My experience was great at The boss. The warehouse workers are very helpful. Cody the manager greeted me and reassured me I would be load in a timely manner.(Where to park and where I’m at in line) I was never ignored even during busy hours. I recommend shopping here. Price are great and the warehouse crew is phenomenal!!

We work with Winn & Erik at Capital Home Supply all the time. They are our first go to for our material for rentals, flips and repairs. We also are able to find deals on items our clients might not have been able to afford through another retailer and/or vendor. They have a great variety and know their stuff! We appreciate their expertise and great customer service!

The Boss advertises cedar pickets and compares them to home depots western red cedar when it is Japanese cedar. I am a fence contractor able to buy same Japanese cedar pickets at $2.59 plus tax from Master Halco or Merchant Metals.At The Boss I paid 2.89 plus tax because I thought it was western red due to their comparison until I started putting it up.. It is much different then western red, It cups and has major crowning and warps even when dry. Looks almost like it but it is slightly lighter in color & weight but it is not as good as western red due to its multiple flaws mentioned above. I normally hate doing negative reviews but feel as if they misled their customers. Also I bought 400 so added insult it cost me over $130 more because I was misled.

You can call Winn Lewis and ask him anything about materials, he is very knowledgeable about all his products. I purchased $300 in cedar from Capitol. Less than 10% of the pickets were even slightly useable. Yep! 10%.... Be prepared to sign a No return agreement. You will be stuck with your mistake after you get your order home and realize these are mill rejects filled with holes, splits, and miscut dimentions, which is evident of the factory cull/reject black markings on the ends. I will not purchase from this business again.

I like it is pretty good place to go and buy some reasonable woods flooring and fencing supplys and plus the gentleman that on the place is pretty good guy to work with which that help a hole lot.
