I love this dunkin, they are always so nice and happy to serve you! I wanted to do a survey with my reciept and my survey code but sadly the website is saying the code is not valid. I called the store to try and get another code they gave me one and that says the survey code is not valid too! So I just decided to do a review on their website hoping it is seen. Im doing the survey for the young lady that works there named Lexi. I walk in the door and it doesnt matter how busy she is or what she is doing, she always says hi to me and asks me how my day is. Telling the person if (it isnt her) that is coming over to take my order that she is already making it and knows what I want! Im very picky and I always order the same thing, every other dunkin I go to I always have to add something to my coffee after they have made it to make it to my liking. But not here, not with Lexi, she ALWAYS ALWAYS makes it just perfect and asks me if it is good ready to improve it if it isnt but its always perfect. The fact that I dont even have to tell her what I want and she just rings it in is great. She remembered my order only after coming just once! That really really makes me come back every day despite the 4 other dunkins that I pass getting to her location, which is also a little out of the way but because of the great customer service and the delicious coffee she makes i come here. Lexi is not the only nice person there either, all of them are so happy and nice and make sure your happy with your order every time. I have been to post of dunkins and none of the people that work there are as happy and nice as the people that work here which is what brings me back every day! I highly recommend this Dunkin they really are awesome! Thanks again Lexi for my yummy coffee! P.s. you were right the mini bagels are yummy will for sure be getting them again!

The ice cream was nice, but my problem lies with a staff member. She was extremely short with everyone. The group I was with all thought she was pretty much yelling at them. I didnt get to finish my order because she had me pay before I could. She was rushing us as if there was a rush but there were only 6 costumers in the store. I wont recommend that people come to this establishment until the issue is fixed.

Unpleasant staff members. They also refuse service half an hour before closing. Trust the reviews and go elsewhere.

Horrible service. Employee was incredibly rude. You don’t yell at your customers. We were barley there for two minutes and got yelled at. Some how their blenders were broken so we couldn’t even get what we wanted. I barely come to this location but it was closer than my usual one. Obviously never coming here again.

Whoever was taking drive-thru orders for baskin here at 730pm on Friday August 21st 2020 needs to be trained how to speak to customers... it’s comical they let her have a headset.

This place says it closes at 10pm online...I drive 15 minutes to the location to get my husband and I some ice cream. I pull up to the drive thru at 9:40pm and the staff member comes on the speaker and says, mam, sorry were closed. My reply was, oh, I thought you closed at 10pm? His response was, we have been closing early at 9:30pm due to the holiday or something. Im thinking, it is January 3rd!!! What are you talking about!?!? So I said, ok so I cant get ice cream then? He says, we already put everything away...sorry. Meanwhile, there were about 8 to 10 people inside at that point with all the lights on. Im so confused...why would you close 30 min before the posted closing time and say it is because of a holiday!?! Baskin Robbins in Perry Hall...get yourself together!

I Ordered a cake on line for pick up today, Valentine’s day; my daughter’s birthday I was told the, “cake designer forgot to make the cake.” Highly unacceptable. Prior to telling me the cake was not available. They searched for a cake in the freezer. I stood there for 1/2 hour, being questioned (half that time) as if I made a mistake. They could not find the cake. later, they offered me to get a cake flavor I did not need or desire from the freezer. (I would have picked one from the freezer vs ordering if that’s what I wanted, duh). They refunded me, my money, with no apologies for my inconvenience, compensation or at minimum offer a solution to THEIR problem (not mines). Worse part the manager was present. The lack of customer is present at this location. That’s not how business should be conducted. A customer should never leave empty handed or felt like their business is unwanted. I wont return, it’s obvious they do not need my business.

The website kept asking me for a password...? I attempted to solve the problem by calling the restaurant, but I was cursed out by an angry woman who claimed to be an owner... Im sure their cakes are great but I never had the pleasure

This is a Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts. Interior was clean and pleasant. People were polite and helpful. My ice cream and doughnut were fresh and delicious. I had strawberry and chocolate chip cookie dough in a waffle cone, and a chocolate glazed doughnut for later. This is one of very few places to get ice cream before 11 in the morning, which sometimes you just need.

Seriously always a problem when it comes to this place, such a headache! Im never going to this one again. 4th time there has been a pretty significant problem trying to order something here for my kids birthdays. The only reason I keep giving it another chance, in hopes that there wont be a problem is because its the closest one to my house. It never fails, theres always an issue! From now on Ill go to one further away just so i never have to deal with this place and all of their issues.

Idk how a baskin robins is perpetually out of ice cream but whatever trash place

Ordered an ice cream cone that was chunky and full of ice chips. Asked for a different flavor hoping it would be better but it was just worst. Shards of ice through the entire thing. It was disgusting. I wont be back.
