Pretty much business as usual today, which unfortunately means its not always easy to get help with sewing advice when needed. Youd think that a fabric and sewing supply store would have someone in the house able to answer questions, but not the case.

Had a great experience first time when I came in and girls helped get me signed up for rewards app. Came in to return a online order and Mary was very rude and made my experience awful. She even asked why I choose to come here. She then bad mouthed another customer in front of me. It was very unprofessional.

Great place to shop for your crafting needs. The store is a nice size to visit and gets your supplies. I love it because I can get what I need and be out of the store quickly. The customer service is amazing as well.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Not a great yarn selection but theres a lot of fabric. Staff and guests alike were following safety guidelines. Nice!

My daughter loves going to Jo-Anns to look for craft supplies all the time!

Quarantine Edition:I ordered some items online. Later in the evening. Next morning I woke up to a notification that my order was ready. I am very pleased with the speed and easiness of this store. I will likely order and come here in the future because I was very pleased. The employee I spoke with even gave me a good laugh because she thought my phone cut out and so she started singing and had no idea that I could hear her. Very positive!

Needed a small amount of material to recover a pillow. Was glad to get what I wanted and it was 70 percent off!

Disappointed in selection of flannel for valentines, st patricks day and Easter.Also employees with masks not covering mouth and nose.

This craft store has everything you could ask for! If you want holiday or seasonal items, I recommend coming here. They have a wide variety of difference seasonal things to buy, and it makes you feel at home. The store gives off a cozy feel, and has a great welcoming aroma. I like the Christmas decorations that they bring in, that is what keeps me going back to this store! :)

This location just isnt what it used to be. I went in for lace and the selection was terrible

Limited items.There was a low supply of fall/ harvest fleece.There were some good sales on fall decorations.

The place is great and has loads of crafty things a person might need. However, it did seem a bit cramped and the lighting was somewhat dull. But if that stuff doesnt bother you, no big deal.

Desperately in need of a remodel. I havent seen a Joanns like this since the 90s. The store is small and the selection reflects it. Also, no public restroom!!!!

Was not in the store just close enough to be considered there. Have been there in the past and have found what I was looking for. staff will help but never seem to approach you if you need help.

I stopped in looking for a tool I didnt even know the name of....and Lisa, who I could see was crazy busy already, took the time to listen to my explanation....knew EXACTLY what it was, and then took me right over to the shelf to help me find it! Above and beyond, for sure. (If anyone else wants one, its called a Snag Nab-It and its on the notions wall!)

I had the most engaging young associate ..she asked me what project I was working based upon my purchase. When i told her baby quilt she was so engaged asked when baby due etcReal personal touch. I was very impressed

I have been going to Joann fabrics for art supplies, fabric, and jewelry making Staples since I was a little girl. I love it! Just browsing all of the amazing supplies inspires my creativity, and no matter what area of the country Im living in, walking into Joanns feels like home.

Not much variety in craft supplies. Store is dark and crowded. Went for candle making supplies. They had none. Good for fabrics and sewing supplies. It seemed a bit pricy to me. Over $12 for a 14×14 basic pillow form insert. Its a small store. Heavy on manufactured home decor. Customer service was adequate.

I go to this location often and usually give the clerk the benefit of the doubt when they are not in the best mood. (and I would have to say that this is often) Today I had my last straw with the associates. I had requested assistance to get fabric cut, and when the lady arrived she apologized stating that her feet hurt (totally fine and I get that), but then barely spoke no more than a few words for the 5 minutes of cutting fabric (I even tried making a joke about the fabric I bought). Then I worked at getting items to achieve; spend $50 and get $10 back. Well at the counter, I rang up about $8 short (due to miscalculating the discount I had). The lady stated that I would only qualify for $5. I then took an item off because it was not a needed item. After reviewing my receipt I asked the lady that if I spent that extra to make it to $50, that I would have qualified. Sternly she told me that I wouldnt and could care less to understand that initial $8 difference. I have never had a good experience when I bring in a coupon or 2, and I can tell that coupons really frustrate most of these associates. That is upsetting when coupons are meant to market and bring more business in.

They had exactly what I had been searching for the past couple of weeks. It was great.

Great selection overall however they are always sold out of anything Cricut brand related that I visit the store to purchase. They need to get better at keeping things in stock.

I bought some faux succulents to replace dead plants outside and was pleased with the selection and price. Overall, the store had really fun finds.

The store was clean and I found what I needed quickly and easily. They have a call button which worked well at checkout to get help faster.

My wife likes this place.

Not the largest JOANN in the area, but fairly well-stocked for its size. Their employees know couponing like its no ones business and went out of their way to help me get the best price.

Fun place for quick grab and go

Typical JOANN Fabrics but very small location. So much stuff crammed into such a small space. Reminds me of my moms sewing rooms (love you mom!).Getting material cut from the bolt often takes a while as each time Ive stopped by, theres been a line. The stock is a bit limited (compaired to other, larger locations) and prices can often be found lower on many products both online and in other stores.Staff is mostly friendly - a few employees over my seldom visits showed stress during busier times, but no one I can think of by name.Convenient when in a pinch for those of us not close to another store with the same/similar products or if you cant get something delivered in time.

I thought the fabric selection was fair at best but they have a huge selection of paints, brushes, glue, yarn, candy molds etc. The staff is very helpful and know the store well.

I personally liked their large selection of patterns including seasonal ones. They are really helping with a little project of mine.

Clerk had no desire to help with questions. Either she had no actual sewing knowledge or just did not want to be bothered. Only one other customer in the store and did not want to be bothered offering customer assistance. This has happened twice now with this same clerk on different days and neither day was she busy. I will look for somewhere else to get material in the future. Maybe Joanns might want to find a customer friendly clerk!!

This store is very abbreviated compared to some of the others Ive been to. The clerks were nice and helpful, though.

V cluttered and poor lighting makes comparing colors hard

I placed a ordered on line. To pick up order it said to go inside by check outs or have curbside pick up. Went up to the door & was reading notice on door when a clerk opened the door & yelled at me to get back in car.I support local businesses, but will go to Hobby Lobby going forward!

This is a smaller store, but there is a lot of inventory. The staff was helpful taking care of me, and I was able to maximize my coupon savings when I checked out!

Came in looking for curtain fabric. Staff was very rude and condescending when I asked to be pointed in the right direction. We picked out fabric...staff number two also rude stating gimmie a minute!! when I politely asked, is this where I take this to get it cut? Final straw was when staff number one returned and and saw my 8 y/o son fidgeting with a rubber band ( not firing across the room, simply rolling back and forth gently on the counter). She snatched it out of my sons hands saying Ill take that! We walked out. You dont get my business today JoAnn Fabrics or any time in the future, for that matter.

Almost always have what Im looking for & can usually find a coupon or its on sale in one of their weekly or monthly fliers. Waukesha store could use more staff on busy sales days.

I try to avoid this Joanns if at all possible. Not only is it small and usually doesnt have what I am looking for, but the staff is not very nice! Most of the employees act like it is an inconvience to help you and it is like this everytime I go in there. Today I took my daughter there on our way home from running errands. It was warm today, so we both had drank a lot of water. My daughter who is 12 asked an employee where the bathroom was and this was her response...we dont have a public bathroom. Someone would have to take you in the back to use the bathroom, but you can go to Subway or Arbys. First of all...if I leave, Im definitely not coming back! I counted at least 4 employees working. Good customer service would have been to find someone to take us to the bathroom. We then checked out ASAP, so we could use the bathroom somewhere else. I would have probably bought more than $12 worth of stuff if she would of just let us use the bathroom.

Whatever you do, don’t request to use the bathroom. Employee on the other end of the walkie talkie sighed and went “seriously? Ugh send them back.”

Too slow. Not enough help at cutting table and cashier station.

Very rude workers. I saw a sale on paint on two displays, red signage said 10 for $10. One sign had hand written exclusions, otherone did not.Go to check out and of course they rung for more, the crabby girl “ Lisa” picks a few out and says these are not included, I question her and she says “ I didn’t have time to hand write the exclusions” THIS is NOT RIGHT!
