PHARMACY: THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT ONCE AGAIN. ALL MY DOCTORS ORDER MEDS FOR 90 DAYS. HOWEVER FOR A VERY LONG TIME PHARMACY REFILLS FOR30 DAYS. I CALL MY DR. OFFICE AND ASK THAT MY Rxs BE REFILLED FOR 90 DAYS.I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE PHARMACY OR WAIT FOR THE NEXT MONTH TO GET THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF PILLS.NOW IF I WERE YOUNG WITHOUT MEDL PROBLEMS WITH AMBULATION ISSUES I WOULD NOT BE SO DISGUSTED, HOWEVERTHAT IS NOT THE SITUATION. MY KAST REFILL WAS FOR 90 DAYS. YESTERDAY I PICKED THE Rx UP AT THE DRIVE-UP. THIS MORNING I CHECKED THE BOTTLE AND I WAS GIVEN A 1 MONTH SUPPLY. I HAVE NEVER REPORTED THIS TO THE MGR. BUT TODAY I WILL TALK WITH HER, IF SHES ON DUTY AND I WILL REPORT THE PROBLEM AND RECOMMED A SOLUTION.

Love Hy-Vee so much! Great job on a beautiful and clean store. Mallory and her colleague at the coffee counter were so nice and helpful. Love the fresh popcorn greeting you at the door. Your team is doing a fantastic job and you can tell they take pride in their work.

Rarely go here but I will be more often 😌 clean and nicely organized location. Hot food options are very tempting as you walk in to shop! Im sure Ill be commenting on that once Ive tried something. 🙃

They have a fantastic selection of fruits, vegetables, seafood, bakery, meat counter and pre made foods. The store is nicely laid out and items are easy to find. The liquor department is better than some stand alone stores. Its a one stop shop for all of your food needs and their cakes are amazing.

Nice selection of grocery items you cant get anywhere else. Also their liquor department. Good deals with their sales. Also nice at checkout - actually enough staff so no wait in huge lines where you are forced to use self check.

Need better mask wearing enforcement. Employees also need to be instructed in the proper way to wear the required masks.

Employees are great.Prices are very much the opposite on majority of products.Same experience last time I was here a few years ago.Personal view of myself and others Ive talked to is;Product pricing shouldnt be increased to compensate for the employee wages.If the company wants happy, financially secure employees, the company should take it out of their own profits. Not out of customers pockets. This would increase business and offset the employee expenses.I will again continue shopping Kroger for this reason.

Its a nice store, very clean and a huge selection. HOWEVER it comes at a steep price!. Its significantly more exspensive then other stores in the area. If I could afford to I would shop here more. ;)

Tremendous variety of foods and products of all kinds. On the pricey side compared to Kroger and meijer and iga stores.

Wonderful diversity in shopping. We LOVE the carry out Chinese. The produce is always fresh and the whole place is easy to move around in. They have a very friendly and helpful staff and there is always a checkout lane available. What a great difference. And nice to have a Starbucks for the rode home.

Hy-vee somehow always establishes themselves as the high end grocery store and the best priced at the same time. The store is nice and clean, always a bustling atmosphere, and there are amazing scents wafting through at all times. Removed one star though because I have never met a bystander that doesnt get in my way even when there is ample spacing for the both of us.

Plenty of items to choose from from groceries, fresh breads cooked foods and a large dely department...very large variety of all the items listed. I was very impressed with the whole thing overall.

Chinese food/buffet is not what it used to be and the one star is because of the chinese food /buffet before they changed the menu it was a 5 star the store side is ok

If you are having a hard time finding food products. Spices or anything about cooking that your regular grocery store does not have or can not get look to Hy vee. They are a well oiled machine always have what we need and can not find else where. Always helpful and friendly staff they will walk you to the item you are looking for. And the bakery makes excellent donuts. I have never tried a cake from there but I would have to imagine it would taste excellent as well.

Almost every single time I am in the store and choose to go to a person at a register, I have to bag my own items. Employees will just stand around and stare at us while I bag my own items. If I wanted to do that I’d go to self check out but you close the big ones early so that’s not an option. This is so much bulls**t. I watched the bagger girl walk away to go get her phone and just walked off. Completely unacceptable.

Very friendly staff in the wine and spirits area. I stop in every time Im in Peru and have always had great experiences.

Staff overall wasnt very friendly, seemed more annoyed than anything. If you go to get burgers from the back though they actually were friendly there. Prices are higher on a few items but for what you get it isnt a bad deal most of the time. When I went to look for fruit I found multiple containers with mold on them in strawberries and blueberries. Otherwise I definitely recommend the food they make, that did not disappoint. 😊I was on the fence abt the rating and if I see improvement next time I visit I will be sure to show that, as always, in the ratings. They do have a Starbucks inside and a decent setup so if some of these are to be resolved I will show that.

Passing thru area, decided to stop. The staff was very friendly, store was huge, and clean. My first visit to a Hyvees.

Last Saturday was May day. For 59yrs now I have been bringing a May Day basket to my mother. I am away so I called Hy-Vee Florals to be my replacement. It was the most beautiful fragrant bouquet basket my mother has ever received. Thank you immensely for carrying on the tradition. SUPERB JOB!!!

This hyvee is amazing everything is clean and the prices are great as always. Hyvee is by far my favorite grocery store unfortunately this is the closest one to me and it’s a 40min drive but it is well worth it staff is super nice the guy at the meat counter was a little slow but he was new

Yesterday morning I got a call accusing me of not paying for my aisles order. Thats such an insult especially since I had to go into the store to pay for my order because the machine wasnt working. (5* for the aisle guy because he was nice and tried his best to get the machine working- 1* is for the higher up who said i didnt pay) If i can help it I wont be back.Edit review- Amy from the aisles team called and apologized even tho it wasnt her teams fault. The peru aisle team has always done a great job. It was very nice of her to try and make things right which says a lot for the aisles team.

Great variety of different foods. Sirt of reminds me of Trader Joes. I love the sales. Great deals with coupon. Have food for takeout dfferent buffet style. Good food all types if ethnic foods.

Nice place. The employee I asked for help did not help me. Just told me that they dont have what I needed. When I asked them what it was I asked for they couldnt tell me less than a minute later. Kind of weird...

This is the best grocery store in the area. The only problem I have with the store is that the organization of the butcher, premium cheese, refrigerated area, and freezer areas are very awkward. It is a little congested in the cheese and butcher area and the refrigerated/freezer area flows in some unnatural way that I just cant ever seem to understand. That said, the customer service, array of offerings, and quality of offerings at a good value is second to none.

Amazing, love Hy-Vee and the way they treat Military and First Responders...

Overall customer service was great!!! Bagger needs some retraining put 6 powerade in one plastic bag which was breaking before I even got to take it up to my 2 floor apt. Meat and deli service was awesome!!! Cashier did a great job!!! Love Hy-Vee!!!

You can buy exotic vegetables and fruits, exotic cheeses and Seafoods including live lobster here. They have a Chinese smorgasbord, baked chickens, Pizza already made,. Etc this store has it all! Desserts Galore! All kinds of little specialty sections like the coffee bar you as you enter the store. You can earn cents off your gasoline at their pumps. With coupon and Etc I saved $9 in one fill up. Its got so much, that youll probably bust your budget out a couple of times before you adjust! LoL!

A lot of products to choose from that you may not normally find in a regular grocery store, but I felt they were a bit pricey. If I needed something exotic, so to speak, I would definitely go here.
