Torrence Sound really listened when I was telling them what I wanted. We had an odd construction schedule, and a drop dead install date, and they overdelivered! Cant ask for more from anyone. As a small Catholic school that does three stage performances a year we needed an update to our sound system. Torrence came out listened to our needs and was respectful of our limited budget. With their expertise and professionalism we now have a system that meets our expectations with many extras that was installed this summer. We recently had our first stage performance in November since the upgrade and there were many praises given to the students and the sound. We had used Torrence before when we needed audio equipment and were always pleased with their customer service. When we were having issues with our Access Control/Keyfob provider we looked to an Architect to recommend a local company. We were thrilled when Torrence was their recommendation. They are professional and complete everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Torrence is not the cheapest company. However, for this type of product and service, follow up after the installation is critical. Torrence followed up for my company and even called before warranties expired to make sure everything was working prior to the warranty expiration. I recommend Torrence for your longterm security and sound system needs.

My wife and I recently opened Wine Flight in Elmore Ohio and with hard surfaces on the floors, ceilings, and walls; the space was very loud when we were busy. We hired Antonio at Torrence to design a solution for us, which ultimately resulted in installing 48 Primacoustic control cubes on the ceilings. Despite the fact that we chose to install them ourselves, Antonio took time to come out and explain how to install the panels. He also made a drawing showing exactly where to install each panel. While its only been a few days, we have already noticed a significant change in the sound levels in the store. Great work!

Fred went out of his way to make sure all of our audio matched our new safety buttons. Our school is in a better place in regards to safety and security due to their service.

Torrence Sound and Fred Lammers have been great! Summerfield Schools was experiencing serious problems with our clock system in the elementary building. Torrence worked very hard to correct the problems even putting to together a plan to replace all clocks with new ones at a reduced cost and complementary labor. The work was completed and the system has been restored. The new clocks work great and look great! Torrence Sound has been a pleasure to work with during this project.
