Brian the owner, his son Craig, and the rest of the staff and Pro-Tech Pool and Spa are absolutely the best. Extremely hard workers, efficient, and very easy to talk to and deal with. We have used them for years now for everything- most recently a new pool liner, and would never go to any other pool company. Brian and I had a really nice talk at the end of a long days work that had nothing to do with pools. It was a great chat. I will always support a locally owned business like Brians. Our 1st experience with Pro-Tech was amazing - it was just before Christmas, the weather was freezing cold and our hot tub shut down, they fit us in before holiday closure and it turned out to be a blown fuse. The payment was a plate of Christmas baking and a Merry Christmas wish - that was 12+ years ago and we are still happy customers who would highly recommend Nancy and Brian’s company.They know their industry and will not try to up-sell you to something you don’t need. If we ever have any problems or questions with our hot tub and more recently our new pool, Nancy and Tammy are wonderful to deal with and make ongoing ownership a breeze.Pro-Tech, thanks for your wonderful customer service and support throughout the years!

What a relief to find an area pool company to service our in-ground pool, especially after a major disappointment with our previous local company.Despite being swamped with season openings, servicing and new builds, Nancy, Tammy and Brian took us on and squeezed us into their schedule.The service tech cleaned up the errors made by the previous company and left our pool working properly and looking spectacular.Rest assured that if you need to troubleshoot over the phone, any staff member is knowledgeable and skilled enough to walk you thru any technical questions.Bravo, Pro Tech, Bravo!!!

I was employed by brian and nancy at the beginning of the summer at minimum 18 to 1950 per hour . Reason why i had responded to the Ad It seemed like a good rate for a decent job . but after 3 weeks of hard work and learning very fast to help get projects done and catch up on openings that havent been taken care of yet i got my first paycheck and was not only completely blown away . But a feeling of betrayal from some nice people whom i trusted and confided in . Dont get me wrong brian and his wife are nice people but i had tried to contact nancy to ask why and i never got a response . Completely baffled. Learned alot this year be more observant and trust less . Thank you folks

The water in my pool turned green. These folks saved my pool. They know their stuff, the staff was friendly, and the drive thru pick up was so convenient. Highly recommend. I have two pool places within 2 minutes of my house and I drive 10 minutesto go here.

Extremely patient and helpful service. Staff take the time to show you how individual pool parts work together and walked me through a hose replacement. An excellent store!

BEWARE!!!!! Apparently they do not stand behind any of their products. They dont offer any returns, all sales are final but they dont let you know. They have no problems pointing it out on the receipt when you come to return your purchase tho. We werent looking for our money back, a credit would have been great. Now they have lost

Recently obtained a used hot tub. Went to Protech (recommended by a friend) to purchase the required supplies. The staff was very helpful, taking the time to explain all of the procedures required to clean, and then refill and install the correct chemicals. They even went as far as to write everything out for me.When I returned home, I found that I did not have the instruction sheet with me. Later in the day I received an email (they had discovered the forgotten instruction sheet) from Nancy. She had taken the extra step to find my email address and send me those instructions.Now thats customer service!!

Please everyone, steer clear of this place. Words cannot describe what the owner of this place is like and how she treats people and customers ( any that may be left ) . It’s just a rotten business with a rotten to the core owner. If you like the brand they carry, then go just out of town to get it if you have to. It’s not worth the frustration and completely dissatisfied feeling you’ll be left with if you deal with them . Please trust me... STAY AWAY . I would imagine there would be more bad feedback on here but people are probably afraid to leave them . And the good comments...? ... My only guess is they must be completely fabricated . Hope all of you take my feedback seriously and best of luck with the many other companies that are available in this town that will be very happy to help you .

Great local business- staff are always friendly and knowledgeable when I’ve gone in over the years for parts and chemicals. Recently purchased a new hot tub and have been very happy with the whole experience, especially the delivery service. I feel they went the extra mile with customer service and took care of all aspects- removal, set-up, chemicals and filling to make sure all is good. 100% recommend.

GREAT STORE! I was in the other day to get a bathing suit. I HATE shopping for suits. I believe the name of the girl was Tracey (if not sorry, I forget your name) There was a few people shopping and she got us all talking. We had a great time and I found a perfect suit and sun cover up. She really make something I dislike doing so much fun. Planning on going back before I go away in March with my friend. Thank you. I would never have known there was so much in your store from driving by.

Was looking for a bathing suit and being a larger size it is hard to find something that looks good and makes you feel good. The staff were friendly and very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Love the suit they picked out.

Should have written a review last year already, when the owner and employee were having a conversation with a friend and let me wait forever until I finally left. Also, at another time, you would think if a woman in her 60s walks out with two bottles of chlorine, somebody would open the door rather than watch.Yesterday my husband bought a small part for our pool pump.It was $ 2.99 + tax. Since it was the wrong size he went to exchange it to, never used, with receipt. Arrived a few minutes before 9 am but store was open. He was told no returns and to come back after 9 am and purchase the right part.. He just wanted an exchange, and the right part was even less, he did not care to get money back. They basically kicked him out of the store. He then bought the right part at Home Hardware in Bridgenorth for 35 cents including tax. People in the store, including customers were disgusted when he told them the service he received at Pro-Tech. Definitely not a place we will ever set foot again, even if I have to go out of my way to by my chlorine.If there is one star showing it is because it would not let me post without any stars

Just love the customer service and friendly advice. I called to check on the store hours for my water test and to purchase my spa chemicals. I couldnt quite make it in before closing and was told, dont worry, well wait for you and no need to rush. Love shopping at Pro Tech! After buying my Coast spa there we have had such great family time soaking in our own hot tub. They make everything so easy to understand. Thank you Pro Tech.

I wish I had of looked at this review blog before making a significant purchase at this store. Please everyone, take my advice and stay away from this location. The owner (as many people in here have described as well) did scream at me as well. Rude, condescending (as others have described) are not even close to the words needed to describe them. I honestly think many more bad reviews would be left on here if it wasnt for the fact that its not anonymous and frankly its scary knowing they can see who left it. I literally experienced this owner belittle someone publicly in the store when she needed help balancing her pool water. Please..... save yourselves from unnecessary trauma and purchase your pool and hot tub equipment/supplies elsewhere.

Hands down absolute best supplies store in town for your pool or spa. They are not pushy sales people and always only suggest what you need.

I had to get my pool levels corrected and I had them test some water I brought in. They gave me the levels of all the different chemicals in the water and told my what I needed to get the water looking clean and free of contaminants. I purchased over 500$ of powders ranging from pool salt which was a bit on the premium side when compared to canadian tire and home depot to chlorine/bromine powders that I need to both kill off algae and to keep the ph levels safe for your skin. The store has literally everything you would need for your backyard pool..

Pro-Tech winterized our hot tub, in the spring there was a leak, I called them and they claimed to be overbooked but would call us the next day to setup service. I would let it go for a few days then I would call again, they would assure me I would get a call back tomorrow as I have been there faithful customer for YEARS! 3 weeks went by out of frustration I called the Hot Tub People and they magically had someone here the next day! And after all that we were told the leak was CAUSED by Pro-Tech, as they dont use anti-freeze to winterize and only use air to blow out the lines. This was a month ago and funny enough - to this day I have NEVER heard from Pro-Tech. Please do yourself a favour and use someone else, someone who values their customers!

Thanks again Pro-Tech. Shopping in your store is great. There is so much to look at and buy! Went in to pay my invoice for the repair to my hot tub and ended up with another new swimsuit (can never have too many). Great work and fast too.

I have never written a bad review before. However this is the ONE. Twice now I have walked out of this store infuriated about how RUDE and CONDESCENDING the ladies running the store were to me. They treat you like an idiot and a nuisance. SHOP ELSEWHERE

All the staff are amazing. Extremely helpful and spend all the you require to solve your issues and ensure you are confident in what you need to do. Everything you need is in stock for the hot tub or pool including great bathing suits and cover-up and almost anything you can think of.

We have been customers of this company for 8 or 9 years. Always recommended them in the past. We have noticed a huge decline in customer service and an increase in prices. We will be going to a different company and will tell everyone we know how bad Brians customer service skills are. I believe they just dont care anymore. They are not the only game in town!

They were happy to take my money but when I had problems with my purchace the owner was REALLY ignorant. Some of the staff helped me out so I can ship my defective product back to the manufacturer in Louisiana. What do you think that will cost. Better to buy on line and save money on purchase. Again, I have never in 65 years been treated as badly as this woman did. Go somewhere else!!!!

The woman that owns this store is incredibly nasty, rude and condescending. I got tired of the attitude every time I went to the store. Ive taken my business to water works on the park way and they have been sooo wonderful.
