Some staff are not trained on the register. I can come in and buy something and come back hours later and buy the same thing with a different clerk and the price is different. I told the regulars about it but nothing changed so I just stop shopping there for about 8mo. I gave it a try again and the same thing.

Simmy and Shawn are both super sweet. Fast and great workers. Its always clean and kept up nice.

One certain employee on night shift always rude to me. Anytime I ever go inside at night, tus employee watches my every move like Im stealing merchandise from the store. Im not a thief and never been accused as one. I am always friendly to all staff working and all are friendly as well except for one. Dont know his name to be honest but theyre is two guys working at night. One older and one younger. The older guy is very rude and hatful towards me. Ive even asked him if I did anything to upset him but he wont talk to me. I wasnt going to say anything but this has been going on ever since Ive gone there. So Im probably not the only one who gets treated like a bad person from same guy.

I’m not going to lie I didn’t have an issue but it’s like the 4th time I ask if they have something in stock and they just say “you come check” literally the most lazy thing I have heard

Only reason I come here is because the gas is normally cheaper but the screens at the gas pump are not very legible and credit cards hardly ever work with the gas pumps either and the gas pumps never provide receipts, you always have to go in, in order to get one.

The worker Shawn is a really nice guy and he is my Best Friend!!!

Worst 7 11 Ive been in they guys at night shift are sooooooo fxxn lazyyy I asked for a pizza to be put in because the last slices were older than my nalgas. And one told me he was busy in the cooler.. While the one in the register said I could have them for free... And thats not all I even said I would pop it in myself(i use to work at a gas station) the simplest task was difficult for them

Disrespecful guy at the counter.Went to buy two slurpees, got to the counter to pay. Two guys counting money, they tell me thell be right with me. No big deal, im not in a hurry. One guy Finishes up counting his money, put his cash drawer into the register next thing i knowHe gave me my total to pay. I said I have the app my phones been the on the counter with the slurpees the whole time i been waiting for them. He told me next time to let him know that i have the app. I said you shouldve warned me he says you saw me ringing you up. Hes obviuosly not having a good day or he has no manners at all or both. He didnt even said, sorry for the wait or How can i help you. Instead he chose to be disrespectful. But i guess i can not expect any less from a 7-11.

Do not eat any of their food. The black man that works the midnight shift was cooking hotdogs with no gloves on. I try to use the restroom and he got the doors locks. How you washing your hands when the restroom is out of service or they got it lock and keeping customers from using it?

The actual price at cash register is much higher than the label on the shelf.When I nicely mentioned that, the clerk/owner just simply ignored it with bad attitude.

Came to buy a couple things and As i pulled out a $100 bill to purchase, this white female cashier said the rudest reply . No i dont have change for that, this isnt Stator Bros and gave me a Look with it too . Wont ever come back here if they gave me attitude like that .
