I live in out of town and I called the store back in April inquiring about a flooring I needed that has been discontinued that I needed that I could not find anywhere else here in Dallas. I spoke to the sales manager and asked if she can hold 6 boxes of flooring for me as I live out of town and I most likely will not be a be there until one weekend in May but it may be a month until I can go to there. She reassured me they had over 60 boxes and that they should not run out and that if something changes she will let me know. I gave her my name and information to please let me know. When I emailed requesting to make an appointment to come for the flooring after I finalized my Austin trip the manager emailed back saying she sold out if it as didn’t know I still needed it. She then told me she cannot hold the flooring longer than 7 days and that it was a misunderstanding. I would have appreciate it if she at the very least would’ve had the courtesy to let me know as it is difficult for someone who lives out of town to make arrangements. She stated she doesn’t even have my phone number and that she has so many customers and that other customers all have to same issues I have. It sounded to me like she just cared about making the sale and nothing else as I distinctly remember giving her my name and information. Now I am stuck without being able to find the flooring I need and it is a huge inconvenience that mostly likely could’ve been prevented.
They did excellent jobs without question.😀
