I didnt end up buying decking from these guys because they didnt have it in stock - and someone else did and I need it now... but next time I need lumber I will give them a call because they were super friendly and helpful (I talked to Lamont)

I just called Timbertown to get pricing and availability of cedar materials, he, the salesman who answered, was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He explained what it would take to get smooth sanded on some of the larger cedar wood pieces and he explained the delivery charge.We have used Timbertown in the past and been very happy with everything that they delivered to us.Very efficient and very friendly. A full renovation is pretty much the most miserable experience imaginable. We didnt need just paint...we needed every wall moved, plumbing, electrical, roof....and deck. Surprisingly, the deck was one of the first things we needed to get going. We made a trip out to TimberTown to learn about decking materials...and that we did. The TimberTown team was absolutely incredible. They never made us feel ignorant (which we were) but provided such incredible information and stayed close enough for us to ask questions but avoided hovering too close...its a delicate balance and theyve perfected it. Were building a big deck and these decisions were important if we wanted to keep an eye on our budget. We were pleased to see options that we could afford without sacrificing quality or beauty. Timbertown gets an A+ from my wife and I...in the middle of a loathsome experience Timbertown was a breath of fresh air.

Reme was too lazy to take a tape measure out to a board I needed an exact width on. Told me it was what I needed. Now Im 2 days and an hour round trip behind on my project.

Great place for quality lumber. Staff is awesome and very informative. They cost a little more than the other suppliers. But you get what you pay for.

These guys carry high quality products and have outstanding customer service. I once placed a special order with them and was not happy with the product that came from Timbertowns supplier. The general manager responded to my concerns personally, promised to take care of me, and followed through on his promise. Incredible customer service! Most of my customers come to me by way of referral from other satisfied customers. They have already heard They arent the cheapest company on the block but if you want old world craftsmanship and a quality product Rod Cope Services is the only way to go. So, when they come to me Ive got my end covered on the workmanship and Timbertown has me covered on the materials quality hands down. I wouldnt consider any other supplier for my western red cedar products.

Extrenely helpful and friendly. Ler me use their cutoff saw so I could get some extremely long Trex in my short bed truck. Cant rate them highly enough for their helpful customer oriented service and attitude.
