I bought one of their frying pans about an year ago and it’s been working great. But their customer service is terrible. I found that sunbeam, one of their sister companies, charged me some money. I never purchased anything from them. Only thing related to that was my purchase on calphalon’s website. I reached out both but no one really got back to me with a proper explanation. Sunbeam says that it was an authorization charge, the transaction could be separately done because both of the companies are owned by the same company…but I only bought a $46 pan, you guys charged me $90 in total and calphalon haven’t got back to me yet. How could they charge on my credit for something that I never bought? It’s very shady and a shame on their good products. Well, everyone makes mistakes but you don’t even try to fix or explain?
My roommate works there and is satisfied with management and working conditions. Pay is great plus overtime. Two thumbs up!!!
A great place to work, an even better set of products, MADE IN THE USA and easily noticeable quality. The workers are like a family and even during the rona times - you will get courteous service.Ive worked at many places in Ohio, not one has the QUALITY control that calphalon does.Buy with pride
I thought I would buy a really good set of pans and these were some of the highest rated at bed bath and beyond, about $500 for 12 pieces!A few months have gone by and one day I noticed the 1.5 quart pan had turned white on the inside bottom.No idea why, the gray coating simply vanished!In June I phoned Calphalon and my call was sent overseas for customer service!They said they have NO stock if this pan, NONE!I would have to wait until August to receive a new pan under warranty!60+ DAYS!!Today I called to see what was going on and got another rep that has difficulty with english, I couldn’t understand her, after 25 minutes of being placed on hold multiple times I asked for a manager...NONE are available, but one will call me back by the end of the day!She went in to say something about tracking numbers when my pan is shipped, but I couldn’t understand her!I’m trying to return these pans, I wish I had never heard of Calphalon!Forget the warranty, they don’t have any stock to honor a warranty and the help they use can’t communicate in English too well!HUGE MISTAKE buying these pans!

I bought some pans from Calphalon as they had a lifetime warranty.. The units started to show some wear i thought should be covered by the warranty. So i shipped them in and they replaced them no issue. Nice to know people still stand behind their word.
We contacted Calphalon customer service to get a replacement part for our coffee maker. They asked for photos to make sure we would get the right part. When we emailed them the photos, they said they werent receiving the photos attached to the emails and asked us to ship the coffee maker to them for evaluation. After 5 weeks from shipping they wont respond to emails. We think theyve stolen our coffee maker at this point. We will never buy a Calphalon product again for fear of having to deal with their customer service.
Not a bad job. My problem was with a temp employee who didnt want to work. But came to a job. Calphalon and Cardinal Staffing, are good companies to work for. Both offering weekly pay.

Deliveries by appointment only and will not take early. Shipping receiving is off of 3rd. Staff is very rude. No parking on the property at all. Avoid.
Yet another company that used to be good, but has started putting profits ahead of customer satisfaction. Our FOURTH replacement pan from a 3-year-old set doesnt match the original set. At all. Customer service people who give conflicting answers to the same issue, non-existent quality in manufacturing, and blame the customer for problems. (Or maybe using cooking spray really will let the rivets on the handle just pull apart by hand.)

This company goes above and beyond to stand behind their product. I have had very little issues with their products but anytime I have had a concern they step up and always take care of the customer!! awesome to work with!!

Worst customer service you can find. I love the Premier Space Saving Cookware but you better hope nothing is wrong with them... I received 1 set of 3 that had a missing pan and the other 2 looked used. 2 pour and strain pans that were defective. Calphalon took months getting me replacements and refund. They even tried telling me they dont refund tax at one point. This is one of the few companies I HAD to report to the BBB. Be prepared if you need service of lengthy phone conversations, non returned email questions to support, and mis informed customer support people. Refunds can take up to a couple months...

Cardinal staffing is an awesome place to work through they are very helpful,but calphalon supervisor zack in final assembly is the WORST supervisor ive ever met. hes very rude and impatient, calphalon works you based off of a rate . i was new to factory work with no experience so it took me a minute to adjust to the pace but my fifth day working there he release me because i couldnt go as fast as he expected me to on my 5th day !! i was going as fast as i could considering it being my fifth day there. keep in mind you have to fold and tape boxes tag them with sticker make inserts and depending on the pan theres boxes you have to fold and make to go in the big shipping boxes and you have to put cardboard folds between lids and pans plus in plastic then put them on pallets and tag pallets.i fell they only care aboutthe work and not the employee working for them!
