My experience with quality control and missing parts has been pretty negative.I have made multiple phone calls and sent several emails and am STILL missing the parts that should have came with my UFM3A 3 step transom mount ladder. Trying to get these guys to answer their phone or reply to emails is worse than getting teeth pulled.Jason Drewsensky?? Why does this guy even have a phone or voicemail because he never answers or replies. If this isnt your position, edit the website.Zach Stechschulte?? I was able to talk with him one time and we exchanged a few emails. I was told my parts would be right out. I have sent a few emails since and tried calling.. silence. I guess I use a different definition of what asap means. I understand that we just went through a holiday and everyone is ramping back up but to not respond to your customers situation is pretty sad.Look guys.. Im missing a few screws and a bracket. This cannot be that difficult to take care of. I deal with customers often and I would never put something off for this long. These dealings, or lack there of, have motivated me to Google your company and make this post.STEP IT UP!
