Store employee (middle eastern gentleman in late 30s or early 40s) or owner is rude and ugly acting towards customers. I don’t care about the variety offered if the attitude is rude and unhelpful. Masks are worn but no hand sanitizer available for customers and card machine is dated so it requires contact. Disappointed with the service I received and would rather drive further to shop with a more welcoming crowd then to be treated as if I was an irritation. Clearly just here to take your money and doesn’t care about the customer service they’re giving out.

I went in to get papers, ended up getting the things I really needed. The gentleman that helped me out knew how to assist me. Definitely going back for more goodies.

Top Flight Security:They are the only shop I know of in the Inland empire open till midnight.. best deals on glass some glass comes with a free torch Lighter. For only 5$💎 they sold be a peli nail a few years ago and it still works. Sometimes 4 guys working for speedy service. The glass gallery is off the charts... All your favorite artists.. they have quality over quantity. They even have cheepy pieces if your money is tight.

This place is weird. Never actually went into the store. I called over the phone asking for a specific product. Every answer was I think we have it... like he was unsure. When I asked for the price of the product he said, You have to come in I dont discuss price over the phone. WHAT???

Went to the shop yesterday bought a wax concentrate vape pen found out today that one of the items that came with does not work called in today to ask what I can do about this and they told me that they do not sell those at their store and that I had the wrong store do not recommend this place

Dont even think or stop near this rip off arab gypsie looking motherlovers sells cheaps products and has no warranty on devices that come defected i had to buy a battery twice the 3 day of purchasing my first one i bought for 40$ when i came the same day to show the guy my battery was defected but dint want to trade a broken product so it ended up breaking the three day so i came back a showed him that it broke he dint care said no refund final sale so i had to pay again for another over priced batterie and now this is my 3th battery to purchase this month when i never had drop once or anything

Well, im not surprised to see bad reviews for this place.While my friend and i waited for our pizza from Dominoes(2doors down)we popped in this store because my friend wanted to buy a torch lighter. The guy that was working was nice as he gave prices for a few lighters that were up on the wall behind the counter. My friend wasnt interested in buying a poor quality lighter, he wanted something that would last. When he inquired about a torch with a red skull on it the guy stated it was a Newport special edition, but failed to give the price. So, my friend asked again, and the guy again stated the brand name, it was special edition and top of the line....still no price. This caught my attention. I cant remember exactly what the guy said next but he definately insinuated that my friend couldnt afford the lighter. I was shocked and in defense for my friend i said but hes rich! And my friend added that he could afford to buy everything in that store, which was true statement. Finally the guy gave the price ($69.95)and my friend told him the torch was overpriced for the quality, he could find it for a cheaper price, he wasnt paying that much for it there.He ended up leaving with a $9.99 torch lighter and a can of butane(which i noticed once we got home that the butane can said buy 1 get 1 free😖) and we both felt that guy was insulting. We wont be returning to this store.My advice:Insulting your customers is not good business practice, ever!This shop had the typical smoke shop merchandise that is overpriced and sold by rude workers. Nothing special, dont waste your time.

Hes a rip off . One hes overpriced. Sold me something i bought for 7$ for 15$. & it didnt work. Hell sell you something knowing it doesnt work & wont give you a refund. And hell say u say ok in front of me, i didnt force you to take it. But I simply took his word that he knew what he was talking about but clearly he doesnt & hes a rip off .Never coming back here again until you start being reasonable with your customers & not money hungry.

Classic smoke shop. The brown gentlemen behind the counter never stopped his conversation (in an unidentifiable language) to help me.We mostly used hand gestures and guttural grunts to get the point across. All and all a good experience 95% Mexican
