These guys truly made me feel so comfortable, they have a very friendly atmosphere and staff. Pauly was exceptionally knowledgeable about all of his inventory. I recently cash purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had quick service up to that point. As I was closing the deal, the dealer said I could contact them if the vehicle had any issues outside of a battery or routine maintenance needing attention and he would take care of it. Not more than 800 miles driving, the check engine came on and after a trip to a reputable repair shop, it was determined the transmission was out and needed a total replacement. I called the dealership and the dealer said, Good thing you purchased warranty with it. Youre the fourth person to call back with transmission issues. Just let me know if the warranty company gives you issues. My vehicle has been in and out the shop since then trying to get issues diagnosed. The good service stopped after taking possession of the vehicle and I am stuck now dealing with the warranty company. Lastly, the vehicle came with one key and the dealer included a second key with the purchase. He gave me someones number to contact for coordinating the key. I have been calling and texting the number since the day of purchase with no success. In my call with the dealer, I informed him that I still havent received the key and he responded Im sorry to hear that. Nothing more of Im going to take care of it or anything further. Seems like once you purchase a vehicle, the promises made carry no weight and no longer valid.

I paid in cash with joy rather than anxiety, and he delivered me a perfectly clean, reliable, GORGEOUS ride. The owner met with me and they all welcomed me. They’ve been totally on point with addressing any of my questions, concerns, or requests.Typically, salesmen at car lots gate when an informed, confident buyer comes around. They hate when we’re well researched or maybe have constructs to work with.Rockville is the opposite. They will sell you a quality car at a value that you can research and find for yourself to be a great deal. If it’s wrong, they’ll make it right. Bought a 2012 Chevy Volt from Paulie. Drove it home to San Antonio on gas, charged it up, and then the car refused to run on battery. We went here on our last stop of the day. We had all but given up. Car shopping is not fun. Immediately we were welcomed by Paulie. He listened to what we were looking for and withing minutes we were test driving 1 of 3 cars we had as options. In the end it ended up a hard decision. We love our new to us car and while we were filling out the paper work Ruben had it inspected and detailed. All in all it only took about and hour total. Wish we would have come here first.

DO NOT GO HERE this is the worst used car dealer ever. They are just in selling cars and are not helping out with broken cars they sale. Bought a car that drove 130 miles and then the cat converter went out on the drivers side. Let Luis know about this issue and wanted to know what they could do about selling a car with a bad cat. He said he would talk to his boss to see about helping a customer out. Never got a call back and when I went to finish the down payment of the car no questions about the car or how it was driving or about the issue I had called about. They again just wanted money and for me to leave. Bottom line is DO NOT BUY A CAR FOR THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DROP AN EXTRA 2,000 IN TO YOUR CAR.
