This was actually our second purchase from Lori at Factory Mattress. Lori was very helpful with the first purchase (didnt try to oversell us) that we visited her for the current purchase. Lori shared an appropriate amount of information without overwhelming us. She listened to our comments on each mattress we tried and kept steering us to our final decision. When we narrowed it down to 2 she let us discuss our pros and cons in private. We cant wait for it to be delivered!

My wife and I already owned an excellent Eclipse mattress we bought several years ago from Factory Mattress. We went in to get a replacement and we were helped by Lori. She got us what we needed with no hassle, good recommendations, and was quick with all the pricing info we needed to make a final call on what we wanted. We were in and out in no time. We had a bad experience at the mattress firm right next door. The saleswomen there was very condescending and rude. We were ready to buy a $3,000 mattress from her but she kept talking over us and seemed like she was rushing us out of the store. Lori Y. was very pleasant and helpful. We had left Mattress Firm and a high pressure sales tactic. My wife and I just wanted to have a few minutes to talk to ourselves and think over our options. But the salesperson would not leave us alone. She kept pushing and pushing. We would have probably made the mattress purchase but she wouldn’t give us personal space and time. We left because we needed air. We drove to Factory Mattress which was in the same shopping center. Lori’s approach was pleasant and not aggressive. Her sales approach was similar in the basics (asking us questions and having us try mattresses that fit our sleep preferences) but without the constant pressure to “buy now”. Lori did a wonderful job making us comfortable and relaxed. In the end the mattress we chose was exactly the same price as MF but we also received bonus “cash” to use in the store. I’m so glad that we had the opportunity to work with Lori.

Had an issue with discomfort on a couple mattresses I purchased at Factory mattress. I worked with Manny to return them and got different mattresses. Manny really went out of his way to get me what I needed and the purchase and delivery of the new mattresses was very smooth. The pickup of the mattresses I was returning was seamless as well. Such a great experience! My partner and I were shopping for a new mattress for a few months but haven’t been able to make a final decision. There was a mattress we had in mind, so we went in to test it out before making the purchase. James greeted us and right away was able to answer questions and actually went above and beyond with his customer service. He allowed us to take a test on what mattress worked well for both of us and let us test them out. Due to Covid, I’ve been an extreme germophope more than normal. James put my mind at ease and even let us use covers over pillows and let us know the mattresses are sprayed before use.He had great knowledge about the topics and before we knew it, we made a purchase. It made me feel great to know that we didn’t have to wait a long time to have it delivered!! If we ordered online it would have been two weeks or so from the direct site. Quick easy experience picking out a new bed.

We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didnt want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!

Everything was great until the delivery guys failed to remove the king size mattress as promised. Has left me with a difficult problem to solve.

I went to factory mattress to look for my mother who has been battling cancer a new mattress to make things a little more comfortable. There were multiple people in the store, but a guy named James came and asked me several questions to help guide me the best mattresses possible.He was very professional and patient. I really felt that James cared and was concerned about helping my mother. Shopping for mattresses can be overwhelming, but I am confident that James helped put my mother in something very comfortable without paying ridiculous sums of money.

My wife and I needed a new mattress and decided to walk into Factory Mattresss grand opening this weekend prior. We were greeted by a great team who were knowledgable, helpful, and caring. They have a great system that tests which areas of your body need the most support (albeit a bit cheesy), it identified the areas that both my wife and I actually had a lot of stiffness in. The sleep consultant, Richard, was easy to engage with, professional and helped us find the perfect mattress for us inside of our really small budget for a mattress. We left confident that we received the best deal, and were excited that we were also supporting a local business. We have been sleeping on our mattress for a couple of days now and both of us are sleeping longer, and our stiffness, thanks be to God, has disappeared. If you are looking for a new mattress, I would check them out!

In the Town Center there are many many mattress places and of all of them, Factory Mattress was by far the best deal. But the thing that made it above and beyond was the worker there. Richard (I believe was his name Im bad with names...) was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and honest.

James was so helpful from beginning to end! We ealked un not having a clue what we wanted. We did the bed test and the very first one he put me on was perfect. We tried a few others but he knew that first was was a hit. He matched us with the perfect pillows as well. I love the little tv kids area. That helped me a lot simce my 2 year old is attached to my hip most of the time.James was never pushy or salesy with us. He genuinely cared and was trying to get us what was best for us!

We came here to browse for a mattress, spent there around 5-10 minutes to go over 2 mattresses .
