Nova Lox was delicious!!! Not sure what my husband ordered. He said it was delicious as well. Wish the outside dining tables had umbrellas. It was very hot outside. The inside dining area was closed.

Bagels are great but they’ve gotten my order wrong at least 3 times. Now I have to constantly check my order before I leave the drive through because I don’t trust them to complete it correctly.

Anywhere in US Einstien Bros make best bagels and I enjoy it having quite frequently . I noticed a little difference in quality in comparison with Einstein bros bagels in Naperville ( Illinois) . Naperville has outstanding quality and taste and I have rated previously with 5 stars. But it may be one off case will try again next time in Pflugerville Bros. I believe they both are equally good.

I usually have good food and descent service here. However, the cutting of bagels is seriously bugging me. Whoever cuts the bagels in the morning is just barely cutting off the top. It makes it challenging to get the schmear on and challenging to re-cut. Can someone please fix this??

First time at one of these establishments. It was delicious. We had brunch. The line was long, which typically means the food is good. The jalapeno salsa shmear was yummy. Ill go back for sure.

Every time so far... how is this acceptable? I love Einstein, I WANT to love you too, but every time its this! Half of this order is cut so bad they are useless for my schmear and not even re-cutable.

I love Einstein Bagels ever since I had my first experience in a Detroit Airport. So glad they have them here in the Austin area. Food is great! Atmosphere is clean and neatly decorated. Prices are good

I come here a lot so I don’t want to put a bad review. For the most part the staff are kind and respectful. But they are way under staffed in the mornings during the week. Also they close the front lobby and only open the drive thru. The wait times are way to long and help is definitely needed.

The slowest drive thru of all time. The food is fine, but the shift manager is a human trainwreck and constantly screws up my orders. 5 cars in front of you? Hope you have 35 minutes to wait for your food.Its a bad joke. And its literally always obscenely slow. Theyre bagels. Theyre already baked. Theres no excuse for this.

Clear your schedule for a good hour or two because a ervice at this location is disrespectfully slow. After waiting an hour in the drive-thru, I finally got to the window only to be told, “pull forward and we’ll bring your bagel out to you” and wait some more. The food was okay, but it wasn’t worth the wait

I would consider this breakfast as the best. I tried A LOT in different restaurants, but this one is different. I finished 4 trays LOL. egg and cheese, Avocado toast, all were amazing.

The employees in the morning are absolutely rude, no curtesy to greet or say thank you. In fact the employee did not say one word at all. You can tell she hates mornings. It’s your job, have some pride and at least fake it. I use the app to order ahead to avoid the wait at 5am because I work across the street. Today for the fourth time I’ve had to wait over 15 mins for a brisket sandwich. It’s bizarre to wait past 10 mins when you have ordered ahead on the app and only one car in front of you on the drive through. No issues with the food but the service and speed needs to improve.

Please notify your customers that you dont have curbside pickup. I was in a hurry and placed an order on their app for curbside after getting an email saying their curbside service had been improved. When I parked at their designated curbside spot and called was told they are no longer taking food outside . If thats the case please disable curbside pickup in the app and remove your curbside signs.

I just wanted to share what a great experience I had at this location. I called Tuesday afternoon wanting to order 8 dozen bagels for my workplace and they took my order and were so kind. When I showed up the next morning they had my order bagged and ready to go. It was a great experience and I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

Einstein Bros Bagels are bomb, man if you like spicy you gotta try their jalapeño or chilli bagels, they are like perfect spice, creamy, crispy and crunchy. Me and my wife always prefer them, if you are 1st time try their app you get 1 free bagel!!!

I had forgot why I go to Starbucks...today Einstens reminded me. The lady (younger lady) took my older and I had to repeat it 3 times. Which another lady had to tell her my order. (I understand she maybe new)...So Benefit of the doubt is what I gave her. I get to the window let her know I was a rewards member. She got my phone number wrong 3 times. (still benefit of the doubt). I get my mocha and had to wait 15 to 18 minutes for my sandwich.

I’ve gone to other Einstein’s and they’re exceptional.This one though is always a mess. Always a line. Always missing something.I did order ahead today. Order wasn’t ready on time and there phone system wasn’t working. The staff wasn’t sure what to do about the phone situation and just said it is what it is

This location is unbelievably slow. They closed the inside so you have to use the drive thru, even when you order ahead using the app. Whats the point if you still have to sit in the slow drive thru? You would think if they were only focusing on the drive thru they would be faster. They need to get their act together. I have 2 gift cards that I havent used because I end up leaving after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes without moving.

It was not pleasant. Waited almost an hour for 2 bagels. Speaker system was out. Then had to park & wait some more. Then they gave me wrong order & then you had NO blueberry spread. What a nightmare!! Not allowed to go into store.

Bagels here are great. No complaints there. Service just wasnt great this morning. Seemed like all the employees were doing too many things at once. I was asked three times if we had paid yet. The employees were very polite, just scattered.

Not only does Einsteins have a unique and impressive variety of bagel combinations, they also have excellent customer service. My order was incorrect and I didnt notice until after I got home. I called Einsteins and spoke with an employee, who was very apologetic and offered to deliver my corrected order to my house. Sure enough, they delivered my new bagel to my doorstep along with two additional treats. Such amazing customer service and amazing food. Highly recommend.

Note my wife and I rarely complain about anything.However, if I could give 0 stars this would be the time. I had to search for the official customer service because we did not get a receipt. Maybe so we wouldnt complain?Today 4/23/21 & 4/16/21 my wife and I had placed an order under the mobile app.We both work at a nearby high school and this is on our way. We understand that the mornings are busy so we placed our orders 30 minutes in advance. However, when we arrived on both occasions it had been encroaching 45 minutes and our order was nowhere to be seen.Today was the worst outing, we do not have a receipt because they didnt give us one. First, someone had to let us into the store because they had locked the door to keep customers from entering. A 3 person family let us in and said this is awful weve waited over 40minutes for our order and gave up and left. We entered and we thought we saw our order on the to-go area, the name labeled as someone elses but it started with an M. There wasnt a receipt on the bag so we couldnt confirm. We inquired and it asked if it was ours, if so it needed another coffee. An employee adamantly told us no thats someone elses and we asked, Are you sure? The response was yes. So we waited and waited and waited. Not a single employee interacted with us even after 10 minutes after we had already been the only 2 people inside the store. At this point, it had been almost an hour since we placed our mobile order. The manager finally asked which order we were waiting on. We couldnt pull up the receipt on the app but they pulled it up on the register and said oh this was made, and it had been the very same order we thought about earlier. The most insincere apology was given, they made our other coffee and we left, when we opened the bag in the car we were missing an item (hash browns) but we were so annoyed we would not bother to ask nor did we have the time.All during the time this was occurring the employee barely communicated with customers, little to no communication went on with employees, I did not see receipts on bags to ensure each order being prepared was accurate. The manager even asked if the door was still locked to someone, and upon confirmation, she responded Good thats how I want it. In what business do you lock the door to prevent customers from entering? What if someone had an order already placed? Instead of communicating with each other on what orders were up to get through a rush, orders continued to be casually made and the employees jested with each other. I dont believe everything has to be extremely serious when it gets busy, but with incredible delays, there should be urgency.We will never again visit ANY Einstein Bros Bagels, and I highly discourage any person from visiting this specific store. Note my wife and I are normally calm people and we hardly ever complain about delays, but these two occasions nailed it. These two times were not the only times they were slower but this was rock bottom service. This store is not organized or managed well, and unless changes are made Im not sure it ever will be. Maybe some other company will settle and compete in the area, at least the customers will be happier.As a final note:My mother managed a fast food restaurant in a large city when I was younger and I worked at it. We would get slammed far harder than I have ever seen this store slammed, but we consistently managed to get orders out well. If we failed we compd the order. In all those years I can never remember a situation where it was okay to make a customer wait 1hr and simply say a singular, Im sorry. Delicious food, the best beagles in the Pflugerville area. More than 10 different beagles flavors, you could eat with whipped cream, eags, they have some craleations. Different beverages, water, juice, coffee. Friendly staff. Higly recommended.

What a great shop. I think the other is the franchise was running the window, which was a surprise. She was helpful friendly and very kind. My bagel was top notch, too.

Three of us had breakfast. There was a mix of bagel breakfast sandwiches and just toasted bagels with a smear. I also had orange juice and coffee. The service, food, drinks, and store cleanliness were all excellent.

OH. MY. GOODNESS!I had to leave a review.I just tried the Chorizo & Egg Bagel, and I’m hooked. Not just amazing bagel sandwiches, but also smooth and high-quality coffee. I got the vanilla hazelnut, and I am 100% getting that in the future. Can’t wait to try different varieties!

Early morning breakfast

The cashier who helped me messed up my order and when another lady came to fix it, the other one give me my order and then looking at me like OK leave I was like can I have my coffee . she didnt know whats going on with my order . wasnt happy with my bagel bacon wasnt cooked and I pay $32 for my order and I wasnt happy .👎🏻

As an Einsteins reward member I took advantage of the Monday offer of 13 bagels for $7. Its a really good deal and always nice to get a nice variety then freeze for future use.

Toasted Asiago cheese and Jalapeno cheddar bagels ranks high for me. I dont care for coffee so cant judge - times Ive had it, it was eh.Quality, taste and size does not match the steep prices. Good every once in a while but not worth it as a daily or even weekly breakfast spot.

Not sure how to share a picture and video on here. But we just found TWO long hairs on my husband’s bagel and it’s beyond disgusting. This killed it for me and not sure if I’ll ever eat at Eisten bagels again, like ever. Driving back now to hopefully get a refund. Wow, so incredibly frustrating. It’s actually making me worried about the overall sanitation and regulations of this place. How can there be two long hairs like that inside the sandwich? It almost makes me feel like whoever made it did it on purpose. Anyway, I’m pretty disgusted.

Bagels are good---but the key ingredient at this location is their amazing staff. The manager is super-sweet, and I suppose like attracts like, because every member there is just...really nice.

Drive thru takes forever. It shouldnt take half an hour to get six unsliced, untoasted bagels at a bagel shop.

Been a fan of Einstein since I got to the Austin area, and this location is a good one. Not eating inside these days (being 2020 when i write this), but when you can, thr layout and atmosphere is good, although it is a small space. LOVE their bagels. We hit thr drive through about every week or so. The line can be long but it moves quick.

Expensive, but worth it. Super delicious. A bagel lasts me for 2 meals because theyre so big, and their cold brew is delicious.

Good bagels but slow service. I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes to get two bagels. There were 4 cars in front of me when I got in line. They made me late for work and there is no way to exit the drive through line once your in it. I dont think I will visit this location again.

My husband and I love this place and eat here at least once a week but today’s experience was awful. They gave us a cinnamon raisin bagel instead of a cinnamon sugar bagel for one of the sandwiches. I understand, things happen. Someone made a mistake. So we drove all the way back and waited another 15 minutes for the high schooler behind the counter to demand that we pay (yes, again) for the sandwich even though it was their error and we weren’t even going to be eating the cinnamon raisin one. I’m not very happy with how this situation was handled. Hopefully mgmt sees this and talks with their employees about how to handle these types of situations in the future.

Hot toasted bagels hit the spot. Free hot coffee was delicious. Service was wonderful. You could tell they were smiling behind their masks.😷😀

Location is convenient and restaurant is clean. Staff are friendly. Food is sometimes better than other times. Consistency would be great. Pricing could be more reasonable - $30 for 4 breakfast sandwiches.

The restaurant was clean, well lit and and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Nothing extraordinary, but no complaints at all.

The order ahead process needs some work. Honestly, there is no point. The doors are locked and there is no way to check in from the designated parking spots outside. You can try to call, but if they are the slightest bit busy (3 cars in drove through line) they wont answer. The app says to walk in and pick up your food, but you cant since the doors are locked. So you just have to sit in the slow line as if you never ordered ahead lol..

Super experience. Staffs were just amazing and their hospitality were awesome . We went on Saturday and their rewards system were down, but they handled our issue so calmly and also offered us extra bagels. We loved this place and will come back again.

I’m going to give them two stars because their bagels are excellent. I’d give them zero for customer service and quality of service.When you order food and a coffee, then finish your food and realize they haven’t even started your coffee, it’s frustrating. They are busy hanging up 4th of July decorations. But there are no other customers in here. When I approached the counter, (every just pointed to me like they weren’t sure who was supposed to offer me help) curious about my coffee, the lady (no lanyard or name tag on) was literally rubbing her hands inside the empty cup and told me “yeah, I’m ‘bout to make that right now”I politely asked her to get a clean up, because she may not have realized she was rubbing the inside of “my” cup with her dirty hands. She seemed very offended. I apologize and said “you probably didn’t realize you were doing that, I’m sorry”. She proceeded to make my coffee and handed it to me. I wasn’t trying to be rude, but I just watched her handle money and other dirty items without washing her hands. Not sure why that offended her so much. This is my third time here and all three times the customer service has sucked. It’s not worth it. I’ll go elsewhere.

Bagel was absolutely delicious. A little pricey but worth it. A large variety of bagels and mixes for breakfast. Coffee options available and they have a creamer that is made in store. Customer service was good however the reason for my four stars is largely due to the amount of time I waited around for my food while it was ready. I got there at 9am ordered by phone at 8:48am. I paid and was told to wait for my order. They were pretty busy in the drive thru so Ill give them that. When paying I did mention it was my first time. Its now 9:20AM and I still dont have my food and have to be somewhere at 9:30am. I asked the lady in the front whats the hold up and asked me for my name and turns around and grabs my food. Said it had been ready to which I dont understand why no one gave It to me after standing right in front of the register. By the time I opened my bagel it was semi cold... Still delicious but I was disappointed. Other than that, it was great.Place is a small location at a plaza. Clean and up kept. A bit pricey for a bagel but its worth it. Not your average bagel. They sell cups in store for on the go.

Their food is tasty and normally quick. The employees are nice. The prices are reasonable. The $7 mondays and occasional tuesdays are great deals [bakers dozen plus spread]. This location has a drive thru.

As much as I love einstein bagels I should come here more often. Their everything bagels are my favorite. Throw some egg and bacon on that thing and we are talking about a delicious breakfast. Staff is fast and friendly. Place is clean. I definitely recommend this place.

Yesterday I ordered an egg white breakfast sandwich with spinach, mushrooms, and swiss along with a medium latte. After waiting over 30 minutes, I drove home with the latte, egg white sandwich with ham and swiss. I never eat ham. If they didnt have the veggies, why not day so. Spending my time and money else where.

Drive thru service is really slow...got in the line around 10:30 got my order around 11:00. Service is not as friendly as well tried to redeem my drink upgrade but they said the system is not recognizing it for the second time now.
