Devine! My boyfriend ordered a heart shaped box of chocolates for Valentines Day. It was packaged well came without default. Words cannot describe - the quality, the variety. Each chocolate became my new favorite as I went through the box. A must buy for any chocolate craving.

We ordered a cake that was still in the preparation stage when we arrived today to pick it up. They apologized for the delay, then they offered to deliver it to us in Milford. Amazing product, work ethic and staff. Top shelf. 5 stars, easily

This is my go-to place to get ice cream! They have a good variety of flavors, and I love the hot fudge. The prices are a great deal. Also, the Ava Maries hot chocolate is the best hot chocolate Ive ever had. All of the employees are super friendly. The store is cute and nicely laid out. I appreciate being able to sit at a table and write without TVs blasting. I didnt give 5 stars because the chocolates/candies are just okay. I appreciate that they are homemade, but they all taste sort of the same-- there really arent any distinguishing flavors (other than the white chocolate tasting slightly different from the dark chocolate). For example, I tried the chocolate covered bacon and it really didnt taste like anything except for a faint milk chocolate flavor-- I was expecting sweet and salty. Perhaps that is what they are going for, but with the variety of novelty candies offered, I was expecting different flavor profiles. Also, the carrot cake here is, unfortunately, the worst Ive ever had. The cake itself is moist, but it lacks flavor, and the icing is the worst part of it-- it is too buttery and does not taste like anything. Lastly, one time I found a long hair in my ice cream (in the middle stuck in it, it was not mine). I still come here for ice cream, but that was definitely not appetizing. Perhaps wearing hair nets would prevent something like that from happening again.

This place is fantastic! My family loved the ice cream and the chocolates we got were awesome. It had a nice seating area and lots of choices for ice cream. The owner, Susan, was very pleasant and we will be back soon.

Beautiful store with a wonderful staff! The chocolates are way too good to be true. Wishing they had more stores around New England . I highly recommended the chocolate turtles and Maine Black Bear ice cream. The staff is always so helpful, explaining every flavor and what certain chocolates are like. If youre looking for a pick me up this is the place to go!!

Best place ever. Ice cream bar is a hit in the summer, but the variety of handmade chocolates is heaven. The prices are good compared to other gourmet chocolatiers in the bigger cities. We get all our holiday and celebratory sweets here.

We popped into here for an ice cream and I found myself mesmerized by the candies in the display. What a creative selection of store made chocolates, like I have never seen before. A visual treat, even if I did not eat any! GOOD ice cream too!

They make lots of chocolates, but they also have ice cream. Very good ice cream. They also have a few pastries: carrot cake, cheesecake, and whoopie pies. Tried the carrot cake and it was okay, but not great. Small sitting area. Very little parking available. Lots of candy and gifts also available.

The attendants are friendly, & willing to answer questions in a calm & friendly manner. There are msny flavors of ice cream, & helpings are generously asserted. I left feeling happy & relaxed.

Good coffee base, with some interesting menu items and a larger dairy-free selection than most places. And theres a nice park next door to eat in!

Best Chocolate Ever. My family visits this little treasure when ever we going hiking around the area. Its the perfect treat to round a day after hitting the trails. Its location is also fantastic, a 2-minute walk to a beautiful neighboring park and river.

Ava Maries is amazing! Go for the chocolate, return over and over again when you find that the chocolate is only the beginning. My son and I went for ice cream treats today, and couldnt resist trying some of the chocolates we havent had before.....and getting some old favorites.

They have good ice cream here. It was a hot day, and the thought of ice cream was the perfect touch for the day. We all got 2 scoops and then went to the sit in the park a block away. We stop here frequently when in Peterborough.

Weve been to this shop a few times, and found our experience varies, mostly due to the staff at the counter. One tall dark-haired girl has a great smile, friendly, proficient and professional with her manner and appearance, and her service matches her. However, not so for some of the others.. one tall one appeared stoned when she waited on us, and so was our order! Others have seemed too tired to approach the counter, and in return, the ice cream cone was slow-making.Chocolates are great, but the chocolate covered pretzels were stale.All in all, a sweet little shop in the heart of Peterboro.
