Service was a little slow and options were limited, other than that the experience was fine. I chose the pecan flavor. I was expecting the flavor to be a little stronger. I appreciated real pecans being used and blended throughout the ice cream.

Was referred to this ice cream place by a friend. Got to choose my ice cream with fresh strawberries and mangoes, OMG!!! It was so delicious. I honestly do not feel guilty having THIS much for dessert. I will definitely go back and get the same one.

BonBons is a place you have to go at least once. The experience of watching them make your ice cream on the frozen board and then roll sections to fit your cup is pretty fun! The flavors we tried (Orange with Chili and Key Lime Pie) were... Ok. Basically the flavors left us wanting. The saving grace was the fresh fruit we had ordered as toppings. Perhaps our American taste buds were looking for more flavor or more sweetness, but there it is. Its made with milk so maybe thats the difference.

We have always loved Bon Bons but part of the experience is watching the ice cream be made. Since that was taken away we were definitely bummed. But the ice cream was fantastic. Nit too sweet and had the customizable options. My sons got cookies and cream. My husband got strawberry and I got blackberry!

Bad service, took over 20 minutes to get our ice creams... when I went to let the clerk know that its been over 20 minutes.. she told me I never told you it was going to be less then 20 minutes. Never again.

EXCELLENT! With a Capital E!! Strawberry in EVERY bite, with brownie bites! Not overly sweet, which is refreshing. Fun to watch being made, too! Outstanding flavor!! Will have to go back to try other flavors. You can build your own or go with their specialty menu!

No photos, forgot. Its rolled ice cream. You can watch em make yours, really, small place tucked away next to restaurants. Very filling only 1 of 3 kids finished theirs. I had the Key Like Pie and its definitely in the top KLP ice cream Ive ever had. Definitely will be coming back. Dont forget to get your punches on the reward card.

This was my first time experiencing rolled ice cream, and it was pretty fantastic. After the novelty wears off, you’re left realizing, “holy cow, this is a lot of ice cream.” It’s very filling, and the cookies n cream flavor was delicious. The rolls are solid and hold their shape for a surprising amount of time.I can see how you’d be waiting a long time if there were lots of customers. Thankfully it was a cold day, and my friend and I were the only ones there.

Have a good system going but looks very unsanitary inside. There is footprints and fruits all around the floor. Need more workers ASAP to help accommodate customers order quicker. Looks family- friendly but is a small compact store to pile and wait on every other customer.

In all fairness, we went on a Friday night, but for amount of people that were in there, when we ordered, it seemed like it took an awfully long time. I assume its because of the method for making the ice cream, but really it was more about the novelty of having rolled ice cream than it was the experience.The ice cream itself was fine, nothing mind-blowing, other than the method that they used to make it. We found ourselves wanting to take our jackets off, even though it was only 50 degrees outside. The heat must have been cranked way up. If you can go there when its not super crowded, I imagine its a very pleasant experience!

Way too many choices and toppings to select from. Will have to make several trips here. Really neat windows allowing you to watch your ice cream rolls being made. And fast friendly service. Definitely worth a stop if youve never tried Thai rolled ice cream before.

The ROLLED Ice Cream is definitely good and cold..I like the texture(ice cream you can chew not just slurp down)! Its kind of pricey($6) and it only came in one size(that was alot)! Our experience was great for our first time! Looking for a SPECIAL TREAT this is a MUST TRY... AT LEAST ONCE...even if it is pricey!

Had to go and try the rolled ice cream. New experience and something different than scooping your own. There are three windows of which one is where they make the ice cream for you. It is video friendly. Like that they take the time to make it instead of having it already done. They have a spatula tool that rolled the ice cream. Worth the wait.

Drove 30min to get this on Sunday.... Google says they are open from 12-9. Im here at 1230 and they are closed....

Good ice cream but when a family of five comes in to order and four of them get their ice cream while the last one waits 22 min for theirs (the served a customer who came in after us before finishing our last cup of ice cream) it leaves one frustrated. So, in the 22 min. Everyone was done with their ice cream but the last person in our group still hadn’t gotten theirs. Next time, serve your customers in the order they come in so families can finish at about the same time. Especially families with children!!

I only gave it 3 stars, because it wasnt what I expected. I thought it would have been more like custard or ice cream, but it was really airy. I would have rather went down the street and went to Andys.

I didnt like the ice cream or the store. The store had notes for customers written on receipts and notebook paper taped on the walls. Also about 4 tip jars taped to the wall. It felt unprofessional and a bit pushy. The ice cream is so cold when they serve it rolled. It is hard to taste and crumbles. I think the rolling process isnt the best way to enjoy ice cream. The commercial equipment for sale near the door didnt enhance the experience.

This is super fun to watch and its a different experience while eating ice cream, but its over priced for the very little bit you actually get. If anyone is in front of you, it takes forever! I have never seen more than one roller and have never waited less than 15-20 minutes to receive ice cream and since there is only one roller our family never eats our ice cream together.

So delicious! This is such a treat - even in the cold weather.
