Do not do business with this company!!! Please stay away! My first experience was good. Rose Marie did the work herself and embroidered 14 jackets for me. A week later I took six shirts and six sweaters over that were purchased for $840. When she called me to pick them up it was a mess. Each item had the logos sewn on in different locations. The logos were not measured from left to right or top to bottom. She ruined $840 dollars with of clothing. She blamed it on the person she hired to do the work. Then later on she said she did not have the right equipment, that her hooppers were wrong and the needles. If you would like to see pictures I can send them to you. Right now she is not even responding to my phone calls or emails to reimburse me for the clothing. I am going to be forced to take her to small claims court!!

Very nice people very knowledgeable in thier field. Its a pleasure to do business there.
