Only reason I give a 1 star is because the guy was nice and courteous, he acknowledged me, which is great! BUT he did not change gloves in between customers, I literally saw him collect cash from the previous customer, then moves on to prepare my mangoneada and puts the ingredients with the same gloves he collected and touch money with. I got grossed out, I apologized to him and told him I didn’t mean to be mean, but I wouldn’t be taking the mangoneada anymore. Money carries so much bacteria, staff should be washing and changing gloves in between each customer, especially with this whole covid situation we are all living. Made me question, if he did that in front of me, imagine what goes on on the back end of things. Yuck!

THIS ICECREAM IS REALLY REALLY SWEET AND DOES NOT MELT. THERE IS NOTHING NATURAL ABOUT THIS ICECREAM PURE ADDITIVES AND ARTIFICIAL COLORING THERE IS A LITTLE BIT OF FRUIT TO DECIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT ARE WE EATING?!?!?! BE CAREFUL TASTES LIKE LA VOCA DE LA VACA

Horrible service. Slow, rude and they always get my order wrong or overcharge me. It’s taken 30 minutes to be served while the employees hang around and chat and ignore customers. The snacks are yummy but honestly not worth the bad treatment and high prices. After a certain employee messed up my order and I complained, she refuses to serve me and ignores me until another employee helps me.

Im pretty sure you guys overcharged me....I got one medium mangonada and one single scoop and got charged 12.50$$ it doesn’t make sense’ plus they forgot to add limon on my mangonada😴😩

Lots of choices, all kinds of treats from mangoniadas to tostilocos and mieve de garrafa. Place was clean and had plentybof parking. Lots of workers and they were very efficient in getting the order out. They were in a hurry to get us out, that is too bad because it was our first time there and wanted to look and see what else we would buy.

Great place. Although they need to learn how to make a thick shake. Had three shakes so far 1st one was perfect. Last two were 👎 not thick at all and I asked for extra thick? Just add alil milk and it will be thick. Its easy?

I would give 5 starts if they didnt surcharge consumers illegally. This place has great ice cream and great service every time we have gone. But they add .50 cents each card transaction even if its debit card. I have spoken to a supervisor and let them know it is illegal per card brand rules to do so and their response was The owner says we need to charge it, sorry They dont seem to care because most their customers are spanish speaking and they know they can get away with it.

The inside and options are great. Outside there is a lot of individuals hanging around and asking for money. The entrance needs washing, smells bad.

I did not like the woman serving me she was out of uniform and speaking with costumers and laughing at jokes with them while serving me i asked for chips with nacho cheese and hot sauce and she added jalapenos she simply took em out one by one making the cheese colder for me and then handing it to me there was cheese all over the bag.

I loved this place! Their mangonadas are so good and they are always ready to serve you.

Had an good time at this place, although upon entering it smelled weird instead flavorful fruits, all the food items were delicious (mangoneada, hot Cheetos esquite, takis locos, nachos), I ordered small nachos and the employee accidentally made a large nachos instead and the employee only charged for my original item. Staff was friendly and very fast in preparing the food.

I love the Perris La Michoacana, visit it 2 or more times a month. The staff is always very friendly, accommodating, helpful...and the frozen treats are wonderful....the water based selections can please even vegan customers!

This has been the best michoacana I’ve been to. Everything that I’ve tried has tasted great it’s always clean and they ha e great customer service. I would definitely suggest their champs mango ice cream and their esquites.
