I have been working with Chris at WIPC Wizardry for a couple of years now and he has been very helpful when my computer has given me problems. He is willing to help me remotely which is very convenient and saves time for me since I have desktop computer. I would recommend WIPC Wizardry for anyone needing help with their computer providing it is not an Apple product.

Ive had Chris building my computers since 2004. Ive had two builds, and a few upgrades. Both computers have lasted over 5 plus years with little issue whatsoever.Highly recommended, you get better service than at a big box store.

I have had great service from PC Wizardry. I have had a couple of problems that they took care of at a good price. I also bought one of their refurbished computers and it has performed well for nearly a year. They are my first stop in trying to fix things.

I have been working with WIPC for over 6 years. They have helped me with my computer data recovery when what Geek Squad gave me for recovery was unusable. They created a new computer for me, at a good price, when my business computer was just to old and slow to function properly. They also came to my home and helped me set up my own modem, wifi and connected my two televisions, one to an apple device and the other to a roku device.They recommended a computer, at a very reasonable price, to my neighbor who is over 75 years old. When she purchased her computer from WIPC they preloaded her new printer, computer games to the start up menu and set up easy access to her email all at no additional charge. Recently she inadvertently downloaded window 10, which she did not need or want, WIPC restored her computer to its previous version.If I have questions about what my computer is doing or whether I should download something that has appeared on my screen, we have an arrangement that I may call so many times during the year at a set price for the year, for troubleshooting, which has truly saved me from making any serious downloads, with viruses, to my computer.I like the personal attend, as a customer I get from this small, local business and would recommend them, which I have to anyone in need of assistance with computers.I have a small business, have been self-employed for over 26 years, which means I probably have higher expectations from another small business owner. I can say with confidence that WIPC delivers.

The attitude, the quality, the service, ect... is sub-par. If they actually had customers for me to divert to other places, I would stand outside their door every day. This family business is anything but what you expect, and not in a good way. Save your money, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
