What I Liked the most was their 50 point inspection Diagnostic. They Sent me a report with all the issues my car had including photos. 10/10 recommend this place .

Perris Auto Repair Center (Tiger and Sons) is an excellent choice for auto repair from major to minor issues for all makes and models. I witnessed the class of service they give their customers while having my car serviced for a check engine light. I was surprised by the variety of cars they were working on from classics, hot rods, europeans, and normal daily drivers. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my service. My diagnosis ended up being a faulty fuel injector. I replaced all six at the recommendation of Anthony. Changing one would be fine but the others might go out and damage my engine by a misfire. The injectors came with a warranty and roadside assistance. I have never seen a repair shop offer this type of service. I was extremely satisfied with my service and wish I could have them open a shop here in Washington where I recently moved. 1,200 mile drive from Perris, Ca to Washington state and no issues what so ever. Integrity is the only word I can say to describe Tiger and Sons. Your father taught you well and your endeavors will be fruitful. Thanks for everything. I wish you all the best. Recently brought my car in to get something repaired. I did a full diagnostic with them. They found what 2 other mechanics couldn’t figure out. They were super friendly and reassuring. They even drop you off at your house so you don’t have to wait for the service while its getting repaired, very professional . At the end of the service they sent a text with everything they found listing it from “not urgent” to “urgent” so you can see what areas need to be looked at and what areas you really need to focus on. They’re huge on preventative care which is nice because you can catch it before you have to repair it, which makes it cheaper on you. 10/10 will always come back here for everything !

I was surprised at how unprofessional this shop is for a AAA rated shop with such high ratings. When I balked at the price they were charging me for the parts, which was significantly more than the dealer would charged, they bad mouthed any shop that charged less. They called them home garage mechanic or backyard mechanic procesThey also claimed that the higher prices were for warranty work, but when the vehicle had a issue later. They took a week to determine the issue, and let me know how busy they are, like my business did not matter because I was warranty. Hey they already had my money after all. After telling me to delay bringing the vehicle, with the promise they would find the problem on the day I brought it in, it still took a week. They constantly would tell me a time when they would call with an update and never called. If I was not so persistent, I’m sure it would have taken longer.After discovering that the problem was with the complete transmission, they wanted to charge twice the price of more experienced Transmission shops. When I described the issue to a 30 plus year transmission shop. He told me they never should have changed the two solenoids because when the older vehicles have solenoid issues it is an indicator of mechanical failure. He says this shows their lack of experience.I will never use this shop again and I advise you not to as well.

Dont know much of this place since it was first time coming here, what I can say is that they are not kidding when they mean that they will be honest and helpful in any occasion with your vehicle. But if I had the choice I would pick these guys because of the full diagnostic from my car. The information I got from them is very accurate and very precise, anything wrong? They tell you, anything right? They tell you, any outcome that youd like to get from them? They will do the best to give you the best results for your vehicle and making sure your vehicle is good. I have been having consistent problems with my tire due to a nail and have taken it to multiple shops for a repair/patch, but the problem kept coming back. I took it here and Anthony helped me get it fixed right away. The service was amazing and everybody was extremely welcoming in the lobby, as they also offered drinks and donuts while we waited! Brought my 2012 Honda civic in because the AC was not working properly, They were able to review my vehicle and find out I was really low on refrigerant. The shop was able to refill the system and added a dye in case any issues arose in the future. They also found a leaking PCV valve and broken air induction hose that lead to the air cleaner. I had them service my fuel system and transmission along with a radiator flush and hose change. I can honestly say that a week earlier I was going to sell the car or trade it in, Thanks to Perris Auto Repair I will be keeping it for a long time. My car has not run this smooth in years. Thanks guys will be returning for future repairs.

I just had the pleasure of having my vehicle electrical repairs completed at Tiger and sons. I telephoned this establishment at the recommendation of my husband two weeks ago. From the initial phone conversation and courtesy, its very evident the establishment is professional. I encountered Mario and Anthony on this visit where they diagnosed, completed a complete vehicle report and repaired my vehicle. The business is family owned which provides a great atmosphere and both gentlemen speak and talk about their family and business history. They inform and educate customers on their vehicle needs and priorities; however, leave all decision making to the customer. The pickup and delivery service is a sure plus as you do not have the inconvenience that presents itself from most mechanics/dealerships who no longer offer shuttle services. They are an AAA authorized dealer and so they also honor the 10% discount up to $50 off any sizeable repair (no oil changes, etc). Give them a try, but hopefully you dont prevent me from getting an appointment the next time I need them!:)))))

I went to this shop based on the reviews, it was even better than I expected. I could tell Anthony was listening intently by the questions he was asking. It also showed me his knowledge on the subject. He explained cost and direction of repair very clearly. Then I not only got to check out their shop but he gave me a ride home. What I never expected is that I chose a repair shop that was family owned by 3 brothers. I was very please with the outcome and overall service.

I chose this place as it was near my office. Dropped off the car in the early morning and Anthony was able to give me a ride back to office. They did a overall good job on the car even though it was just a routine maintenance, with a very detailed inspection report. I have always disliked having to get my car maintenance because everyone always seems super pushy and always trying to fix something that is not broken. These guys did not make me feel like that at all. If your looking for honest mechanics this is the place you need to go. Anthony helped me with my truck I was doing some self maintenance on my trucks oil pan gasket, and after I put my truck back together I had a tick wile putting my truck into gear. I couldnt figure out what happen but Anthony and his team found out that I hit a plate wile working on my truck that was hitting some bolts on the torque converter easy fix. Also wile I was there they saw my ball joints were horrible in my 2007 silverado and gave me a great deal to take care of them so I jump at the opportunity to get my truck 100%. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants a painless and honest process when it comes to getting your vehicle taken care of. Thank you again you guys are the best.

I took my vehicle in for a noise coming from engine. Noise was coming from water pump so they replaced it. My car had to stay for multiple days but they were realistic with their completion timeframe and car was ready on the day they said it would be. Sent over a courtesy inspection which contained other recommended services. I did do some of them and they were not pushy about the services declined. Car is running and sounding great. Overall, their customer service and quality of work is on point. Recommend and will be using them again.

Son took car on Wednesday afternoon after I told Anthony that car loses timing and it could be the timing chain. Didnt get a call till Thursday at 5:30 telling me one of the noises was the water pump and that they still need to look at the timing chain. Friday at 4:00 Anthony calls and tells me they took the cover off and they need to replace the timing chain also water pump and it will be $4200. Told him a motor is cheaper than that and the car had cost $4300. Told him Ill take the car somewhere else Then he charged $263 for diagnostics. When son picked up car Anthony was asking to buy car which is strange. Prices are too high here

Had my 05 Mustang GT addressed here when the A/C started acting up. Even after the diagnoses they found nothing, they did expensive testing just to be sure they didnt miss anything. A/Cs been working fine and could of just been me. Their free online maintenance inspection is what tripped me out the most, they will do a free diagnoses of your car and upload images of your fluids, suspension, etc. online for you to view for yourself and its very user friendly. Staff was also relatively friendly, will definitely be returning to get my brakes bled and pinion seal replaced!

Took my car to have a constant ac problem with hopes of it finally fixed long term. Am I ever impressed. The storefront, and shop are very clean. The brothers are very professional, i even had the opportunity to meet the father who was also very nice. Newer age style of notifications from my cars first insepction. My car ended up having a main ac line leaking, and after taking it to a local dealer and never getting it fixed, also wasting alot of money. This shop fixed it finally. Went to Arizona last weekend with 113 Temps outside, nice and cold in the car. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back for more services from here on.

I dont live in the area and was dropping my dog off for training when i hit a pot hole and had a tire blow out. i was towed to their business and unfortunately i have a very specific tire and had to wait for the new tire as i was many miles from home. While I was traveling through Southern California I had a check engine light come on. I have a 2015 Volkswagon Jetta. I went to the nearest Volkswagen dealership in Moreno Valley and after a $120 diagnosis I found out I will take another $450 diagnosis to even get to the problem the check engine light was representing. I didnt have peace about the situation so I started looking elsewhere for help. Online I found Perris Auto Repair Center. The good men at Perris Auto Repair Center got my car up on a lift and showed me the issue which was plain to see and definitely would not take 4+ hours of labor to get to. One of there mechanics tested the piece that was supposedly misfiring causing the check engine light and it was working properly. After a battery of test I received a legitimate diagnosis on my vehicle and was professionally guided in the way I should go as far as maintenance on my car. A couple days after I was serviced at Perris Auto Repair Center I thought to myself I wonder if these guys could aquire the part number for the part that was occasionally misfiring and that caused the original check engine light to turn on . In case I needed that information in the future. After a short phone call with Perris Auto Repair Center I received a text with in less than 5 minutes of hanging up of the part number I needed. I never leave reviews ever. But these guys deserved it.

When another shop damaged my shifter during a routine clutch replacement, Mario replaced the damaged part super fast, and Anthony gave me a fair price. These guys will always be the first place I go to get my car serviced from now on.

Smart staff with honest prices. I read another review that said you would be lucky to break down near these guys, this was the truth. Came in to diagnose a weird engine sound, ended up being resolved fast and got to drink some delicious coffee and enjoy high speed internet and A/C while I waited. To top it all off, all of their work is generously warrantied (just another reason to avoid the dealerships like the plague!).Anthony and his team were polite, honest, and most importantly smart. They don’t charge unnecessarily (unlike several of the big brand guys out there) and for that they have earned a long term customer.

I parked and opened my car door to see ALL my coolant dumped. AAA suggested this place and i just went with the tow truck, totally unsure of what to expect 🤞🏽. I was pleasantly surprised...and loved that they are a family-run business. They took care of me, did an inspection AND got me out the door in time for date night. It didn’t cost 💸💸💸 and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Perris Auto Repair since about 2013/ 2014. It was Tiger and Sons before when their dad ran the shop. Im always pleased with the quality work they do. My vehicle always runs so much better when it is returned to me. You get what you pay for.My only wish was I wish they were able to clone themselves so they could be open weekends.

I brought my 2001 Mustang GT in for a power steering flush. The brothers here took good care of my car and sent me on my way in short order. If you really like your car and care about skilled technicians working on it this is the place to go.

I can’t stress enough how much I recommend these guys. I’ve been going to them for over 10 years and I would never take my cars anywhere else. They’re honest, the prices are fair, and they don’t do anything to your car that they wouldn’t do to theirs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly highly recommended.

DONT LET AAA TOW YOUR VEHICLE HERE. There are other AAA rated repair shops in the area that are friendly, reliable, and most importantly affordable. I had my suburban break down in Moreno Valley on my way back from Palm Springs and AAA roadside suggested they tow my vehicle here. Perris Auto Repair Center had a $110 electrical diagnostic fee which I agreed to because I believed it would be waived if I proceeded with service -- it wasnt. Id also like to note $110 is really high for a diagnostic fee, thats what Id pay for my tractor rig to get serviced, but this is regular vehicle. Next, when their diagnosis determined the alternator was dead, which was already expected, they quoted me an alarming rate of $758 for the entire job. I had to ask questions and get an invoice of line items. Their labor fee wasnt that insane at $85, but they were charging me $518+ for the original installed part, an ACDelco, which sells at a dealership for $275 new, and online for half that. Essentially Perris Auto Repair Center marked up their parts 400% and then some since they likely get an even better rate using their dealer account. When I confronted the owner Anthony about this, he said due to their overhead, this is what they charge for parts. I called AAA and filed a formal complaint and AAA referred me to another approved repair shop who changed out the alternator with parts and labor coming to $271 flat. Shame on Perris Auto Repair Center for taking advantage of people who may be unsuspecting of how much they should be paying for repairs. I saved $400 by going elsewhere.
