The insurance company kept hanging up on my calls and got my claim set up completely wrong, and Ted helped me and called that company to get everything set up correctly. He even helped me out by getting me set up with a free rental because the insurance company wasnt going to cover it. He made a stressful situation so much less stressful, and I am so thankful for his and Calibers help! 💖👍

Wonderful experience all around!! I put off getting my car repaired for 2 months because I dreaded the experience. From the estimate to the rental car to the communication to the end product, these people were exceptional all around. They made everything so easy and they delivered on time when they said they would. They thought the time might slip through the weekend and I expressed the need to have my car for the weekend. They worked extra hard to make sure I had it by Friday at 5pm. They are the best!

Had a minor repair completed and had an excellent experience all around. Goffs was recommended to me by my Subaru dealer and I went with them after seeing all the positive reviews. Price was not cheap, but reasonable. Work quality was excellent. They turned it around in 24 hours and even did a complete detail of my car - it hasnt looked this good in 5+ years. After that great I experienced and while I was still there, I asked them about some scuff marks that appeared on my rear fender while I was in Pick N Save a few years ago. At no charge, Goffs removed all the paint that had rubbed off on my car and been stuck on there for ages, buffed it out, and it looked almost brand new. Everyone was polite and helpful throughout. The experience was excellent all around. Its nice to be able to write such a positive review of a local business.

These guys are amazing and they are a Direct Repair shop with my insurance company! They have a whole wall of insurance companies that they work with, including a lot of the common ones like Allstate and Liberty Mutual, among many others. That made the process much easier when they found additional things that needed repair during my cars fixes. Speaking of which, Casey was very upfront about the damage that there appeared to be and cautioned that they may find more once they started working, which is a huge plus. And the repair length estimate was PERFECT and my car was done on time! Debbie was also very friendly and when I realized that I forgot my staff badge and key from work in my vehicle and called for it she had it secured at the front desk when I came back for it. Before I officially dropped the car off she explained the necessary paperwork really well and made it easy to understand too.If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!! AND THE BEST PART IS they have a warranty on the repairs that they did for as long as you own the car! So if any of the repairs or paint or whatever has any problems then you can bring it in.

This place is amazing! You can tell they truly care about their customers. My boyfriend had gotten in a small accident and they were able to fix up his car for a reasonable price very quickly! They were the best price all around, and even if they werent Id still consider going to them because I know that I can trust my vehicles with them. They even gave my boyfriend a little flashlight for his keychain. Their waiting room is also very friendly. We will definitely go back if we ever need to!

After my accident, I had to do the estimate routine. I quickly found out most other body shops were uninterested, too busy or wanted to take shortcuts to repair my old Jeep. After making an appointment with Caliber, I met Heidi who handled the estimate. She listened to my concerns and addressed them politely and professionally. Heidi being a Jeep owner herself understood what I wanted and how to go about the repair. Throughout the process she kept me informed with photos and asked questions when they arose. Recently I had Goffs install an aftermarket spoiler onto my vehicle. The service manager had me meet with their paint tech and their body tech to go over paint and installation options. This was done on my initial visit to the shop. They painted and assembled the spoiler the next day. I returned with the vehicle the following day to have the spoiler installed. The service manager brought me into the shop and I became involved in the placement of the spoiler on the vehicle. Their craftsmanship is top notch. The paint matched the OEM color exactly and the spoiler was placed correctly. I am a very satisfied customer.

Let me start, by saying i have used Goffs Pewaukee before, and have always had excellent service and quality. This time was no different. They did a remarkable job repairing our 2005 Subaru Outbacks aluminum hood, plastic scoop, and hood latch. We purchased the car used in 2011, and the hood works better now, than it ever did. I am very appreciative of the quick turnaround, quality, and value for the dollar. Goffs Pewaukee hit it out of the park again!

I recently had someone rear end my car when it was parked. I went to Goffs to get an estimate. They were very friendly and I received an estimate of $900. When I went to pick up my car, I was only expecting for the bumper to be replaced and not much else, but it was far more than that. The replacement was done in a timely and professionally. They also guaranteed the replacement with a lifetime warranty.They even took the time for a less expensive bumper so I ended up paying less than $900. I was also suprised to my car super clean inside and out. The customer service was very welcoming . I felt like I was having my car fixed by a friend. The finishing touch was when they handed me my keys with a keychain flashlight on it. Goffs far exceeded my expectations. If I ever need to get my car repaired, they will be the first place I go to.

My husband had always taken our cars to Merton Auto Body for repairs, but since the party who had rear ended our vehicle had Safeco Insurance they referred us to Goffs for an estimate. I went to the Goffs Auto Body In Waukesha on Duplainville Road. I wish I could find all the good words to express how wonderful Daron at Goffs Auto Body was to me, as a client, and as a person. Im from a large family- I have 6 first-cousins who are mechanics. I knew how much my repairs SHOULD cost. I was quoted a cost for MORE THAN DOUBLE that amount by a dealer for the company who sold me my last FIVE cars! I took the car to Goffs and Daron came back with exactly the right price. Honesty! Who does that anymore? He was friendly, intelligent, willing to answer questions, and had the car ready a day EARLIER than expected. I hope Daron keeps doing what hes doing for a very long time- but I suspect his wings and halo are already waiting for him! Get your auto body repair work done at Goffs- because good people do everything a little bit better!
