Always a long line at register. Usually 1 person at register until the line is so long when eventually a second person comes out. A fight broke out the other day. Need to do a better job

I was looking for an ATM and found out this place has one inside. But Ive been at this pharmacy before and is very complete. 👍

I’ve been calling non stop for 3 days for a change of medicine and they keep leaving me on hold or not picking up at all. I understand I’m not the only patient, but how can someone not feel in good health, have COVID, stay quarantine after 10 days inpatient and get their medicine when they can’t even get a clear answer wether meds are ready or not. Finally got through to the pharmacist today to find out they been reaching out to the wrong provider for the wrong medicine. I’m super frustrated out of the hospital and with no steroids to help me beat COVID. Way to go Rite aid !!!!! Don’t even mention their drive through lines, they’re crazy. I’ve sent 3 different family members to pick up meds and I still have nothing.It’s time to look for a family pharmacy that can deliver like Ar Ex in Fords, NJ. Pharmacy like those care for their patients.

These people are absolutely racist!!!! I came just to buy tooth paste. One of the employee’s came over and asked if everything was ok and they both looked at me as if like they thought I was stealing. The sad part is these employees are of minority!!! Do better people! With all that’s going on in the world you can’t be serious!!!!!

Great times, very clean and organized farmacy, nice and helpful staff, Rite Aid is ones of my favorite places to buy my hair products and my medicines, excellent prices, fantastic holiday season stuff, delightful atmosphere.

The cashier is horrendous! The employees literally take their sweet time to cash ppl out. Absolutely slow customer service.

Pharmacist is extremely rude. He refused to help me if I hadn’t insisted I would’ve never got what I needed.

Pharmacy takes no precautions when dispensing medications. Multiple times they have dispensed a generic brand when it is noted in my profile that I cant not take the generic verison, due to increased migraines with auras as a side effect. Yet they continue to ignore this and tell me its the same medication, even when called and reminded to not dispense the generic version. While it may have the same active ingredients the generic fillers cause me severe side effects. Surely a pharmacist would know this, no? Instead of insisting its the same medication and ignoring my health.

Poorly managed and racially biased. My step daughter who is African-American tried to apply for a job recently and was told they werent hiring but theres a big sign on the door saying Associates Needed. Two days later they hired a new Latina girl and she said it was an on-the-spot interview. The manager is a racist and I will be filing a complaint with City Hall and Corporate.

This is a well managed store with a surprisingly helpful staff. In a more general sense the store brands of things like skin lotion etc. seem to the equal of the national products.

This place is the worst pharmacy ever I went there because I try to get pneumonia shot because I have problems breathing and the pharmacist didnt wanted to give it to me when my primary doctor said that its okay to me to get it they should close this business up a girl that works in the pharmacy name Maria gave me a bad attitude and told me that insurance company doesnt pay for it when the insurance company pay for the shots she didnt wanted me to get it she she obligated me and not to get it she treat me nasty and very bad Maria the pharmacy technician she is very racist because Im black she didnt want me to get the shot the pneumonia shot this Pharmacy suck

OMG the drive through is to pick up what is already ready! I have 45 minutes waiting and there were only two cars in front of me, I go for an hour and they dont finish !!!! Lousy!
