I placed an order on sep 11 for niece for her 14 bday.. I felt bad for my niece as it being a very sad day because of the tragedy that happened in 2001 and not being able to celebrate because of covid. I ordered the birthday bundle which includes a balloon, popcorn, cheesecake, 2 dipped strawberries and a dipped pineapple. I was so disappointed to hear that the 3 pcs of fruit wasnt sent. I also added some flowers and they were half dead. Am only adding 3 stars because I added 6 pcs dipped fruit and they came out good and for the cheesecake, popcorn and balloon. I spent $90 and am really disappointed and will never buy from here or recommend it to anyone anymore. Not only is it too expensive but the people there didnt seem to put some thought into making the gift..
Third time Ive walked in this month and third time theyve had only popcorn available. Third time Ive been told the 6 piece chocolate covered fruit would take 45mins. The second time I was told that walks in are allowed but we wont have anything for you ummm ok. I used to grab fruit with subway next door but ok, Im done trying..
It was really wonderful. They had my order done exactly when they said they would and both my mother and mother in law loved their gifts. Brought them to tears. Honestly you may think its a lot for fruit...but the arrangements are gorgeous and are so fresh and yummy(: Great customer service as well. So nice. And we waited till the last minute to order..so them being so quick was awesome. Great job guys(:
This is my first time ordering with edible arrangements and this has been such an awful experience for me I ordered my friend her birthday bouquet on her BIRTHDAY and it still has yet to arrive this was Saturday, it’s Monday it’s been taken out of my account the store phone rings and rings no one picks up. Would’ve rather sent flowers and her actually receive something absolutely ridiculous.
Not this location. Whoever I spoke to was very rude and unapologetic about my missing order. When I asked for a manager she refused. I asked for her first name she refused. She told me I didnt need it. She told me she could not guarantee my delivery go back out appropriately when someone was there to receive it. I had specifically scheduled for a day when I knew my recipient would be home all day to recieve it. She told me there is nothing they can do. They had already taken my money and failed to deliver services. Employee was very unprofessional and said their drivers dont like to work and they cannot guarantee them being there their entire shift to do a delivery at 5pm or 6pm. Although previously she stated they were going to be there until then and when I agreed to that, she took it back and said no. I told them I could pick it up, she said no because it was a delivery... which never got delivered... When I asked for a manager, she refused. The employee stated the manager was going to a different store in Surprise and had no idea when she would be back or in. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes just to speak to an employee I hung up and dialed the Surprise store requesting the manager. The store stated she had not arrived yet, but was willing to listen to me and the issue. The Surprise store was awesome and solved the issue in less time than I had been on hold with the other store. Now my niece will get her pre-k graduation surprise! I can truly say I will NEVER do business at this particular location again because of that one employee. The employee even advised sometimes corporate makes them promise things they cannot deliver upon. That store was a mess. Not only did the employee tell me she could not find my order, but when I called the Surprise store they found it quickly and gave me no issues with the same order number and info. Just know if you have an issue at this store they do not do what they can to help the customer, at least not the specific employee I talked to. Seeing as she is customer facing, she should represent the company in a better light. Tana at the Surprise store though was amazing and I will be leaving a great review for them and their employer! Dont do your business at this store if you can avoid it!
Haven’t ordered from this company is years, figured let’s give it another shot......maybe it’s gotten better. Nope.....Ordered online 3-4 days ahead of Mother’s day. Even paid more for delivery on Mother’s Day. It is now 8:25pm on Mother’s Day and the dessert gift for my wife is MIA. The online “tracker” says order received by store. Has been saying that for days. Waste of money and my time. Will update if it gets delivered.UPDATE5/10/2021Tracker now shows delivery on 5/10. My confirmation email from the 5th says March 9th delivery. Paid extra for Mother’s Day delivery, so I guess they made extra money and never fulfill. Been calling the store since it opened at 9, it just rings and says “someone will be with you shortly” I’ve heard that enough that their system hangs up on you after 15 min FYI.I advise never using any edible arrangements ever. Any store whether franchise or corporate, all will disappoint.UPDATE05/11/21I was able to get through to the store finally at 2:30 pm. Lady was nice and said she was new. People didn’t show up to work, blamed the tracker/ online ordering issue. She had told me my order was converted to another store. When I quested why I wasn’t informed. She blamed company systems. I know it wasn’t her fault. Told me she would give my info to the manager for her to 1 process a refund because again the system won’t let her do it, it would be better if manager did it. 2 the manager to call me and discuss the issue.Still waiting on the agreed upon next steps. I will be calling again at 2:30 to try to reach the manager, if I haven’t gotten a call.So at this time no refund. No product, and online tracker says it will be delivered 5/10. So I’ll expect a delivery yesterday......can’t bring on time so they much be able to time travel to deliver.....
I paid extra for a mothers day arrangement to be delivered on mothers day. Per the website it could be delivered up until 9pm on the delivery day. Its now 1030 with no arrangement. I tried calling the store but there was no answer. I went to the location around 5pm and could see the workers but the door was locked. Ive disputed the charge with my bank and will no longer use edible arrangements for my gifts. Im embarrassed that it never showed up. This wasnt a last minute order. It was confirmed almost a week ago and the payment has already been taken out of my account
Highly disappointed in the service by this location. I had a previous bad experience with the location in Avondale and when placing my order this time, I asked Peoria to service it. They called my store back and told them to send the order to Avondale. Not sure why they are going against customer’s requests but I specifically asked that Avondale not service this order. Didn’t help that my gift was dropped off at 9 PM! Which is 11 PM, Chicago time. Highly disappointed. Won’t be ordered from either Edible again! Also, their cookies tasted bad! They were definitely old cookies... Terrible, terrible service.
Horrible nonexistent customer service. My order was completely wrong and when I called to inform them and give them the opportunity to rectify the situation they gave me the run around and told me to contact a different store, which that store told me to contact the Peoria store. It has been two weeks and a loss of 150 dollars. A total scam and I will be sure to never use Edible Arrangements for any occasion.
Thank you to wonderful delivery guy who tried twice to deliver to mom, who doesn’t get around well and can’t get to the door in time to answer it. After a call to the store, he came back a third time when I would be home. Thanks for going the extra mile to make her Mother’s Day special.
Got there with 35 minutes before closing to get some strawberries they said thru couldnt cause the bakery was closed. Should just close the whole store instead of having me drive 35 minutes to not get some samn strawberries covered in chocolate

Placed an online order came in and the lady said there systems are down and her manager called her and told her what the order was. Well the card I wanted to have with it wasn’t there and the thank you sleeve I paid $8 for. She said well My manager didn’t tell me that you got one and was going to leave it like that. I had to put my foot down and say I paid for it and I intend to get it. That’s when she finally called and confirmed that I bought it. But of course after that hassle I still left without the thank you card as well. Why give an option for a personalized message if they can’t get one?
I ordered a fresh fruit box when the stores were empty and the kids needed healthy snacks. The box was perfect! I got way more than I thought, the delivery was faster than expected, and the fruit was amazing! A great alternative to ordering takeout when most restaurants dont have healthy sides (thats kid friendly!) Will order again!
I walked in and ordered a few chocolate covered fruits and got my special order in 15 minutes. Great service! The lady was very friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be back!

Thought Id rate these people high because Ive bought from them many times, they have always delivered great strawberries for me, and sometimes on a short timeline.I thought the comment above about not having anything available on hand ready for him when he showed up at the store lacked any fore-thought in terms of what he was buying. Its supposed to be FRESH FRUIT, with emphasis on fresh . . . if it just sits around waiting to be purchased, then its just FRUIT!That said, I did have one unusually ill-prepared customer service person, but I let that slide on account that at the end of the conversation they admitted it was their first day.
I received an edible arrangement for my birthday. My daughter (who is in college and broke) purchased me this very expensive birthday gift. I was so happy to try it out. Much to my disappointment, the chocolate covered strawberries were soggy inside the chocolate. The fruit was good, but my favorite part of the arrangement was extremely disappointing. I am sad my daughter spent so much on this arrangement and we couldnt enjoy most of it. I actually thought it would be better than I anticipated, but I am disappointed in the high price and low quality of this product.
Called multiple times, waited several minutes each time and was hung up on every time when phone was picked up.
I ordered online a Mother’s Day fruit arrangement w/ a ballon and flowers for my mom. I paid extra to have it shipped on that Sunday which was Mother’s Day. I live in NY so I couldn’t spend the day with my mom, and I thought this would be perfect to make her day. Around 3 pm Mother’s Day I called the store to see if my order had been delivered. The girl on the phone couldn’t locate my order, than we mysteriously got disconnected. I called back and spoke with another girl who was able to locate my order right away but said it hadn’t gone out yet. I asked her when it would be delivered and she said, “I don’t know, we have like a bunch of orders, my head is fired”. I actually felt bad for her and I said, well as long as she gets it by today, that’s all I want” than she said “ it will go out today for sure, that I can promise you”. Alright fine, the next day, Monday afternoon I called the store around noon their time and asked if my order was delivered and they said “no” WTH!? I paid extra to have it secured on Mother’s Day! And when I asked when it will be delivered, she said “idk” and that was it! I immediately asked for my money back! Such a joke this place! I will never order from this location.
Very bad customer service, called for an arrangement and asked if I could pay in person and the employee said yes asked to leave my number and she said no need to not many people ask for those arrangements. Well drive down there to pick them and its no one knows about it. Happy I didnt give my money to a poor managed buisness. Train better. Thanks for the waste of time. Dont even deserve the 1 star
