As a marketing manager, little (and big) jobs come up unexpectedly. I always use this FedEx shop. The staff is friendly and always generous with document setup tips, methods to get more for my dollar and they’ve NEVER made an error. I’m sure they’d make it right if they did. Nice DIY area too. Highly recommended!

The team at this FedEx office are phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help our company when our other printer failed us. Their communication throughout the process was astounding and they went above and beyond to complete the job for us!

I had a FedEx package that missed delivery 5 straight days in a row. While I would give no stars to the delivery service, I redirected the package to the office for pickup. It was a large package and weighed over 100 lbs. The staff was very friendly and helped to dolly the package out to my truck... Smiles on their faces at all times. 5 stars!

I love this Fed Ex they ready take care of you and make sure they get all of your jobs done no matter how big or small! Miss Kitty, David and Lucas have been absolutely amazing every time I come into the store (and I’ve been in the store about 2 to 3 times a week lately) It’s feels really good to be treated like a valued customer. Depending on traffic and the time of day, I either go to this location or Delafield. Price is irrelevant to this review. Of course it cost a lot to ship. What I appreciate at this location is how friendly and fast the employees are every single time. There have been a few occasion where one employee was working alone. I did not wait long and he did everything he could to assist me and get my items out asap. I will continue to go here give the quality service.

The store was exceptionally clean... enough staff on hand so I didnt have to wait.... every member of the staff was pleasant and MOST helpful. I had a situation that Id not previously encountered and they worked with me to ensure the label was printed out and affixed to the critical overnight package well in advance of the last pickup! I will DEFINITELY choose to frequent this location again.... well done, FedEx Office!!!

They work with you to find you the best pricing for what youre trying to do, and do it quickly! I am a designer and trusted this place enough to print my wedding invitations. Incredible service! I went in on a Saturday and the employee found me the best deal to send my package to ensure it would arrive on time. Very easy and pleasant!

The people who work here are amazingly helpful and kind and they try to know your name. Wow- I am just blown away every time I come in here. They are always trying to help give tips to save me more money or help me be more efficient. To David, Kitty, the manager, and all the others whose names I cannot remember (but they all know mine!), thank you so much for brightening my day when I am working :)

The staff here has saved my day several times. With printing, faxing, shipping... they even welcomed me inside when I had to wait for a tow truck to jump start my car battery.

Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable enough, but I almost laughed out loud when they told me the price. I had a few color copies printed to card stock and it came out to almost four times the price that Office Max charges me for the same thing. Seriously wishing I had asked how much it was going to be beforehand, but I didnt think a universe existed in which 12 color copies would cost almost $17. The copies were excellent quality, but I simply cant recommend this place at those prices.

I have needed to ship some extremely expensive measuring instruments from here 4 or 5 times. On several occasions after asking me whats in the case, and i say about $60,000 in measuring equipment he THROWS the case into the back area. Its well packed but damn! I can only wonder how the rest of my equipments journey goes.....

I came in to return a package. I messed up and tried to print the return label at home, but my printer was not working. Cassie, the person who helped me, went way out of her way to help me print the label at the store so I could finally send the package. Its great to see some over-the-top service! Great store!

I have been coming in here from time to time over the last two years. They are always super helpful and nice, especially David who’s helped by offering advice, and wrapping up a bunch of our unpacked items.

Bring your own box, and your own recycled paper or you will be charged $5 dollars for each. 10 lb box shipping ground in med box, recycled thin paper will cost you 32.00 dollars.

I am always very impressed at how helpful they are with my printing projects! Always commpleted on time and correctly!

This center is wonderful, they are customer centric and have on more than one occasion made my last minute customer deadlines without fail.

Went to send a fax. Was helped pretty much right away. Looked like a new girl. Told her I needed a fax send to so and sos attention. OK. She immediately takes the papers and dials the number. Wasnt asked if I needed a cover sheet even tho I told her it needs to be directed to so and sos attention. After a couple tries, I had apparently written down the partys phone number and not the fax. I asked if I could briefly use a computer to check my mail and get the correct fax number. I was scoffed at by some older asian lady behind the counter--Its nothing, less than a pack of gum. WTF?! What kind of customer service is that?? Trying to get another buck out of someone whos already willing to spend what it takes for a service?! Needless to say, they lost the sale and I went to the competition down the road.

Great service and fast.

I had to have an iPad shipped for repair and I brought it in and they packaged it and it was ready to go before I had the shipping label completed. Found out that if they pack it and it gets broken in shipment they take the responsibility. Not cheap but it took only about 5 minutes to walk in ship it and walk out. so if you are busy it is worth it. 4 stars because I think its a little pricy compare to USPS If it fits it ships program.
