This dealer is horrible. I made a deal with him and paid a down payment on the vehicle and when I called to pick up the vehicle and finalize the paperwork, I was told that they are cancelling my deal and are selling it to person who paid more for it. I spend days working on the financing, got my credit pulled, spent hours and the manager and owner had no ethics at all. They simply said, go to away!This is a dealer that you do NOT want to do business with.

I went in looking for a used vehicle that I had found online. It was a 2018 vehicle. When I got there, it was already sold. I had prepared several options before going. I was able to walk out of there with a brand new vehicle (2021) for the same price of a used 2018 model. They really take care of you there. I would definitely recommend their service and products.

Recently went in for an oil change they brought me out a list of thing that were routine maintenance qnd asked if I would like them done they did not push the subject when I said no. A little further in they found a minor problem that could be a bigger problem later. I told them I would like it fixed they had my car ready to go and in tip top shape qfter 24 hrs!! The staff here is kind qnd professional. They have customer service techniques that can not be taught. I had originally called to get a faulty trim piece ordered and was told it would be and there was also a recall. they were going to call when the part was in. I called twice to follow up and still no part. I then went to a private auto shop and got the trim replaced. I then made the appointment recently to get my breaks checked. at that appointment I was told i need to get the recall done and it would take about 1 1/2 hrs. I set the appointment and changed it to earlier in the day due to having many afternoon apt. I was dropped off at HyVee and 4 hrs later my car was done. i called several times during that 4 hrs to inquire about time frame. I had to skip apts and look very unprofessional due to lack of communication form the JP team. 95% of my dealings with your establishment have gone over time, under communicated, and unprofessional.

The service dept should keep better records on customers. Especially thouse who bought a used car there, have had service there before, and bought repair insurance there. It would help with confidence and showing care for customers.

I have reported JP Motors to the BBB for their misleading car repair information. When initially questioning the $125 diagnostic fee they charge to assess a problem; they promise that will be removed if you return to do the service at their shop. They do not remove this but charge you for it on top of the estimate. When you call to dispute this they claim that they do not promise to reduce or removed this in the future service. Beware of JP Motors!

Miles was absolutely fantastic. He was completely available, honest and helpful throughout the entire car buying experience. I approached him knowing the general make and model, and he quickly found me new and used options. In the end, he sent me home with a car I love for an affordable price and an incredible warranty. On top of that, he helped me after I left my Chicago city sticker in my old trade in car and mailed it to my home address. The whole purchase took about an hour altogether, which is absurdly fast. Great buying experience. Bob did a lot more than just sell me a car. He made accommodations for my limited mobility without prompt. He discovered that I had GAP insurance which I didnt know. A big thank you to the folks at JP Motors. Last week while trying to get my dad and mom to the cancer center for a critical appointment, their car battery died. We were stranded in Ottawa. I called JP as they helped mom and dad in the past. They were WONDERFUL! If you let them sevice your car and they break something they wont make it right. They picked my Mercedes up and when they returned it, it had a cracked windshield, shop rags in my engine bay and brake fluid ate my paint on my inside fender. Instead of making it right they denied everything and hired a lawyer.

My wife and I drove up to JP Motors from Normal to look at a couple of cars, and didnt know what to expect. What a great experience from start to finish! Everyone we met at the dealership, from our knowledgeable salesman Alonzo, to Josh, Bill, Scott, Sean and others were friendly, not pushy, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They were also very fair on our trade-in, helped us get the financing and payment we wanted, and treated us like family. In fact, it was very much like hanging out with friends, and we ended up with a nice Nissan Murano to drive home! Well worth the drive anywhere in Central or Northern Illinois!

They were not pushy, and when I had gotten preapproved they let me know exactly how much I would be paying and it was the same numbers when I signed the papers.
