Whole family quarantined because we have Covid. Order grocery delivery, no contact, ring the bell and leave. Driver left the wrong order. Called the store and they said they couldnt do anything about it because the order had been fulfilled, even if someone else got our items. That they didnt have any managers working today and I had to call 1-800-Walmart. Called 800. They said they couldnt do anything about it because the order was fulfilled in store, call the store. Called the store back. They then said Id have to request a refund from 1-800 and then I would have to put in a new order and set up another available deliver time. I called 1-800 back. They said theyd have to contact the store to do the refund because, once again, the order was completed in the store, not online. That Id have to wait 24-48 hours for the charge to come off my card before I could order again. Now comes the waiting game because now neither places are answering my calls.Update: The next day, I called the store and spoke to the grocery manager, who hadnt been in the day before. She said that there was nothing in her inbox from 1-800-Walmart, so she took down my information and said shed call me back by end of day. Never heard from her. I went ahead and reordered everything and paid a second time, just so the family would have soup, oatmeal, ect. for some good being sick food. Later I was contacted by a digital coach via email for the feedback I had given here and they ended up processing a refund for my first order which came back on my card a few days after they contacted me.I understand that mistakes happen. My issue was that no one would own up to it and assist and kept pointing fingers at someone else to handle. This review would have never happened if the first time I called the store, they would have said: No problem, my apologies, well take care of that right away.

As far as Walmart goes this one is a pretty nice one. They had a good selection of merchandise I was even able to find swimming suits in the fall for my kids here. We are able to check out very quickly there are no lines and the number of people in the store was low to moderate. The store is conveniently located by all the hotels off of the turnpike and i-75.

I love there prices! It was very well organized & clean. This is probably my most favorite Walmart Ive been to yet. They also have a great variety of clothes for women, men & children that are at very reasonable prices!

Walmart.com showed a printer in stock in perrysburg ohio.. When I went I asked if they had any in back because only the display was out.. So I went home got on computer and it said available still so I ordered it online for pickup and then it was suppose to be ready by 11am tomorrow about an hour later it said order ready.. So I went all the way back about a 20 minute drive one way.. When I got there about 5 minutes and other cars pulled up and one got their pickup then finally someone came out to tell me they would cancel my order and refund me since they made a mistake because they didnt have it in stock. Btw.. I get home and it still shows its available. I messaged them to let them know its not available. No response maybe tomorrow.

Same as it ever was!! Jammed packed with people and only 2 registers open.. Dont really have a choice but to go to the Self check out and every register was busy. Other than the two that werent working!! Plus, maybe 5-6 people standing in line, waiting to serve themselves. Isnt that ironic. Gotta wait and stand in line to serve yourself!! Isnt that like an Oxymoron?

China Mart.....I recommend supporting local merchants selling goods and services made in the USA. China is our adversary. They threaten our freedom of navigation, poison our economy with contaminated products. (Lead in paint, contaminated drywall) for example. Buying Walmart only sends our US dollars to China to build more weapons of destruction, and lines the pockets of those who dont care about America.....only money.

Nice clothing and accessories. The clearance rack and the sale on certain items that I needed was fabulous. The workers was nice and helpful. I will visit this store again when I take another trip to Ohio. Great Store!!

One of the better Walmarts around. This one doesnt look destroyed like the Toledo stores. Help here is okay. Its fairly clean in this store which is a plus. Check out seems to move faster as well.

A very huge Walmart, and yes it’s a super center, has every grocery we need, along with clothing, vehicle needed, and home care items. Every thing we can think of for a home. And this is well maintained, with cleanliness and tidy environment. Staff here are friendly, helpful and smiling. Great place to get all the groceries!

Dishonest. Went to buy a computer for each of my two children that was on clearance after my friend bought 2 earlier in the day. When I arrived the Electronics manager said it was only 1 per person, I said fine...Ill take one and my wife will take one. He abruptly changed it to 1 per party. After going to the Coach manager on duty, and was provided another story he said it was Walmart policy to limit it due to the chip shortage. We went to another Walmart and bought 2 - no issues, no limit, and no chip shortage policy was mentioned. What I learned after talking with the manager at the 2nd store, I found out that the Perrysburg Store was not following policy and was simply dishonest for no logical reason. 3 rule/policy changes within a few hours, and a customer lost.

Love this place. Have to keep an eye on the prices though. Be aware of prices. Get a lot of deals though.

What happened to the gluten free bread?? I go extra special because Wal-Mart carries it. Not the Rossford one. VERY disappointed!!

All of the employees were friendly, I found a place to park right away, the clothing items were all high-end made in the USA and worth it, even the dressing rooms were clean. short lines because every lane was open. oh wait never mind none of this thats right because Walmart thats why

December 26th, one of the biggest shopping days of the year. 730pm, open till 11pm and every electronic (TVs, video games, tablets, literally everything) was turned off and had been all day. I was told by two managers that they dont have time to turn them on. Think of all those gift cards people have to spend on December 26th. I did end up purchasing a $1000 TV with the fact I can return it in 30 days as I could not see it turned on in the store. Poor management as they have been walking past it all day and hadnt reacted to the situation. I assumed they were closing soon with every electronic turned off.

As a trucker, I find this Walmart a good place to shop for food and supplies and get back on the road to deliver stuff.

Store was fine people were in concede rate today. From 2 old ladies standing in the middle of bread isle talking not letting anyone past. Or people not looking where they going almost running into my motorized cart.

Its Walmart, who really likes going into a crowded store with to many people in it! But this is a good store, decent employees, decent line times for the most part!

WalMart remains an unfortunate necessity... While the large superstore makes it easy to acquire multiple things in one location the experience in doing so remains in need of improvement. The associates avoid customers, while some associates are helpful many are not, the store remains in a chaotic state with things out of place everywhere and the lack of check out lines open while associates are just standing around baffles me.

I was looking for a window air-conditioner,and the fellow that helped me was super helpful, Thank you so much..should be more employees like him..his age I would say maybe 62..

Love shopping at Walmart with the Walmart app. It tells me what aisles I need to go to for my items. Wish this was available when my kids were little. Shopping is so much easier.. Store was neat even though it was busy busy on a Saturday afternoon.

Very average as far as WalMart goes. Quite often out of a lot of things we need but be careful, if you order online, sometimes if they didnt feel like finding the item you needed, they just mark it unavailable. I cant tell you how many times Ive gone in after a pickup just to try to find something similar to what I ordered only to find exactly what I ordered in plain sight not five minutes after being told it was unavailable.

Its a walmart. You arent gonna have fun, but youll find what you are looking for.

Lack of produce this time. Didnt have my Pure Protein bars. Other than that, a wal mart. Cute womens summer dresses $15 & under. Large selection of bathing suits.

The customer service is great. Only problem is trying to find a register open without a long line. But at least our cashier was a sweet young man. He was quick and pleasant.

Just changed my review from 5 stars to 1 beacause waiting 10 minutes to check out is ridiculous. Will not be back until they have enough checkouts to meet demand. Pay a living wage to your employees and maybe you can keep employees.

I am not happy that the mask policy being enforced. The staff is always very nice and helpful. However somebody should be helping to be sure everyone is safe.If you walk in and say you are not going to wear one you are still let in. I cant Stanton wring the masks either but I do.

Walmart supermarket is huge shop, full of everything for your unbelievable. They satisfy your huge quantity purchase for your few months keeping.

Went to the store in Perrysburg. Store is very busy. Its the first of the month and a holiday weekend. There are no cashiers at all in store. No lanes open only self checkout. Customers including myself with cart loads of groceries and no help to check out. Leaving us all to check out our own groceries as well as bag them. Upon complaining was told that count them 12 people called off tonight. But their going to get in trouble by getting extra points today for doing so. So after spending quite a bit of money and working for free by doing the job the store should be doing. Im now home irritated and very much ticked off. To put it nicely. All those call offs in one night should be all jobless without proper documents from doctors or other valid excuse forms. Thats just ridiculous. Walmart stores are really starting to go down hill.

This store has the worst management I have ever seen. Every time you have a problem and wish to speak to a manager, NONE of them will come out of the office to speak to you. You have to call and complain in order for something to be done. Its ridiculous! Associates dont know their jobs because lack of training, managers do NOT care about anyone but themselves. Also, you have associates taking product from the backroom on overnights and nothing is said or done about it. Customers cant get things theyre looking for because of it. This company is headed downhill more and more everyday!

Terrible store manager, terrible department leaders, rarely ever stocked, unlike Kroger they dont even have a Kosher section. They rarely ever clean the deli slicers so my husband and I cant ever get meat or cheese from the deli. Its not even hard they have 4 slicers, 1 for cheese and 3 for meat if they just made 1 of those slicer for just turkey, chicken and roast beef. They would get at least a 3 star, at least theyd have that going for them. I shouldnt have to ask to constantly have it cleaned for kosher because the attitude received it not good not to mention they dont clean it properly so I cant even buy the meat if sliced.

I go here often, Ive had mixed results with the store. There is a problem they need to correct in the grocery department, expiration dates need to be looked at better. They were selling Cottage Cheese and French Onion dip, that had expired 2 weeks ago and Ive seen this more then once. So, I think they need to step it up back in grocery.

Store has always been clean and well organized since Ive been shopping there.

Everything neat and organized. Hardly any Waite at checkout.

Still cant figure out why there is so much inventory not restocked in the Walmart stores. The same items that were depleted at Christmas time are still not replenished. And every time I go to pick up personal/health care items there is nothing on the shelves. And they need to find a way to let shoppers know when theyve closed /locked up one end of the store in the evening instead of letting people walk all the way down to the other end of the store to exit where they came in/parked only to find out it has been closed up and locked and then you have to walk all the way back to the other end of the store and outside across a dark parking lot to get to your car. I for one am a almost 60 year old female that walks with a cane and do not appreciate having to walk clear across the store twice and then all the way across a dark parking lot especially on the East side of Toledo (Oregon) . There needs to be signs on the doors indicating that those doors will be locked at a certain time so shoppers will know not to park at that end of the store if theyre going to be there past that time. And perhaps a sign in the front by the registers to let folks know its closed. What really ticked me off was there was multiple employees that watched myself and another person after me walk to that end of the store and not one person had the courtesy to let us know it was closed 🤬

Another Walmart Superstore with stock of all that you need. They carry a wide range of selection in food, dairy, bakery, clothing, kitchen, and home. AlwaysI have to appreciate the help that I received when I was new to this area, my mobiles data was lost, Walmarts Wi-Fi wouldnt connect and I didnt know my way back home. This guy got this maps out explained me the way turn by turn and got us going.

This place is notorious for having outdated stuff as I should have known better after just picked up a bag of almond flour that has Best buy date of 8/20 also many times their produce and meat bread items is expired so you really have to pay attention on items that youre buying there. I know there doing there best trying to keep items in stock but every time I go there theyre out of stock of majority of the things that I need!

The electronic department people are absolutely worthless! No offense but they have no clue about the electronics there selling even though they work in electronics department...also out of stock constantly on electronics that are on sale and cant give an answer about when theyll be back in stock...when I worked at target and they used to have a better more extensive electronics department than they do now they atleast trained us to know the product we were selling....I would recommend if you need to purchase any electronics do it on Amazon...Ive always had good luck purchasing laptops from Amazon.

My mother is 52 years old and had just had QUADRUPLE BYPASS. When she asked for a motorized scooter and explained to your employees on Monday March 15th 2021, she was told “no. They’re charging”. Even after pointing out one was almost completely charged she was still told no. This was just to go to the bathroom. I think you need to retrain your employees and teach them sometimes less is more. My mother could have had a heart attack walking to your bathrooms. You are very lucky she did not. I will be contacting corporate about this matter. You all should be very very ashamed.

Walmart has taken over people.. best prices on 90 of any regular items. And they have probably the largest selection of different departments. I literally shop at Walmart 10 times a week 😁😁😁
