Had a screen replaced on an iPhone XR after a little use a strip of the screen stopped working brought it in to have it repaired under warranty got the phone back with another screen they broke facial recognition so I took it back to have it looked at they told me it just stopped working they don’t know why.That’s unethical even if they expected me to be responsible for their mistake they could have at least admitted they broke the part and expect me to be responsible for it.Do not give your business to an unethical company we are creating monsters by continually letting them get away with acting like that.

Brought my phone in to have my cracked screen fixed. Phone worked completely fine bringing it in. They call us to then tell us the screen is on but my phone is not working and making a humming noise. Said within the day they’d get back, had to call back 2-3 days later to find out they’re still holding my phone and going to have a specialist look at it. 3-4 days after that, no call, so we reach out through email and then still no reach back. I use my phone for work and have lost over 2000 files for my job (3 years of work). I had to go in and get it back, now broken completely as opposed to just a broken screen, no compensation as well. I feel like I have been scammed. Be warned for anyone else trying this business out. First time for me and never going back..

Went to get my phone screen fixed and it was easy, dropped it off and left for a couple hours and came back to pick it up. They also had a nice seating area if you wanted to stick around inside or outside.

Amazing and friendly workers and technicians they got my computer working after I could not figure it out for almost a year, and they got it back up and running in no time better than it ever was fresh out the box I would definitely recommend taking any electronics that you have to them to avoid the headache because they will always take care of their customers and make the best decisions and making sure you are happy with your product

I went in there for a computer cord and the gentleman working came out and just to me no worries. I was in disbelief but will never forget that. Amazing people .

Prior to arrival my mom called to see if they could fix my phone. We explained what was going on and they said they would do a $20 diagnostic that would take no more than one hour and then fix the issue which would take up to an hour. I dropped off my phone about an hour later and told the worker the exact issue and she agreed that what I said was correct and they would probably not need to do a diagnostic. She came back from the back and said they needed to do it anyway. This did not make sense to me considering she agreed with what the problem was with my phone. I then asked how long the diagnostic would take and asked her to call my sisters phone (who was with me) to let me know the issue before starting to repair it. She agreed to calling me before working on it and said the diagnostic would take an hour. An hour and 20 minutes passed and I did not receive any calls, I called and asked about the status of my phone. A guy answered and told me my phone was still in diagnostic and would most likely take another hour before even starting to repair. Meaning the diagnostic would then take up to 2 and a half hours. The guy then said that it is a charging issue meaning the diagnostic was done? but yet they still needed another hour for it? and not even counting the repair. I explained it him that I was told it would not take make than an hour for the diagnostic and another hour for the repair. I asked for him to give me a call on my sisters phone when the diagnostic was done BEFORE they began to repair. He agreed but I never received this call. I then called my mom and she called them to ask some similar questions on why it was taking so long. After she got off the phone with them I received a call 50 minutes later saying my phone was done and ready to be picked up. How did almost 2 more hours turn into 50 minutes? I may be young but there is no reason I should not have been taken seriously on getting MY device repair. I was very shocked by the poor customer service and dishonesty during this time.

Staff is nice and friendly but i feel like they are unorganized. me and my boyfriend went in there to get my screen fixed and we gave them his number to call. they told us 30-45 minutes. we left and came back about 30 minutes later and sat in the parking lot waiting for a call. sat there for 45 minutes and decided to call them, when the answered they said they were waiting for me to come in because they needed a password for my phone. wondering why they didn’t call when they needed the password instead of waiting for me to call? again, staff was nice but what was supposed to be at most 45 minutes turned into 2 hours.

Bought a Galaxy S9. Selfie camera was not focusing. They had to order parts but they are fixing it. Great service appreciate them being in the community. Nice to have a real professional Tech store in the area.

People were very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is their communication skills. Called on a Wednesday to get the screen replaced on my sons phone and was told they needed to order the screen (no problem) and that it would arrive in their store the next day (awesome!) and they could replace it in about an hour. Next day I call to make sure it was there before I drove over and was told that it hadnt arrived yet but should be here tomorrow (Friday) and they would call me when it got in. They called me Saturday about an hour before they closed to let me know it was finally there. Drive over Monday afternoon and found out its the wrong screen (not their fault, no big deal) but was once again told that it would be in tomorrow... But guess what, it didnt arrive until Thursday 😑. Drive over after work and was told that the tech who would be replacing the screen was getting ready to go to lunch so it would take about 2-2.5 hours to fix it. I dont mind the fact that I had to wait for screen to come in and I understand that it will take some time to fix.. But I would have been much happier had they said maybe tomorrow or it could take a few days and they definitely could have mentioned that the tech goes on lunch at whatever time so that I could have planned ahead. The place is about 40 minutes away from me so I couldnt just go home while I waited. But they did get the screen repaired and the price was definitely reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this place.

I called the store and asked about replacing the screen on a Samsung phone. I wanted to make an appointment and was told that was not necessary. They asked me the model number. They said if I brought it in they would have it repaired within a hour and a half. When I got to the store I was told that they didnt have the screen for that phone and I would have to leave it and come back the following day. If they were upfront and honest with me they would have ordered the screen and told me when I could bring it in for repair

To sum this place up on one word? Amazing!My phone was destroyed when it was hit by shrapnel at a shooting range. Verizon and Apple both informed me that it would be impossible to extract any and all data from the device. As my last backup was done over a year ago (my fault) and I dont use iCloud, this was devastating news. I had heard their ads on the radio and figured what could it hurt?. I dropped it off expecting the worst. 24 hours later, I was informed that not only was all of the existing data pulled from the device, but they would also upload it on my new phone. I dropped it off in the morning, and only 2 hours later the new phone was ready to pickup (12k+ photos and videos, plus songs and apps). It even saved the final video that was being filmed when the phone was hit. I would have paid anything for the service they gave me, and all I ended up being charged was $60. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. I could not be happier or more grateful for what they did for me.

This is a one stop shop. They truly are amazing. Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. My desktop went dead while I was working on it. We took it to TME and since it was so old we decided to go new. They built a new one and when I brought it back and plugged it in, it was exactly as it was when when the old one died. Only much faster and with Windows 10. They are very fair with their pricing as well. Thank you guys so much!

They left parts out of the phone and then tried saying “they weren’t necessary“ and said we had to pay a extra 70$ for the parts THEY left out. They also take advantage of your age, if you weren’t with a parent they would try and get more money.

I was quoted a price online from the owner for replacing the charging port that was connected to the motherboard and he told me that he needed a few days because he had to order the parts. The next day I dropped my laptop, the price increased by 50 dollars. I showed the receptionist the correspondence I had with the owner and she was honest and charged me the initial price. I called 3 days later to check on the status of repairs and told it had been ready for 2 days. No one contacted me to let me know it was ready and 2 weeks later I had the same issues. He resoldered the old port back onto my motherboard. He is a scam artist.

They ultimately fixed the problem with my tablet but the 3 days they told me it would take turned into 2 weeks and they didnt seem to care that I was upset over the delay.

Took my IPhone in for a battery and it was replaced with a new battery (not refurbished) in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price. I had cracked my LG G7 Thinqs screen. They had to order the new screen (which took a few days bc I have an uncommon phone) but they fixed it as soon as they could and had my phone back to me within about 6 hours on a not-too-busy day. They do great work.

I had a mechanical issue, so didnt need diagnostics. The problem was fixed while I waited, no charge or paperwork. Ill use again.

Amazing repair place! I was ready to buy a new laptop but Corey suggested we do a cleanup and replace the drive. The work was done in one day and it is like a new machine.

They 100% stand behind there work, and honor there warranty, there upfront with the cost of repairs and are quick to take care of your device and bring it back to new.

This place is a horrible waste of time and money. I’m like 90% sure they don’t use real apple parts, and they take forever for simple repairs that a random man at a mall kiosk can do in 20 minutes. They have great customer service skills, I will give them that, but everything else is subpar at best.

Last Tuesday I went and got my phone screen replaced. It was poorly put on and when I put my LifeProof case on there it cracked my screen. I called and was told that because the screen was cracked the warranty is void. They then called back and said that they would replace my screen again for cost of the part ($90) to which I asked if my phone case cracked my screen then how it the part $90, they then replied that the issue was with how it was put on. So I was told that I need to pay for another screen because it wasn’t put on correctly. Complete rip off!!

Was around $160 with taxes to fix my partners LG G6 smart phones cracked screen. The back of the phone is also made of glass, and it accidentally cracked during that process. But TME called me to inform me, and they replaced the back of the phone and its as good as new.

Even though my computer concerns were not able to be fixed on the first appointment, TME made is easy and convenient to pick up my computer the second time, and it is much better. Told me over the phone that they would give me a certain amount for my phone if its in perfect condition. Lowered the offer a lot once I got there even though my phone was in perfect condition and unlocked. Your employees shouldnt be able to make offers if youre not going to stand by it. Worse than a car dealer.

I was told they would do a diagnosis in two hours. Came back in two hours. Said it wasnt ready. Left the phone overnight. Called at 10:00 no answer. Left message no call back. Went to store. The phone was put in safe mode and was told its a app or the battery. Thats what I told them when I dropped it off. Waste of $15.00.

Took two laptops to TME hoping to repair one and merely upgrade the operating system on the other.Paid 30$ per computer -on the spot - as suggested by the stuttering salesperson for a diagnostics only to leave and get a callback in twenty minutes to let us know that the diagnostics showed hard drive failure on both computers. Salesperson said they could put new hard drives in both computers at a charge of around 165-190$ per computer. Mind you, this would not even include a software upgrade. And they oh-so-conveniently had those hard drives there at their store, ready to be installed. Needless to say, we went and grabbed our laptops and went home.. 60$ lighter, with only the knowledge that our computers show hard drive failure. Me and my boyfriend feel completely ripped off. There should be a satisfactory service guarantee or something set in to place. I could have downloaded and ran a diagnostic software on my computer myself, had i have known that this business was just going to rip me off to do this. Oh.. And dont even get me started on the time we wasted waiting to be waited on. Place was completely empty & the employees like to hide out in the room behind the counter that says employees only. They should put an airhorn on the counter so potential customers can blast it to get their attention and finally be waited on.In my opinion, if a customers decides not to have anything done, repairwise, to their device, they should not be required to throw 30$ away on a pathetic diagnostics.

The people have done more than I expected and went way beyond what I paid for. They showed me how to fix my phone and set up my lap top so I wouldnt have the same problems. Kind and courteous to a Neanderthal such as myself and didnt make me feel stupid but informed when I left. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I took my phone in due to a cracked screen well after they replaced the screen i took it to the mobile syore to have q new phone line through it. Imei and the sim reader wont acknowledge tje sim card

I dropped my phone off for them to see if they could fix my camera. First, they installed the new glass over the lens without cleaning the lense first. But most importantly I didnt ask them to install the glass. I just wanted them to give me an estimate so I could decide if I just wanted a new phone. They just charged me $35 for a repair I didntt want. What a scam.
