My experience with the sales and service departments were way beyond my expectations.Rick in sales was patient with me as new boat owner and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted and that it fit with what I planned for the boat. He also took the time to be sure I understood and was comfortable with the purchase before heading out on the Big Lake.Gene in the service department took on basically rebuilding all aspects of my Boston Whaler that had been used used and abused. He talked me through the process, options and made sure I was getting the boat I wanted at the end. He pretty much built me the boat of my dreams. I was blown away when I pick it up.After a season in the books I couldn’t be happy with the service and my experience. Have already recommended to others.

Great customer service! My husband and I were recently looking for a boat in a very dry market. Initially, we went to Skipper Buds where we purchased our old boat a couple years ago. We were unable to get anyone to help us or even look into boats with the dry market. We went two Saturdays in a row, the second visit we were told “oh, your back”. We left not knowing where to go from there. I saw Center Pointe in google maps located close in Pewaukee so we went there.Walking into Center Pointe we were immediately welcomed by Rick Welch. He was very nice, agreed there was a dry market but still had available boats to show us and answered all our questions. We purchased a beautiful Monterey bow boat from their showroom (we never heard of Monterey boats, the model we purchased is beautiful and similar to a deck boat).The purchase process was fantastic. They found us a great rate and the signing process was quick and easy with Al Visintainer. I cannot say enough how nice they were and important they made us feel as customers.

I highly recommend CenterPointe Boat Services. I purchased my first used boat from Allan in the sales department. He was knowledgeable and low key during the sales process. He took extra time with me at pick up to make sure I understood how to operate the boat. Since that time I have also used CenterPointe for maintenance and winter storage. Eric the Service Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have found their pricing to be competitive with the other local boat services.

Bought a new Regal LS4 in October,sight unseen. Richard was very helpful in answering any questions we had since we were traveling from Akron Ohio to purchase the boat. We also worked out a firm trade price for my current boat which worked out well for both parties.We could not be happier with the boat as well as Al and his professional staff.

You better read carefully anything you sign, my husband just electronically signed to get our motor winterized, they told him he was signing just so they could do the work never gave us any paperwork. Our motor was stolen from their property, they called us after it was gone made out a police report. Told us we had to call our insurance company and make a claim, they said they take no responsibility for anything left on their property!

Took my boat in expecting a major repair to the boat. The Service person listening to me explain my strange situation then said something does not add up so he took a look. He completely set me straight and I was on my way with no service to the boat needed. They honestly could of taken advantage of the me with a complete removal of the lower casing type bill.Thank you for your honesty.

Brought my boat in for repair and originally the had problems diagnosing what was wrong. Brought the boat back twice and was beginning to think I was getting taken. They stood behind their work diagnosed the problem and charged only for parts not labor. Very satisfied how everything handled.

Think twice before you take motor to be repaired. Took technition more than 6 hours to find oil leak and replace oil pump. A job that should be 2 to 3 hours at the most. Expensive lesson for me.UPDATE: Center Point reviewed the time on the job and the billing and we agreed to an adjusted billing that reflected a mutual understanding of the work done and the total cost. Felt our conversation was helpful for both of us and felt we both understood where we were coming from relative to my concerns and the project work. Therefore I would rate their concern for my satisfaction a four maybe even higher.

Parts guy was great went out of his way find the ignition switch I needed definitively be a repeat customer glad to see new owners .Dont miss old Ducos !!!

I had a fantastic experience at Centerpointe. We bought our first little boat as a young family, and the staff were nothing but awesome. Alan C. who i worked with was super knowledgeable, a great teacher, helped immensely through the process, and all the other staff we worked with were friendly too. They were personable, relateable, and down to earth. We love the boat we got and would recommend to anyone to pay them a visit. They made sure our boat was fully up to snuff before letting us drive away with it, taking extra time to ensure everything worked great (shout out to Gene), and even took me out on it to teach me how it all worked, show that it was running great, and enjoy some time on the water with someone who could make sure i was doing things right.Go check em out!

I have coming here for parts for years but the size of the operation had me worried that they wouldnt have time for me. Actually am giving them a try due to the friendly and helpful staff.
