We had our old concrete front porch removed and a new composite deck with railing built. The crew was amazing. The work done was very professional. Bob and Moody took their time and made sure everything was completed to our liking. They were professional, friendly, and detail oriented. The job was started and completed in a timely fashion. The work site was cleaned and left in a beautiful condition. We are extremely pleased with ABC Windows and More, and we highly recommend them to anyone!

With everything going on and all the shortages of materials. The windows for our basement came faster then I thought. Mike installed them in a very timely manner and was very neat and clean about it. Had them out for an estimate and would not give us one claiming we did not want to walk around the house with them. At the house I said I would do whatever the preference was and he voiced he would walk and take measurements and could chat after. Still would not share estimate.Update 5/28: We greatly appreciated the owner taking his time to give us an estimate. Quite frankly, if things had gone that well up front we would probably be doing business with them -- it was a pleasure working with Jason.

Installation was very professional and installers were friendly and helpful. Windows are great looking and already saving on air conditioning costs. The noise level inside is greatly improved also. We are very pleased with the quality and price of these low E3 & Argon filled windows.

They do NOT sell flag poles here. Google search led me here by mistake. She very nice about it, but could not help me.

When I found this company was top rated at Checkbook, I had them come by and give me an estimate. I was told that the company had changed hands and that the prices would be a little higher. Much to my chagrin, they were over 50% higher than the other estimate I got. The other company, XOTec installed my 16 new windows and did a really great job.

Purchased a Sunsetter Awning because of the sun beating down on our patio. Our patio was able to be used during even the hottest days. Simple sales process from Abc and installation was when promised. Highly recommend both product and company

From beginning everything was great. Ryan came out gave estimate and then they called with installation date. We had out awning installed but the lights that were supposed to be added to our order was never ordered now its been almost 3 weeks still no lights no answer when we will get them. I am a little upset cause they were never ordered in the first place like they said. Not happy at all now.

Although all of the work was completed it was disappointing to have to monitor quality of each crew. Repairs were made in a timely manner however ownership appears so desperate for cash they will need payment to stay afloat. If your looking for a local contractor keep looking. There are better ones out there.I have attached photos of your craftsmanship when you expected full payment. I have several more however these two show your installation of a finished door according to your company. Regardless of what the BBB implied policy is, your companies heavy handed demands for payment were not appreciated. I have already contracted with other vendors to finish your work and perform additional work.

Stay away from this company. It’s a shame that we had to constantly monitor work. Sure repairs were made when needed, but that should not have been needed. The owner never returns phone calls. Desperate for pay. As of today, still needing gate to be repaired on my new pool deck and a board to be installed on front of deck. Should have been back out today. My husband called office. Told she would talk to this owner Jason P and get back with us today or tomorrow. If this goes into Monday, I will be taking further action.LATEST UPDATEIn following comment, it is not accurate. This project is NOT complete. IF I could post pictures I would.The owner is supposed to come out on Tuesday 6/18/19 only because I demanded he do so. He wanted to send his wack of a crew out for the fourth time tomorrow. We called the guy and said not to come out. If this is not resolved on Tuesday, I am filing a BBB complaint AND filing a fraud report with my credit union. Money was collected in full, but job not right. Check Yelp, you will see pictures there.UPDATE AS OF 6/22/19Jason came out on 6/18/19 to assess situation. He spoke with both my husband and I. New materials were going to be ordered to totally redo stairs. He called on 6/20/19 to say materials were in and he would be out on 6/22/19. He arrived on Saturday, along with the guy who did stairs originally, and totally redid them. It looks like it should. I would hope that this doesn’t happen to any future customers. Unnecessary stress and time wasted. This particular crew could definitely benefit from some job training.Not only that, but be expected to work 8 hour days, arrive at a decent, consistent time. Also, have respect and not smoke on the job. Although the situation was remedied, we will never hire this company again in the future.

Awesome staff! Came and put windows in my house that looked amazing . Did exactly what we discussed before hand . Was not disappointed ! Highly recommend to new home owners !!

They are very detail oriented. They have done many home repairs for me and I have referred them to several of my friends.

It took months of repeated calls for them to finish a job due to sourcing and scheduling. Glass on our door is wavy. Eaves troughs leak. They charged for things that were not done And they drilled through our wall when installing the retractable awning. They will make promises of fixing problems and fall well short. No value here. You get what you pay for (or less).

We had an estimate done but still have yet to hear any word on it! It has been 5 days since Chris came out. This is just terrible service!

Great products, great service. Will use again for our future projects
