Real nice gear and great prices had the sneakers I’ve been looking for- for the longest. Store is so Nicely kept, and the best of all the workers are so nice and patient- I feel like they know about sneakers as they suggested I get a bigger size due to them Being narrow.

I came in earlier today to look at shoes. I asked if they could hold them for me so I can return with the proper IDs for a military discount since that ID was at home. I asked when they closed and they mentioned 8pm as stated online for there open hours. I come in at 7:40ishPM. Enough time to quickly process the transaction since I mentioned I was coming in before 8p. The doors were locked and then employees tried saying it was closed through hand signals. I asked her that I had a pair waiting for me to buy and she said they closed early for COVID cleaning. I’m not sure how accurate this is but it’s not cool to close early and lie about it being covid cleaning. Like I get it you want to leave early but to lie about the policies is something else. I may be wrong since I don’t work there but closing 15mins early to clean should be stated somewhere. Now my step dad is out of a gift for his birthday. I usually come here (not this location specifically, even though I live in the same town) and thought they would make any accommodations but I guess not. Not sure if I’ll return to this store or company again. Just figured I’d review it since I never do these things or ever seen a comapny do that especially one like Snipes USA, but this just wasnt right. I recommend calling ahead before you take the time to come here, who know what their hours really are...

Just bought a pair of Jordans for my son...associates are very nice and helpful.First time coming to this store...will be back.

Place smelled like marijuana (from one of the workers). staff was too busy socializing with each other. service was absolutely horrendous. first visit and definitely the last at this location for sure.

They have good collection of shoes but their releases be on some dumb stuff

How you run a shoe store and only by 1 size (like size 9 they only have 1 size 9 for any shoe they carry)sow if you have 2 kids that are size 9 you cant get 2 of the same shoe or if some one before you by the size 9 you out of luck on till next order if you lucky
