I do not know what happens with these employees ... but every time I come to buy they ignore me or they are in a bad mood, They dont even give me what I order, its like they havent taken my order....... all those who were behind me...they leave first.... except mine ....just for a coffee and a Donut.. .😡😡😡..they need to drink coffee and eat more sweet to be happy..😁😁

Had a fine experience here the other day! I ordered an iced matcha latte and a Boston Creme Donut. Both adequately yummy! 😋 The staff over the intercom when I ordered were friendly and did not make me feel dumb when I was confused about what donut flavors they had (donut flavors are posted above the intercom rather than on the menu itself.) just kindly redirected my attention to the list! You can’t go inside so I found a parking spot to camp in for a moment before driving off. It was a nice moment to myself before heading into traffic to get home for the night. It’s also nearby where I do therapy so it’s always nice to treat yourself to their tasty treats after a hard session!

Very fast.. the drive through always looks really long but never sat in line for more than 5 mins.

Stopped at Dunkin for coffee, cant really eat the donuts being diabetic, but there coffee is very good. My wife gets their lattes, she says theyre awesome. So if their donuts are as good as their coffee I would have to give them a definite thumbs up 👍.

Grandson and I drove from Genoa to Perrysburg to get him some Dunkin Donuts for breakfast 😋The girl behind the counter was very nice but it was so noisy we could barely hear each other. Inevitably she ended up giving us a few of the wrong donuts 🍩 but it wasnt too big of a deal.The place was nice and clean at least

A comedy of errors...but its donuts so nothing to get bent out of shape about.

This place is terrible!! I went in at 7:00 pm . I ordered a small coffee and a doughnut . I noticed instead of getting my coffee from a coffee machine, she took a small cup over to the counter, opened a large coffee cup that was sitting on the counter allready and poured some of it into the small cup . I was not real happy but didnt say anything at that point . But when she gave me the coffee, it was cold . I asked her if she could at least heat it up for me or give me a fresh cup . She said no . And seemed annoyed that I even asked . I will NEVER go to this place again . Very unprofessional . I will go back to Tim Hortens.

Good food, professional level service, and strict adherence to covid guidelines. My family stopped in to Dunkin Donuts while my mother was in surgery and it was a very relaxing atmosphere for a very stressful morning. We will definitely be back when in the area again.

Do these look good? Think again. I give this 2 stars strictly because the staff was really friendly and polite. These had no less than 500 grams of sugar in them and were completely undrinkable. The only thing worse could be biggby coffee.

Today (6/2) I went through the drive thru for a quick pick-me-up because I needed caffeine to finish the day with my toddlers (I work at a daycare). I asked for a large iced caramel latte with a sippy lid and an egg and cheese English muffin. The sandwich was hot, fresh and absolutely amazing. When I got the latte, it didn’t have a sippy lid so I asked for one. I said “I don’t mean to be that person, but could I have a sippy lid” and the barista, Cody, had a smile on his face and said “yeah no problem” He was very polite and I could tell he cared about customer satisfaction! He was a cutie too but that’s besides the point 😂

Its a Dunkin Donuts... The location itself is decent, the staff is great, but it typically has very long lines during peak times.

Girl at drive thru was not very nice or patient. You can be busy I get that but your attitude is the first thing people see before starting their day. Be happy & 😊

Apparently chocolate frosted donuts have the thinnest amount of frosting and no sprinkles. Also the hash browns arent even crispy. So disappointed. The staff was really polite though.

Usually well-stocked with donuts, but one time they had absolutely no Donuts left, with the exception of 4 jelly filled Donuts!Staff was unapologetic, stating that it was just a busy day. Im not too sure that was the right response.The worst thing was was that they charged me for the eight Donuts that I did order, and until I went up to the window to hear that they didnt have any left, I didnt get a refund until I brought it up. That bothered me a little

Dont order thru the app...I was told when I went inside to pick up my order just to see..I was charged 2 times..she said its been doing that..instead of refunding my money..she made another order of the same food..if I wanted 2 of everything..I wouldve ordered 2..im assuming too much trouble to refund my money that I was over charged!

Girl in the Drive-through completely screwed my order up sounded like she had an attitude I ordered two donuts and gave me two kinds that I didn’t order never be back there again

I go here 2-3 times a week and I am never disappointed. The owners are amazing, the staff are always nice and happy when I go in, and most importantly my drink is consistent and has NEVER been messed up or tasted bad. I’ve had bad experiences with other Dunkin’ locations but this location exceeds my expectations.

Ordered a hot chocolate with salted caramel. It was reasonably priced but a bit too much caramel. Overwhelmed the chocolate. Definitely will be back because the donuts looked amazing.

When we went, the service amazing!! the lattes were great, too! I had the $2 medium caramel iced latte and it was a little strong, but I love it! it’s just the right amount of sweetness and it’s my favorite!

We go here quite a bit, we really like it, and today I mentioned its too bad they dont sell gum or mints there for coffee breath. The employee pulls out her own pack of gum and offers it to us! Now thats service! (I only took one piece).

It’s literally faster for me to drive 10-15 minutes across town to go to the local spot, get out of the car, and have a superior product than it is to order 1 coffee from these bozos through the drive through...that gets messed up anyway.Sad, as DD elsewhere is top notch.

I never had Dunkin Donuts until this one opened and Im so glad it did! Delicious food and drinks! My only complaint would be that when I go through the drive theu they almost always forget to give me a straw and they only give you one very thin napkin. Half the staff is super friendly and the other half are very rude.

Service was friendly and relatively fast service when I went during the morning Rush hour. Breakfast sandwich was served hot and was tasty, and coffee was excellent. If the drive thru looks busy, definitely go inside.

This was our first time visiting and the experience was just okay. The cashier was nice but cleanliness and donut selection were just mediocre. I also think the prices were high for the amount you got. Once you have Mama Cs donuts, no other place measures up.

There is always one girl there usually (works in the morning/day who is rude) and there is only one other girl (works towards the end of the night) that actually makes my coffee the right way and doesnt give me a signature latte that looks like its all milk with barely any coffee in it!

Love going to Dunkins anywhere outside of NE. They have my favorite donuts every day. Chocolate Cream and Vanilla Cream.

I usually never review, but I had a great expectation for this place. Drive through employee, she was very rude! The donut order was wrong and the donut we got was stale. Keep in mind we went at some Saturday morning at around 8 am. Definitely not going again, but if the reviews changed. I might consider a second visit.

I gave it a two because nothing is more irritating than walking up to a door and finding it locked when the business is open. The entrance is two doors wide and a foyer between a total of four doors. Pull the door that says “Pull” and it’s locked. Get several fat people coming and going and you have a traffic jam because management is too lazy to unlock all the doors. To top it off most people enter the door on the right and that was the one locked.

Exceptional service, I highly recommend!!!Starbucks continues to let me down with congested drive thrus and expensive watered down drinks. Last time I asked for a pupichino for my dog they said they “didn’t have enough whipped cream” ...My first time going to DD I got more coffee for less money. The lady was so kind she offered my dog a treat without me having to ask for one!!Definitely a WOW experience!!!

Have given the drive through 3 try’s. The employees seem to get easily confused and don’t acknowledge their mistakes very well. The quality of the beverages where not the same as I received at other Dublin Donut branches.

Stopped in at 7 am 01/13/2020 on way out of town decided to splurge on donuts and coffee- figures I would get a Fresh donut- donuts were stale and hard- extremely disappointed- couldn’t go back since we were already on the turnpike headed east- didn’t expect to get day olds at 7in the morning- in the plus side service was quick and with a smile, just very disappointed, especially since i hardly ever treat myself.
