I stopped by Pro Bark this morning at the corner of High F and Lyndsay Rd. to make a purchase. The owner was moving piles of mulch around. The owner noticed me, but kept working instead of helping his customer. After I started to leave, he then tried to stop me. I went to the mulch man instead up the road. Way better prices and they acknowledged that I exist.

I have been using Pro Bark for 10 years and have always been very happy with their service and quality of their mulch.

Outstanding service, friendly staff, very helpful, fair prices. Ive gotten both mulch and dirt from them. Been going here for 10 years and will continue to do so.

I have been dealing with this small business for my mulch needs for over 10 years. Never in that time have I had a bad experience. Everyone I send to them agree with me and have always been satisfied with the service. The people here help me figure my mulch needs, they are polite and professional. I bring my golden retriever with me and everyone takes time to greet and pet him, an example of how friendly these people are. For someone to complain, I find it incomprehensible.

They dont open on time. They load their own trucks before they take care of the walk ins apparently. As a business owner my customer base always comes first? Employees waltzed around as they arrived to work like they were all hungover? Lol....wont be back pro nothing.

I called, place the order, i needed it delivered at specific time, they were able to accommodate my need, which I understand I was lucky, but the fact that they were able to do it, it is appreciated.

Very good mulch however, delivery truck leaked oil all over our concrete driveway.

Colored mulch is pretty expensive here... Also, notice the amount of mulch you have vs. the amount on the ticket. Ive been loaded very light a few times. You dont want to get over charged.

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend coming to this location EVER. Its overpriced. They make you wait to get served and then have to wait again to get mulch while they sit inside drinking coffee/eating pizza. The general manager is rude and should get fired for his disgusting behavior. There are several other options including Russs which was a way better experience...

The crew at ProBark was extremely help. And with their variety of color choice in mulch, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for! Thanks.
