By far the best Walmart I ever visit Although they do not have a bakery fresh produce and a deli They are most certainly the most cleanest friendliest Walmart Ive ever been to.!

I only stopped in to pick up an order that I had made online. Although I could not use the convenient kiosk there was a phone number to call for service. An associate then retrieved my order so it went very quick and smoothly!

I really like the layout of this store. It was clean and their employees were helpful & I actually found everything that I went there for. Will definitely go back more often.

The store didnt have everything I needed, but the wonderful young man in electronics was amazing to work with! I appreciated how he helped explain how to use our new remote in a way that even I was able to figure out. 😁

That was by far one of the most unclean Walmarts I have ever been in. I feel like it is dirty and needs to deep clean. We are in the middle of a Pandemic. Really this store was missing lots of stock and just very unclean or inviting.

2nd visit, still if not dirtier than the previous. Also - why is there no produce section, however frozen? The store layout makes no logical sense.

The employees here dont seem interested in being vaguely helpful. It took me 20 minutes asking multiple employees to finally get someones attention for a pickup order that was behind schedule (it was only 1 item), only for them to offer no help and tell me to cancel my order and get it from the shelf myself instead. Best of all is that the item wasnt even in stock.

Great service I bought a bag of charcoal and a case of water and was not able to carry it because it was too heavy. I believe the name of the employee that helped me immensely was Joanne or Jolynn. Anyway the young lady was extremely helpful and put the items in my car that were too heavy for me.

Trust Walmart to always have that society is circling the drain vibe. Ambience? Hope you like concrete, fluorescent lights, and a sense of despair. Customer service? Check your own self out and dont make me laugh. But hey, the stuff is cheap and you dont have to talk to the poorly paid and desperately unhappy employees.

Big box chain store (best price on propane exchange in area)

Says they are not a Walmart Supercenter and wont take back an item from another Walmart.Update: I had another issue with the service department. They forced me to buy a box for an online return then called me and ask me to pickup the item after I gave it to them and ship it myself. The instructions on the Walmart return where clear that I could drop it off and any Walmart customer service desk and thats it. I had to go to Walmarts website chat and the agent there fixed it and said it was unacceptable

Guest counter lady was very rude . Clearly she didnt like her job . Tried to return a speaker and she was rude and said I had to take it to the Walmart I bought it at. Tgen rolled her eyes and rudely pushed the speaker at me.

Smaller selection than most. Produce and bakery basically non-existent...Out of Milk. Had to go to Pick n Save for most of the groceries we usually buy at other Walmart stores. Clothing section was disorganized and poorly kept. Bathrooms were filthy. Customers were rude.

No baskets near front and after asking for help, was directed to inside the store somewhere I should come across a basket I could then use. . . It was a younger male employee with a punky attitude, not the supposed to be friendly clerk that everyone should encounter, some other clerks also just basically barge past or catch attitude when asked to please move aside and excuse me so I can cut through or get past to where I was headed. Store was also a bit messy/ disorganized, small amount of detritus in parking lot as well. Prices are always low tho! 😉

This location has only 3 or 4 wheelchairs available, and at least 1 has been out of order every time I have entered the store.The few they do have are almost perpetually in use.On my most recent trip to this location, I approached an employee to inquire if there was any available wheelchairs and the response I received was:Do you see any wheelchairs? Then no, there aint no wheelchairs.When I asked if they had any place to sit while waiting the response I got was:No, you can see there aint no chairs up here.I asked if there was any way to provide some sort of seating or inquire about potentially getting more wheelchairs the response I received was:No. Those are you problems, not me problems.I was utterly appalled at this individuals behavior, and their blatant disregard and hostile attitude towards a person of disability. If it is at all possible, I would highly suggest that you avoid this location. Especially if you are a person with disabilities that require the use of a wheelchair.

Auto department EXTREMELY unhelpful and ignored me for a good 20 minutes with no customers around. Walked out.

So many empty shelves and clothes a mess everywhere! Was disappointed as jave shopped here 4 years ago anf thought it was great back then. Maybe it is covid related. One great thing was I as a handicapped individual could actually checkout with a real walmart employee and NOT have to do it myself. Walmart shame on you for getting rid of 99% of your checkers. I guess you need to make more in profits.

Going through a renovation, so shelves are a but bare and items have been relocated.The self-checkout lines are long and slow.

I actually like this location, but there are too many high school kids standing as the customers come into the store watching the screen for theft, But no one is asking If you need help with anything

As of March 31st, I use to enjoy going to this store. Clean, organized and everyone coming in wore a mask. They had signs up everywhere as a reminder that this store requires masks. Not today!! because of the Republicans protesting the State Mask mandate and won, there was a stream of people entering the store not wearing a mask. The guy at the door said nothing either... Not going back until the pandemic is over! I am going back to ordering everything off of Amazon. Sad sad situation.

This is a nicely located Walmart. The inside is clean and orderly as well. All of the lanes were open when I went, which isnt typical of Walmart, I was in and out with all of my stuff in 20 minutes.

I normally find this store OK but this time they seemed to be out of alot og things and the check out process was really slow.

Just started using their pharmacy and it wis very easy ro make the transition from my former pharmacy.

The Pewaukee location is great! I will drive an extra 20 minutes to go to this store instead of the locations closer to my home. Very clean, organized, and the associates there want to help you. I had a great experience there last week trying to hunt down a mirror that was in stock, but buried beHind 40 pallets of new stock. The store manager, Brandon, followed up with me right away to let me know they were able to locate the mirror. He set it aside and I was able to pick it up the next day. Awesome service!

Small WalMart, usual no lanes open and hope you dont have any issues or returns because the people they put at that customer service, seem to obviously hate their job, and You for making them work. Its not a very good WalMart, but are there really Any good Walmarts??

Rude employee at the front of the store. Yelled at me to go through the other side of the store. First of all, you don’t visible signs on which way to enter until you have an employee yelling at you. Why can’t I just walk across to the other doors? I was already technically in. Had I been asked in a nicer way and had there been clear signage this wouldn’t have happened. Instead I get yelled at in front of many people. I’m an adult that doesn’t need scolding.

Went in for a cleaning item, bedding and some groceries. Store is large and has a good selection of items. Only thing we didnt find was fresh produce - which seemed strange because it was such a large store and they didnt carry it. Overall clean and good prices.

Great store bad phone customer service. I saw on the app that the Pewaukee store have a fish tank stand that I was looking oh, so I called the store to ask and see if it still was available and good prices on hold but the customer service lady just cut me off and said no you have to go on walmart.com. but if the app says is in the store is normally at the store so I called and put it on hold just in case they only have one or two but she was very rude but great store

Staff is super friendly, and when i have a question, i dont have to go too far to find someone. Great deals.

Limited options in food, cleaning supplies, certain laundry supplies and never seem to have enough toilet paper or paper towel supplies or cat food. This Wal-Mart is just as bad as the one in Delafield. I live less than a mile from the Pewaukee store and would rather drive all the way out to Hartford or Watertown instead.
