A friend was recently let go from Chrysler due to unsubstantiated claims (and a minor claim at best, I might add) by a Chrysler employee against this friend. My friend has complied with every regulation including having to wear only black shoes, no other color allowed supposedly. Other employees wear various color shoes with no consequence. Other employees use the race card to defend their dereliction of doing their job. What do you do when youre white and one person slurs my friend with false accusations, and Chryslers immediate response is to let my friend go, no questions asked? I would be ashamed to work for a company that does this, and Im glad I dont. SHAME ON CHRYSLER FOR THEIR CHILDISH BEHAVIOR AND UNFAIR TREATMENT OF EMPLOYEES WHO DO THEIR JOB WITH ENTHUSIASM AND CORRECTNESS AND FOLLOW COMPANY POLICY IN ALL ASPECTS. CHRYSLER - I AM ASHAMED OF YOUR BEHAVIOR.

I dont work there but I drive by it on the turnpike and I wanted to thank who every decorated the plant. It makes me smile. Merry Christmas to you too!
