I just had my new bed delivered and was happy with the whole process. The salesman was knowledgable, friendly and competent. Based on prices for the same mattress I have seen other places, I think that we got a very fair deal.The delivery crew was on time and efficient. They called ahead to let us know that they were coming. They took care to move the old mattress and box springs out, then carefully brought the new mattress and box springs. They set things up, walked us through the warranty and inspected the door frames and walls on the way out to ensure that nothing was damaged. (And nothing was.)We have used this store before and would gladly go back again.

The Serta online help lead us to the Perrysburg Mattress showroom. Once we got there, we were able to try each mattress and were not hurried or pressured.The delivery experience was also very good. We decided the mattress height when it was being set up but once in place determined it was too high. The crew came back inside after they were in their truck to leave and helped readjust it. Going above and beyond.

I stopped in at Perrysburg Mattress to look and see what they had. I talked to Brian, explained what I was after and he showed me what they had. He was very helpful, answered my questions, and let me test at my leisure. I left there and went shopping to quite a few different stores, and left most because of attitude, and or product, as well as buy now Ending up going back to see Brian and again he was very helpful. Ended up not only with the mattress I wanted but also the adjustable platform that I didnt think I could afford. We set a delivery date and time, they showed up on time, took my old set away, set up the new platform and mattress and gone with in an hour. Ive been in sales for over 40 years, it takes a lot to impress me, and I was very impressed with everything. These guys are great.

My family went in to look for a mattress for my brother, and we mentioned that we had been looking at a Tuft and Needle mattress which ran cheaper than the one we had narrowed it down to in-store, and one I had previously purchased for myself. The salesman proceeded to rag on ‘box mattresses’ and kept an extremely rude tone throughout the transaction. Made me feel stupid for even considering ordering a mattress online. Asked us, and I’m quoting, “Well if you’re considering a box mattress like you seem to be why are you even in here today?” and “Youre going to walk out of here over a $40 difference?”All in all a terrible experience, ended up at Appliance Center which had much better customer service, variety, and a staff that was willing to work within our price range.

The people at Perrysburg mattress took all of the time I needed in the store to try out many mattresses and I came back multiple times after trying mattresses at other stores. Prices are good and selection is limited but they have many types of mattresses. Uuou do not walk in the store and get overwelhmed by a store with 50 to 100 mattresses. I told them what I needed and they recommended ones to fit my need!

Took 2.5 months to respond...albeit by email. Only to have a level of hubris thru the roof5) We offered 1500.00 restocking fee. Almost a 30% fee to just move on and get a good nights sleep since Ryan became quite hostile at the fact we were having issues.6) The manager lied saying nobody makes mattresses without memory foam.7) Had to dispute the charges with our credit card until we knew what was going to happen.8) Initially we were offered nothing....until we pressed hard.9) Manager stated he would backdate paperwork to manipulate the system for a warranty return.10) Got an offer on the mattress only...but when the credit card deal was complete....the store reneged on the offer.In summation, Right when we notified this manager that we were having issues....it got hostile immediately. After a bad review.....Ryan put FAKE reviews on my company.This retailer does not care about its customers, they will withhold info by not explicitly taking about policies.Needless to say, we are exploring all options to make ourselves whole the best we can. I really thought 1500.00 given to the store and we walk away to pursue another regular mattress was fairly reasonable.***Be very cautious about purchasing here.....REMEMBER, THEY ONLY HAVE SERTA I COMFORT HYBRID MATTRESSES. Bought 2 mattresses from here, both DEFECTIVE!! Dont waste your money or time, the owner will not stand by his customer. Doesnt even have the respect to call the customer back.
