Really great customer service. Polite, courteous, and efficient. I was the last customer of the day and Michael treated me like I was the first without missing a beat. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
Victoria was nice and friendly but the guy wearing the New Orleans saints jersey was rude and obnoxious. Couldnt believe he was training someone. If it wasnt for Victoria I would of gave this Fedex 0

I came into the store frustrated about a package he handled the situation very calmly and thoroughly I was able to get the package and later someone called making sure everything was kosher. You guys are doing a great job during tense COVID times, I appreciate it!
I am one of the google local guides for Austin.I have been not writing any review for almost more than a year, but this one is very important to write to alert people to not to use the print service here.I just used the system here to login to print only two page document, but I didnt have my security code received to login to my gmail account in time, because of poor network connection on my T-Mobile service inside the Walmart center. So, tried couple of times and logged out. without printing anything. It showed that my credit card was charged for $1.39.Since it is such small amount, I clicked no to print the receipt to avoid touching papers due to the Covid situations.This turned out be a great mistake. I came home and to my dismay I saw that the I was charged $10 on my credit card. I called FedEx and disputed this charge. The customer support lady told me that their billing section was closed for the day and asked me to contact on the next working day.Within ten minutes after this dispute call, FedEx automatically dropped my charges for $10 and charged again for $2.11. This is outrageous. First of all they were trying to charge $10 and when they understood that the customer was alert, FedEx immediately dropped the charge and charged yet again 0.72 cents more than the actual $1.39.It is not 0.72 cents that I care, but the utter waste of time for calling, and waiting for FedEx customer support and also getting vulnerable to incorrect and fraudulent charges by FedEx is what I want the readers to be aware of.Thanks.

Ive used them 3 times to deliver a package and the delivery failed each time. I will never use this store again.
An employee (Curt) was very helpful, even cut down the price to $150 on a box that should have been $180. Never had service like this before
