I feel like maybe they need to be more customer service oriented. And not Target Employee oriented. The gentleman at the door is always smiling and such a joy. But the inventory is better at round rock unfortunately.

Honestly, because Target does not require a minimum purchase for pickup, I buy more often from here because it is more convenient to pick up a few things that I need instead of having to figure out how to spend $35.

Had Alan as our cashier and he was great! Very friendly. Lose 2 stars though for the staff at Starbucks. Complete opposite of our experience with Alan. Rude, pushy, short, ignored us for the first half while we stood at the register waiting to order, instead looked at us and continued talking with each-other for another few minutes before finally dragging themselves up to take our order. That should have been a sign that we should have left, and even when my drink was made they just set it down and walked away. Didnt call any names or say anything when there was multiple orders sitting there as well. Had to go up and sort through the drinks to see which one was mine. Terrible customer service. Move Alan over to Starbucks lol

I love Target, there are always good finds. From necessities to wants, Target always has what I need and so much more. The stores are always clean and the Team Members are always helpful.

This target is my go to, it’s just so nice compared to the other targets in this area, even before the remodel. Now it looks even better. My favorite section is the men’s hygiene section. Everything is laid out so nice and it has everything you need from face washes to deodorant to bathroom accessories geared towards people who like masculine looking combs or toiletries.

My experience at the PflugervilleTarget is always great. Robert, the gentleman who greets is always very welcoming. Im a shipt shopper and everytime I go there he always greets me and is like your here back again Tanya jokingly of course. Rocio is great as well as are the rest of the target crew. 👌 this target is home.

Never has anything instock, employees seem too in a rush to help and when you get to the front, its always super chaotic while the ladies who just stand there doing nothing next to their podium! Well..... except they are on their phones or talking to each other. Seems like they are all too busy to help. I was really disappointed in this store. Round Rock may be smaller but their store has more inventory than this location!

Great place to shop, always nice and clean, went shopping for cards for an upcoming event as well as some school supplies and little holder devices for my desk and work area. They also stocked a nice collection of coffee cups and mugs, as well as nice supply of beauty products for women.

This Target is pretty good. The selection is better than the others in the area and the store is generally cleaner too. The parking lot is big but the layout makes it difficult to deal with other drivers. All in all a good location though. My wife and I take the extra 7 minutes to drive out to this one over a closer one to us

I love that the convenience of the cards and gift cards at the front of the store. It took me less than 5 minutes to get in and out.

Target is a great place to shop. They always have everything I need and check out is quick. I love the fact I can buy good quality food and great household items all in one place. They blow the other big retailer down the street.

But just as one bad experience can make someone give 1 star, one pleasant experience made me write this review.The gentleman assisting in the self checkout registers today (2/5) at approximately 12pm, he didnt do anything crazy but felt very genuine as he assisted the people around me. Good job dude!

I would be more likely to recommend Target except for your bathroom policy. I appreciate the ease of shopping but do not feel I can use your restroom safely.

Even with the lights out and having a few employees working, made a huge difference for us! I really hope Target employees got payed double time and half! Went to Target to get a dress for my maternity photo shoot tomorrow. While there we started our Target Baby Registry. They give you a free gift and coupons for creating one with them. Boy was I AMAZED when I opened the bag at what they consider samples 😍🤗😁Thanks Target!!!Also they are in the middle of a remodel the WHOLE store was moved around since my last trip. But as always plenty of helpful people on the floor clean and organized.

Our first stop on Black Friday was this place because like other retailers, Target advertised BIG about their Black Friday Sale but, as it turns out, there was literally NO SALE on A LOT of stuff, especially in the kids area, which was highly DISAPPOINTING! This place is usually my go to for my son because they normally have what Im looking for BUT, dont advertise this enormous Black Friday Sale to get people in your store if there really isnt one!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I LITERALLY SAVED NOTHING on my purchase and I went solely for my childs Christmas gifts and because they advertised this HUGE sale that didnt exist.

Target Drive Up is the greatest! So fast and efficient- the app is easy to use. I use target 900% more than I used to and way more over heb (which I love but isn’t as fast or free) Amazon- tried Walmart once (never again!) Love this drive up option with Target and will continue to give you all my business

Definitely one of my favorite Target locations around. The staff is always super friendly and always make sure to ask if you need anything as you’re walking around and the location is kept fairly clean.

Probably one of the worst class of associates at any corporation that Ive encountered. I left a nice long message for them over at the BBB, so hopefully some changes coming.

Customer Service was EXCELLENT!!! I ordered online and in no time I got a confirmation that my order was ready to be picked up. When I got there...there was a line and only two ladies working the registers. HOWEVER, they were very professional, friendly, polite and fast with everyone. I got to the register and in less than a minute I had my purchase. I was super impress and happy! Especially because I have had the worst experience at Walmart in 1 day...getting dismissed and ignored and when politely and at all times remaining calm even as I was treated like I was bothering when all I asked was for help...not by one person but 3 and to top it off even the manager was very unprofessional and rude.. and after today...I have no reason to ever go shopping there. Thank you Target for training and hiring people who actually care about their jobs and making us customers feel like we are valuable and important...because we are. I thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Since the renovation the place looks really nice but they’re always out of stock of a lot of stuff. It’s target so it’s expensive no surprise there but the quality of things is pretty good overall. The price typically matches the quality at target.

One of my favorite Targets - especially after the remodel. I like how big, lit and clean it is. It definitely is one of the nicer Targets Ive been in. The employees have been helpful so far and theres plenty of parking to come in and out quickly.

Went in for one Black Friday item... They were awesome ! It was crazy as all get out and they were very organized and so polite and pleasant with all that was going on. I had grabbed the wrong model of the item I wanted and the manager on duty ... went out of her way to run back for me even after I offered to do it my self and got me the right item ! I placed a pickup order at this store and inadvertently left one item off the order. I placed a second order, thinking it could be picked up at the same time but the second order was now waaay behind in the queue. I was told it would be another 4 hours for the second order. I live about 30 minutes away from the store so leaving and coming back would be difficult, and being immune compromised, going into the store wasnt an option. Sarah M. literally saved the day! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get both my orders out to me at the same time. This girl is a customer service angel... Pflugerville Target, you have a customer for life!

The website listed in item on sale but when I got to the store the item was not listed as on sale. No big deal, I thought, I spoke with an employee in the department and asked them to honor the online price after showing them the sale on the website. Nowhere either online or in the store did it state that the sale price was online only. The employee went back and spoke to his manager who said he would only honor the price match on one item. Never mind that I was trying to buy 2 of the exact same item. Never mind that there was nothing either in the store or on the website stating that the sale price could only be applied to one item. So I said to the employer you realize I could order both of these online right now for the sale price? He said yes. I did that and then was told I now had to wait to pick up my items because now they were in the system. Even though I was standing right in front of them someone had to come pick them up. The employee seemed to understand the issue so I dont fault him. I do fault the faceless manager who couldnt come see me to explain why they would only honor the sale price for the website on one item. That is just ridiculous. You really need to get your management staff in line, Target.

Target is Spot On for selection that I want. I really enjoy the order pickup service. I really appreciate being able to order online and then get notified when my order is ready. I am so glad I dont have to stress about having to wander through the store.An added bonus is I pay for my order at home which means no more wondering at the register if I have enough to pay for my purchases.I have never encountered anyone who works here that has been rude to me.You should know that the Target App used to be pretty bad and pretty useless to use and now it is Amazingly Improved and Helpful.You have my thanks Target...

Easy service

I usually dont mind this location. However when I walked in yesterday there were SEVERAL customers with NO MASK and no employees escorting them out or enforcing the mask ordinance. There was a lady in the bathing suits area that HAD HER MASK AROUND HER CHIN. I would feel safer as a Target guest if T2495 was more strict on their mask rule and closed the other entrance again.

SHOUTOUT to ROBBY in the TOY Dept...I was in the store yesterday looking for a particular item in the Toy Dept. that wasnt on the shelf. Found ROBBY stocking other toys and he stopped what he was doing, went into the back and found what I was looking for! He told me he had only been working in Toys for about 3 wks and moved over from Grocery, but regardless he needs an ATTABOY and a RAISE! You the Man Robby! Thanks again!

I’ve been looking for a new waffle maker and while in store saw the one I had been looking at on Amazon. Knowing that Target price-matches I decided to grab it in store. I pulled up the waffle maker and item number on Amazon, logged into my account (I am a prime member), to have ready for the cashier to price match. Once there I showed the cashier and was told rather rudely that she could not price match because they do not price match to Amazon Prime, they only price match to Amazon because “Amazon Prime is a subscription that delivers to your house”. I notified her that I have price matched before without an issue being logged into my prime account but I proceeded to log out of my account. I then showed her that even without prime the price of the waffle maker was still the same. I was still refused price match. I requested to speak to a lead. Once the lead arrived I was told again that they cannot price match to Amazon Prime only Amazon. I showed her that I was no longer logged into my prime account and showed her the price. She then told me that looking on her own Target device the item was not sold by Amazon. I showed her my Amazon again showing the item available, matching all barcodes and numbers. Again I was refused and notified that all price matches have to be located on their own Target devices and cannot be from a Prime Member of Amazon. Prior to today’s encounter this had never been the case. All policies I have seen on the Target website state to show ad or listed price online. Nothing about it has to be pulled up on a Target device or not being a Prime Member.

Service - I asked a couple of associates where to find a scientific calculator. They not only directed me to the correct apartment, they radioed ahead so that the guy was expecting me when I got there. He then opened some batteries to ensure that it was really my old calculator and not the batteries that were the problem before assisting me with my purchase of a new one.

Like this target but have an issue with their deli section. They post a big and clear sign that says chicken in-stock guaranteed until 7pm but yet they are almost always out of rotisserie way before 7pm. Today for example, its not even 6pm and they are already out of it. I asked an associate if theyll be bringing more out and was told they ran out for the day. I would believe that this was an off day if this hadnt already happened at least three times before. Theres always plenty of chicken wings and other fried items. Why not redo the numbers a bit to meet demand for a specific item?

This is a great program. I ordered online with an in store pick up received a discount on the products (better price than Amazon I might add). My order was ready for pick up in 30 minutes instead of the 2 hours window. Once inside the store it took me 5 minutes and I was walking out. How does it get any better? Im hooked.

Update- the manager actually reached out to me and has really gone the extra mile to make things right, and that honestly means more to me than a bad experience, so I feel compelled to raise my rating. Response seemed genuine and human, not canned. Thats huge.Old review - rotting grocery (several blackberries were moldy the next day. and the check out clerk was rude before we even said hi. Clearly tired of being there - I get that but dont take it out on us. He did fix a price error on one item, so not totally bad. I wouldnt want him to lose a job about the service but it wasnt pleasant.

Selection of items, colorful products with reasonable pricing. However, this last week there were several display savings. A $10 coupon when $50 or more is spent, did not receive that. Also, the displayed coupon codes did not work on my phone. Though the clerk assisted me at the check out, it was a little inconvenient as I had mentioned it the day the before and it still wasnt fixed.

The local Target parking lot was very full and so was the store. I was here on Sunday afternoon and I was hesitant to take an employees time to help me open a Target account when the store was full of customers. I approached Susan who was working in the self-checkout area and she was very happy to help me. Susan located Charlotte, the front section manager who was friendly and helpful. Charlotte helped me through the process of application for a Target credit card then she helped me enter data into my phone so that I could access Cartwheel. She then scanned my purchases and found Cartwheel discounts on 3 items. She assured me that she will help me enter data after I get my new card in a week or so. Both Susan and Charlotte were so patient and helpful that I wanted to acknowledge that they went beyond expectations in their kindness and helpfulness to me today.

Yalls rude baristas need more to do. Standing around on their phones not even acknowledging customers. Two girls doing absolutely nothing. One walking around and the other standing with her back to the counter scrolling through her phone.

The store is always clean. The staff the staff is neat and well-groomed. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Within the last year, the employees have become a little too helpful at times - sometimes to the point of hovering. Since theyve stationed an attendant in the makeup/beauty section, I avoid entering it unless I absolutely need something and I cant make it to another store. The store might be trying to provide great customer service but I think its more of a loss prevention tactic.

Poor customer service. This is specifically about the Target located in Pflugerville, TX, however I have felt the same feelings at other locations.The cashier was noticeably racist. The disdain for me was extremely obvious. She was micro-aggressive and just simply put, plan rude.This not becoming of all Targets, but many times I have been followed around the store by employees or just treated plan rudely by a cashier. Hence, why I utilize the self check out when I do find myself in a Target.Target states its Vision statement as Guided commitments to great value, the community, diversity and the environment. Lets get a training class about diversity for the employees.
