The sales person (Austin) was great. I needed appliances on a specific time line. He worked with me on availability of products. He stayed in regular communication with me and all appliances were delivered and installed within my tight timeline. I really appreciate the attention he paid to my order.

This is part of the Ashley furniture store not its own company. Walked in there interested in buying a dishwasher after working on mine. Already found one via their website that I was ready to purchase. Was greeted at the door and pointed toward a small corner of the store with some display appliances labeled as Appliance Mart and was told someone would help me in a minute. I looked at the display models of which none had any information or prices listed. Waited for a while for someone to come help me find the one I wanted to pick up but no one came. Walked around a display to find multiple employees (including the one who said someone would help me) standing in a group talking. Wouldnt even acknowledge me. I walked out at that time pretty disappointed. I guess I didnt look rich enough for a commission in work jeans and hoodie rather than the suit and ties they wear. I was wearing them to pick up and install one of their appliances...Didnt realize i needed to dress to impress a sales person for a dishwasher. Went to menards instead....very happy with my experience there as they had that unit at a better price...

They do not have any appliancez

Well the sales department went very well, but the delivery? these guys showed up totally unprepared with pliers to install a washer/dryer unit in our condo. Then asked my husband if he had a bucket...really? Maybe the sales dept should have told us to contact a plumber FIRST before these guys showed up and nothing was done but a big water mess in our kitchen because they were not equipped to unhook the old plumbing. Disappointed. We have to get a plumber in there today so that they can come back possibly tomorrow to deliver.
