I order hello fresh and have not received my perishable box in the last 4 weeks because it keeps getting “weather delays” on perfectly sunny days 4 weeks in a row. I also ordered parts for my vehicle that I need to make it operate and they are now lost in the abyss of perrysburg fed ex. This is the worst run corporate business I have ever dealt with with 0 customer service. I just ordered a different car part and paid $50 extra to ship through ups.
Wanted to print 4 simple black and white pages. Super simple. I used to just send in by email but apparently there’s a new Print and Go machine. I’ve never used this before so I asked for help. The clerk working (Aug 24 6PM) was no help and talked down to me like I was stupid. Ended up printing somewhere else. Good customer service is truly a thing of the past. Will probably not return to print at this location.
FedEx is NEVER on time in my area and it takes forever to find out why!!! If I could give a zero out of 5 I would 😡. My package was expected to arrive on 9/28 but did not show. I called the location to where my package was and I was told that my package would be delivered the next day but never was. I called to find out what was going on and the first lady I spoke to was rude, disrespectful then raised her voice at me then I raised my voice back and asked to speak to her manager she told me she would not allow me to speak to the director of that location but I could speak to her coordinator. I spoke to the coordinator and the coordinator told me that she did not believe me regarding my experience with her staff member because she new her personally! I asked to speak to her boss and she initially refused then after letting her know I was going to file a complaint she sent me to the director’s v.mail. It’s been 3 days and he still hasn’t called me back!!!! Oh yeah, it’s now October and I still haven’t received my package which is worth over $500 and is for my business!!!!! I’m feel unheard and disrespected. I guess people in privileged positions are the only ones who get to get away with this kind of carelessness and neglectful ness!!!
Back in July of this year when I walked in the front door my sandal was caught by the heavy door and I fell inside the store. The door ripped my sandal right off my foot. That wasnt even the worst part. The woman working behind the counter never even acknowledged me as I laid there on the floor. Two lady customers came to help me and to see if I was alright. I got up, picked up my broken shoe, made my copies and left. No broken bones just bruised inside. Heating pad and Ibuprofen for 10 days. The bottom line is that they watched the video, saw me go down and still have not apologized or replaced my sandals. They said the door was not defective. I will never return to that FedEx. They have no manners or customer service or conscience.
Multiple packages taking weeks to arrive, passed the scheduled delivery date, with no new expected date of arrival. One of which containing important meds that were needed within the 3 day shipping period. If anyone knows of a way to reroute packages, or request companies to not use fedex as their delivery provider let me know.
Fed ex was scheduled to deliver a package to me on a Thursday. Tracking updated and reported delivery updated to Friday. No package Friday so I retracked and now delivery says Saturday. So Saturday morning I check tracking and now tracking says delivery for Monday. Arrgh! My package has been sitting at a FedEx facility since Wednesday at this point an hour and a half from my shop for days! So I call FedEx customer service and they send me here to pick up my package. I get here and am told sorry we are short staffed and wont help you.
The absolute worst and most slow shipper you can go with. They will give you the most inaccurate unreliable delivery date they can, all for it to be delivered weeks later past the expected delivery date. Customer service hardly speaks English and doesn’t do anything to help anybody because they are in such a rush to get off the phone. Fedex is TRASH. Use literally anything else
Within a couple weeks of each other I had 3 packages go through fedex. Every time it got to perrysburg they got delayed and would never show up. Same problem happened to my roommate. I’ve never had so many problems with a company like this.
Id give 0 if I could. I ordered some stuff from target, and The day it was on the truck fedex drove past my house, then never delivered it. Now theyre refusing to deliver or let me pick it up because they damaged my order! This is the 2nd time theyve damaged an order, the 1st time it was over a week late and they still dropped it off. I get theyre busy, but how can you have my stuff on the truck, drive down my street and not deliver my items?
Perishable food deliveries are 1 to 3 days late now on a regular basis. Last weeks delivery was either stolen or damaged and tossed and the shipper was not even told! In the kast 2 weeks alone, I have had 3 packages that have gotten lost by this hub. All 3 tracking have gone to Perrysburg, but no farther. Absolutely horrible service. I wish sellers would give you a choice of carriers, but they dont.

Lady at the desk was rude. Didnt have the right sticker I needed, acted like helping people ship things isnt her job.
Delivered my package to someone else and had it signed for by someone I dont even know. Was a $300 order would love to know what happened to my package and why someone was able to sign for it that wasnt me.
Horrible customer service experience, and will never give business to this location again. I arrived 5 min prior to closing time and was hastily told by lady working the counter that she was too busy and couldnt take any more packages for the day. Open light was still on and door open when I arrived, and again, 5 min before closing time. I had a last minute work request to overnight some papers and never would have imagined that I would receive such horrible customer service, and this put me in a very difficult situation. Good news- I quickly found that UPS on Dussel Drive in Maumee is open an additional 30min past this FedEx location and they gladly helped me with my overnight delivery request. I was pleased to give them my business over FedEx and will continue to.
Worst shipping company ever.. they rescheduled my package everyday .. over 9 packages have the same issue rescheduled for weeks

Every time I have a package that stops in Perrysburg, it is always there for weeks! It doesnt matter the size of the package. It is honestly ridiculous.
Very very sad to say that my package supposed to be at my house yesterday and I called today they will deliver it later today which I’ve to work on it today they makes me late for my work plus they won’t let me go and take it by myself!!!!!
This is not about this particular office. This is about FedEx delivery service. The delivery persons are careless and reckless. Whenever a package is shipped with Signature Service Not Requested, they drop the packages wherever they want. Today is the fifth time this has happened with me. Every time I call and lodge a complaint, they simply say that they will provide the feedback to the concerned team. But, I dont think anything happens after that. Never had a problem with UPS or USPS or any other service.. this just happens with FedEx only. I can understand if it happens once or twice. But every time when signature is not required ??? Worst service.
They are Horrible our package was in Perrysburg Ohio for 3 days just floating around then today they tried to say it was delivered at 2:51 pm at our Toledo Ohio Apartment they were never there at all !!! We were home all day cause we also was waiting for delivery of a refrigerator from another company. My Husband was on the phone with FedEx all day they kept telling him the same thing over and over again that their security Team was supposed to call him back but never did they were supposed to contact the driver to see were he was and track our package down but nothing got Accomplished at all!!! Next time we order anything were making sure its not FedEx...........
Has, and continues to hold my package that I bought weeks in advance to make sure I received it on time for an event. It was supposed to be delivered Aug 25, then it says next business day. Its Sept. 8 as of the time of this review. There is no indication of them delivering it before I need it.

Two packages in a row where they claimed they attempted delivery, and nobody was there. The first time, I was sitting, waiting for them, on the phone with FedEx at the time. Now, they claim they made it from Perrysburg to downtown Toledo 10 minutes after they begin delivering packages for the day.
I would give zero star to this Fedex office. The worst manager ever!On October 17th, Saturday, I went in to mail a package to Canada.It took the manager 1 hour and 15 minutes to go through all my items one by one, to weigh them, and list them, She asked me the price of each item, even though some costs zero, since they were gifted to me, I have to google to find the costs.Any ways, after 1 hour and minutes, when she wants to print the Commercial List (I am not a business, why there needs to be a commercial list?)she says: Oh the printer to this computer that prints the commercial invoice is broken. Her colleague says, it has been broken for a month now!So, then she gives me a sheet and says write your items as much as it fits on this and your shipment will be in Montreal on Wednesday.So my shipment gets to On Canada, and it has been two weeks I am in touch with the employees of the canada customs, they are trying to clear my items at Fedex office in Canada! Today is November 4th!They emailed me several times. Eventually they sent me the commercial form and I filled out my items one by one, and it is scheduled to be delivered to my relatives on November 9th! If they know how! If they actually work properly.Fedex is a horrible horrible poorly managed system to ship internationally.I will never ever again use this corrupt mailing system.
Like many others I was just lied to by their delivery service saying they attempted a delivery but recipient wasnt available. I sat by the window at home all day and a truck never even came here. There was no attempt made. There isnt a slip left behind. Nothing. They just straight up lied. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to go pick up my own stuff. Why do I even try to get things delivered?

Been waiting on a package ordered on the June 6th, that was suppose to come on June 16th. Today being June 23rd. Ands its been stuck at this location for a week now. Terrible service from FedEx all around. Ill be surprise if there is a FedEx in 5 more years. Because anyone who ships with FedEx. I can no longer purchase from.
Called to verify requirements for shipping an item, was told over the phone the steps need to have an easy shipment. Arrived at the location and was told absolutely the opposite. Extremely rude “clerk” who isn’t “hazardous material ” trained and cant ship a power washer even though it was drained of all fluids and cleaned prior to shipment. Called customer service and was told that I was actually following standard ground shipping guidelines. Whats even better is the snarky awful attitude I received when I told the “clerk” this. Whatever. Ship UPS. This place sucks.

Just dropped off a package with a pre-printed label for a return. Location is neat, clerk was friendly, and service was quick and efficient. Convenient location for our business. will use this location in the future for our Fed Ex needs.
The most inept collection of fools ever assembled. 9 Days waiting for a package to be delivered from 150 miles, after paying for next day delivery. Everyday the tracking would show out for delivery, expected by 5:00 pm the following day. The next day the same thing. Called their Customer Service LOL to speak to an advocate 4 times LOL. Everyday a new excuse. Still waiting, and I cant even get my money back for the items, 6 cans of coffee from Staples, unless I return the package....which I dont have. Am told I cant file a claim fro a missing package, because it is out for delivery. AVOID FedEX at all costs.
The told the shipper that could not find my house that did not address exist the address if you Google it it comes right up actually right down the lane to the driveway behind my vehicle to be exact.I told the shipper if they dropped off the post office and pick it up. Its kind of sad considering the department put numbers out at the front of the road in the mailbox is plainly number two is quite a large lot hard to miss.

Waited all morning for my package just to be told I was not home and I cant pick up the package. What is the point of delivery on a specific day if the drivers dont attempt delivery? This is BS, my food is going to go bad and Im going to be out what I paid for it.They cant even figure out where the package is. Just pick up your things from somewhere else. Actual customer service is a thing of the past.
Was trying to get my package on a hold and after 30 mins they finally told me what I needed to do. So I contacted the place of purchase and they were amazing. Called back Fed ex just to be told the first rep lied to me and it cant be done on the time the first rep told me. This is a very bad business practice. Get everyone on the same page so the issue doesnt happen again. Honestly I will stay away from Fed ex as much as possible because of this headache.
Awful store. One person working, 5 people in line,, each person taking 10 minutes. I dont have an hour to spend waiting in line waiting for an incompetent employee.I wont be using FedEx nor will I ever return to this store. Everyone was very friendly and helpful even though I think I made a mistake on the layout of one of the proofs. They re-cut to bleed all my letterhead and marketing blurbs and corrected a trim problem. They exceeded my expectations.

Shipping prepaid? They will shake your package and then tell you that you need filler which you can conveniently buy for 4 bucks there. Never mind that the package is more secure than most items I receive from Fedex.A few months ago, I ordered two pairs of shoes. Fedex screwed up the delivery to my house so I asked that the 2nd package to be held at this location. They held it there and I received an email at noon from tracking saying it was ready for pick up. At four the same day, I received another email saying the item was being returned to sender.I called the store and a woman answered who said that I must have waited too long to pick up a package (nevermind it was within four hours). I asked her to check and she checked. She said it was not there. I called the corporate number and complained. Corporate said that it was being returned to the warehouse but they will have it returned to the store the next day.Well, then, I receive another email after closing time that the package never left the store and was just scanned accidentally wrong. It was still at the store. So the lazy employee who didnt want to check told me incorrect information and delaying my ability to pick up the package.My advice? If you ship something prepaid, get Fedex to pick it up from your house. If you want something held, choose another location.
Ive been waiting on a package for 3 days and its been out for delivery each day. At the end of everyday they say no attemps made. Ive called them each day and they say it will be here today and it had not been here.

Open at 0800, I think not. I sat in the parking lot for many minutes waiting for the shop to open. No one showed, I will take my business elsewhere if they arent open. No way to call management I called other stores to no avail.
