but it will be the last.They have little to no knowledge when it comes to repair, and apparently the rebuilt parts are always going to go bad.When you wont put up with poor to horrible customer service,they make up a price to get rid of you. They got rid of me, and the every 2 year replacement money I have been spending since they opened.

DJ Mulligans appliances is a great place to get your appliances. The prices are just right and the employees there are kind.

Every time I have an appliance problem they give me a comprehensive overview of it, with possible solutions, and it never crushes my wallet. I dont buy my appliances elsewhere. They always make my wife happy, and thats whats important to me.

Was at McDonalds on western for lunch on Sat may 12th. There was a guy that was white guy that was wearing a red cardinals hat backwards and a tight smedium shirt that was definitely to small for him, anyways he came inside from the drive thru freaking out yelling and cussing about his big Mac. There were multiple families with children there and many more people that just sat there and watched him freak out and cuss and say very nasty things about the workers there! After getting his burger remade he left and got inside a DJ Mulligans appliance van. Not only does that make your company look bad, I can say you have lost business, just because of the experience alone I will never shop there or recommend anyone to go there. Hope hes not a valued employee.
